Abstract

本发明涉及一种回油器，具体的说是一种带测温装置的回油器，属于风机设备技术领域。其包括回油器本体，回油器本体一侧斜向设有测温孔，测温孔与润滑油通道中部连通，测温孔内设有定位套，定位套内嵌装温度传感器，温度传感器前端伸入润滑油通道内，测温孔后端螺纹连接压紧螺母，压紧螺母将定位套压紧在测温孔内。本发明制造成本低，适合所有规格的高速离心风机上使用，能实现对润滑油的回收导流和对润滑油温度的准确测量，有利于降低加工成本。

本发明涉及一种回油器，具体的说是一种带测温装置的回油器，属于风机设备技术领域。
背景技术
在已有技术中，风机中的润滑油是直接通过喷油孔流出轴承，其回油速度较慢，且不便于准确测量润滑油的温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种带测温装置的回油器，能实现对润滑油的回收导流和对润滑油温度的准确测量。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，带测温装置的回油器包括回油器本体，回油器本体上设有L形的润滑油通道，其特征是：回油器本体一侧斜向设有测温孔，测温孔与润滑油通道中部连通，测温孔内设有定位套，定位套内嵌装温度传感器，温度传感器前端伸入润滑油通道内，测温孔后端螺纹连接压紧螺母，压紧螺母将定位套压紧在测温孔内。
进一步的，测温孔为阶梯孔，包括光滑孔段和内螺纹孔段，光滑孔段内孔小于内螺纹孔段内孔直径。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点：
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，制造成本低，适合所有规格的高速离心风机上使用；能实现对润滑油的回收导流和对润滑油温度的准确测量，有利于降低加工成本。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1所示，本发明主要包括回油器本体1，回油器本体1上设有L形的润滑油通道5，回油器本体1一侧斜向设有测温孔6，测温孔6与润滑油通道5中部连通。
所述测温孔6为阶梯孔，包括光滑孔段7和内螺纹孔段8，光滑孔段7内孔小于内螺纹孔段8内孔直径。
测温孔6内设有定位套2，定位套2内嵌装温度传感器4，测温孔6后端螺纹连接压紧螺母3，压紧螺母3将定位套2压紧在测温孔6内。
本发明的工作原理是：在风机运转时，润滑油流出轴承后，从回油器本体的润滑油通道一端进油，流经测温孔后温度传感器测得润滑油温度，然后再从润滑油通道另一端出油。
本发明制造成本低，适合所有规格的高速离心风机上使用，能实现对润滑油的回收导流和对润滑油温度的准确测量，有利于降低加工成本。

Claims (2)

1. 一种带测温装置的回油器，包括回油器本体（1），回油器本体（1）上设有L形的润滑油通道（5），其特征是：回油器本体（1）一侧斜向设有测温孔（6），测温孔（6）与润滑油通道（5）中部连通，测温孔（6）内设有定位套（2），定位套（2）内嵌装温度传感器（4），温度传感器（4）前端伸入润滑油通道（5）内，测温孔（6）后端螺纹连接压紧螺母（3），压紧螺母（3）将定位套（2）压紧在测温孔（6）内。
2.如权利要求1所述的带测温装置的回油器，其特征是：所述测温孔（6）为阶梯孔，包括光滑孔段（7）和内螺纹孔段（8），光滑孔段（7）内孔小于内螺纹孔段（8）内孔直径。
