Abstract

本发明公开了一种集油槽座,所述的集油槽座包含一长条状的槽座,所述的槽座上设有由导流横槽组成的导流横槽阵列,所述的槽座的两侧分别设有一集油横槽。本发明的集油槽座利用槽座上的导流横槽阵列和槽座两侧的集油横槽,喷淋油和铁屑落到该集油槽座上后会自动进行分离,喷淋油经过导流横槽和集油横槽,最后集中在槽壳内,大大方便了油槽的清理和喷淋油的回收。该集油槽座结构简单,改造方便,效果明显,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机设备,更确切地说,是一种集油槽座。
背景技术
机床在进行加工时,为了防止工件出现热形变,一般会利用油嘴直接对工件进行喷淋。喷淋油最后落到机床底部的油槽内进行回收。现有的油槽就是一个普通的四方形的铁皮容器,铁屑也直接落入到油槽中,给后期的喷淋油的回收带来很大的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种集油槽座。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种集油槽座,所述的集油槽座包含一长条状的槽座,所述的槽座上设有由导流横槽组成的导流横槽阵列,所述的槽座的两侧分别设有一集油横槽。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的集油横槽的设置方向与所述的导流横槽相互垂直。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的集油槽座为铸铁一体成型。
本发明的集油槽座利用槽座上的导流横槽阵列和槽座两侧的集油横槽,喷淋油和铁屑落到该集油槽座上后会自动进行分离,喷淋油经过导流横槽和集油横槽,最后集中在槽壳内,大大方便了油槽的清理和喷淋油的回收。该集油槽座结构简单,改造方便,效果明显,实用性强。

如图1至图3所示,本发明的集油槽座1包含一长条状的槽座2,该槽座2上设有由导流横槽3组成的导流横槽阵列,该槽座2的两侧分别设有一集油横槽4。
集油横槽4的设置方向与该导流横槽3相互垂直。
该集油槽座1为铸铁一体成型。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种集油槽座,其特征在于,所述的集油槽座(1)包含一长条状的槽座(2),所述的槽座(2)上设有由导流横槽(3)组成的导流横槽阵列,所述的槽座(2)的两侧分别设有一集油横槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集油槽座,其特征在于,所述的集油横槽(4)的设置方向与所述的导流横槽(3)相互垂直。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集油槽座,其特征在于,所述的集油槽座(1)为铸铁一体成型。
