Description

非溢出式阀
本发明涉及用于液体容器的颈部或喷口的非溢出式阀,涉及容器的设置有这样的颈部或喷口的盖,并且涉及装配有这样的盖的容器,例如,幼童和丧失行为能力的人使用的所谓的非溢出式饮用杯。本发明还涉及婴儿和残疾人使用的喂养瓶(feeding bottle,奶瓶)的奶嘴(nipple)的非溢出式阀,涉及用于该瓶子的设置有这样的奶嘴的***,并且涉及装配有这样的***的喂养瓶。

根据本发明的另一方面,前述的喷口或颈部或奶嘴类似地由柔性塑料材料制成并且与至少一个这样的非溢出式活片阀及其支撑件一体模制。如果设置有两个或更多个活片阀,则可具有单一支撑件,该单一支撑件具有对应数量的互补孔用于阀的管。而且,代替与容器的盖或与喂养瓶的***一体模制,可以使该一个或每个管与安装装置模制在一起,该安装装置用于将喷口或颈部或奶嘴连接至容器或喂养瓶的盖或***。

参照图1,活片阀包括截面为大致矩形的管1,所述管在其下端开口而在其顶部被壁2封闭。管的侧部由相对的侧壁3和3g以及相对的侧壁4和4a限定。
管1的开口的下端与支撑件6中的孔6a对应且尺寸相同,管1从支撑件直立,并且支撑件优选地与管1由诸如硅树脂的柔性塑料材料一体模制。侧壁4与顶壁2完全分离并且通过切口7与侧壁3和3a部分地分离,该切口在尚未到达支撑件6的位置处停止,从而限定活片5,该活片铰接至壁4的下部。由于柔性硅树脂材料的特性,所以活片5紧贴于壁2、3、3a的边缘,活片从所述边缘开始切开。
当将图1的阀***液体容器的喷口或颈部或奶嘴或者喂养瓶的奶嘴中时,或者如果该阀与它们一体模制使得管1的封闭顶端通向喷口或颈部的嘴部或者通向***中的孔并且开口下端通过支撑件6中的孔6a与容器或瓶的液体内容物连通时,通过利用活片5将管保持为被关闭,防止液体到达喷口或颈部或奶嘴的嘴部。因此,没有液体可到达喷口或颈部或奶嘴的嘴部。但是,如果通过使用者施加的吮吸而对管壁4的外部施加真空,则硅树脂材料的柔性将使得壁4的活片部分5弯曲离开该管的壁2、3、3a,以留出间隙,液体通过该间隙被从容器吸到喷口或颈部的嘴部。当使用者停止吮吸时,活片的硅树脂材料的记忆特性使其弯曲回到抵接壁2、3、3a的封闭位置。
参照图2,此视图示出了用于非溢出式杯子的封闭盖的具有硅树脂材料制成的椭圆整体喷口8的那部分,该椭圆整体喷口模制到作为封闭盖的一部分的硅树脂封闭部分9。喷口8包括位于喷嘴内的两个活片阀,所述活片阀以参照图1结构所述的方式构造。当然,在此情况下,图1中示出的支撑件6在图2中不可见,而在图3的截面图中以虚线示出,该支撑件具有椭圆形状并且包括均与每个管的下部开口端连通的两个孔。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于液体容器的颈部或喷口的非溢出式阀,包括柔性管,所述管的一端开口并且从有孔支撑件直立,所述支撑件的孔与所述管的开口端相对应并且尺寸相同,所述支撑件的形状与所述颈部或喷口的内部互补,从而其形成所述容器的颈部或喷口中的分隔件并且使得液体从所述支撑件中的孔仅能够流入所述管的内部,其中,所述管的另一端是封闭的,但是存在切口,所述切口将所述封闭端与所述管的邻接侧壁部分分离,所述切口沿所述侧壁部分延续一段距离但不到达所述支撑件,从而限定一活片,所述活片铰接至所述支撑件的壁并且抵接某一部分,所述活片从所述某一部分切开,但是所述活片能够在施加于所述颈部或喷口的吮吸的作用下弯曲,从而使得液体从所述管的内部到达所述颈部或喷口的嘴部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其中,所述柔性管的材料是硅树脂并且与其支撑件一体模制。
