Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料及其制备方法,耐腐蚀防水的涂料由以下成分按照重量比组成:丙烯酸异丁酯为20~26份、软脂酸甘油酯为9~16份、异丁烯醇为8~14份、碳化硅为3~6份、碳酸钡为5~10份、丙酮为7~9份、乙二醇为14~19份、水为23~27份。将耐腐蚀防水的涂料成分进行混合、复配、剪切制备得到了成品涂料,制备得到的涂料具备了优良的耐盐腐蚀和防水的性能,有效的提高了涂料的使用寿命。

一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料的种类较多,不同的成分组成的涂料也具有不同的性质。涂料的用途也非常多,在一些涉及到化学成分的领域,涂料的耐腐蚀效果对涂料具有较大的影响。船舶的表面也需要涂料来抵御海水的腐蚀,在这种情况下,涂料的耐盐腐蚀的性能非常重要。耐盐腐蚀效果较差,在涂料被腐蚀后,船舶的材料也会受到腐蚀,影响船舶的安全。另外涂料还需要具有较好的防水效果,放置长时间浸泡在水中后产生起泡、脱落的现象。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的船舶外用涂料的耐盐腐蚀效果较差、且防水效果也较差,影响了船舶表面涂料的使用时间的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料及其制备方法,耐腐蚀防水的涂料由以下成分按照重量比组成:丙烯酸异丁酯为20~26份、软脂酸甘油酯为9~16份、异丁烯醇为8~14份、碳化硅为3~6份、碳酸钡为5~10份、丙酮为7~9份、乙二醇为14~19份、水为23~27份。
一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)取碳化硅和碳酸钡为一定量,将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别用粉碎机进行粉碎;(2)粉碎后将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别过400目的筛子,收集碳化硅和碳酸钡粉末;(3)将反应罐温度设定为130℃,温度稳定后加入丙烯酸异丁酯为20~26份、软脂酸甘油酯为9~16份、异丁烯醇为8~14份、丙酮为7~9份、乙二醇为14~19份、水为23~27份,充分进行机械搅拌,搅拌至混合均匀;(4)再加入400目的碳化硅为3~6份,400目的碳酸钡为5~10份,机械搅拌均匀;(5)将涂料混合料进行剪切处理,剪切转速为4500rpm,剪切时间为6~13min。
制备过程中加入的异丁烯醇优选为14份。
制备过程中加入的软脂酸甘油酯优选为16份。
制备过程中加入的碳化硅优选为6份。
有益效果:制备得到涂料后,测定了本发明的涂料的耐腐蚀效果和防水效果,将制备的涂料均匀的刮涂在生铁表面,涂料厚度为0.2cm,室温下在15wt%的氯化钠溶液和纯水溶液中放置3个月至9个月后,涂料没有起泡和脱落的现象,具备了较好的耐腐蚀和防水的功能,可以用于船舶的船体,提高船舶的耐盐和耐水的性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)取碳化硅和碳酸钡为一定量,将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别用粉碎机进行粉碎;(2)粉碎后将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别过400目的筛子,收集碳化硅和碳酸钡粉末;(3)将反应罐温度设定为130℃,温度稳定后加入丙烯酸异丁酯为23kg、软脂酸甘油酯为9kg、异丁烯醇为14kg、丙酮为7kg、乙二醇为19kg、水为27kg,充分进行机械搅拌,搅拌至混合均匀;(4)再加入400目的碳化硅为3kg,400目的碳酸钡为10kg,机械搅拌均匀;(5)将涂料混合料进行剪切处理,剪切转速为4500rpm,剪切时间为13min。
实施例2
一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)取碳化硅和碳酸钡为一定量,将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别用粉碎机进行粉碎;(2)粉碎后将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别过400目的筛子,收集碳化硅和碳酸钡粉末;(3)将反应罐温度设定为130℃,温度稳定后加入丙烯酸异丁酯为20kg、软脂酸甘油酯为12kg、异丁烯醇为11kg、丙酮为9kg、乙二醇为14kg、水为23kg,充分进行机械搅拌,搅拌至混合均匀;(4)再加入400目的碳化硅为5kg,400目的碳酸钡为7kg,机械搅拌均匀;(5)将涂料混合料进行剪切处理,剪切转速为4500rpm,剪切时间为6min。
实施例3
一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)取碳化硅和碳酸钡为一定量,将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别用粉碎机进行粉碎;(2)粉碎后将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别过400目的筛子,收集碳化硅和碳酸钡粉末;(3)将反应罐温度设定为130℃,温度稳定后加入丙烯酸异丁酯为26kg、软脂酸甘油酯为16kg、异丁烯醇为8kg、丙酮为8kg、乙二醇为16kg、水为25kg,充分进行机械搅拌,搅拌至混合均匀;(4)再加入400目的碳化硅为6kg,400目的碳酸钡为5kg,机械搅拌均匀;(5)将涂料混合料进行剪切处理,剪切转速为4500rpm,剪切时间为9min。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的涂料分别刮涂在生铁的表面,涂料的厚度为0.2cm,室温下将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的涂料在15wt%的氯化钠溶液和纯水溶液中分别放置放置3个月、6个月、9个月。观察涂料的变化。
经过长时间的浸泡后涂料没有发生变化,具有良好的耐腐蚀和防水效果,可用于船体表面,提高船体的耐腐蚀和防水性能。

1.一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料,其特征在于耐腐蚀防水的涂料由以下成分按照重量比组成:丙烯酸异丁酯为20~26份、软脂酸甘油酯为9~16份、异丁烯醇为8~14份、碳化硅为3~6份、碳酸钡为5~10份、丙酮为7~9份、乙二醇为14~19份、水为23~27份;
所述的耐腐蚀防水的涂料通过下述的制备方法制备得到:
(1)取碳化硅和碳酸钡为一定量,将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别用粉碎机进行粉碎;(2)粉碎后将碳化硅和碳酸钡分别过400目的筛子,收集碳化硅和碳酸钡粉末;(3)将反应罐温度设定为130℃,温度稳定后加入丙烯酸异丁酯为20~26份、软脂酸甘油酯为9~16份、异丁烯醇为8~14份、丙酮为7~9份、乙二醇为14~19份、水为23~27份,充分进行机械搅拌,搅拌至混合均匀;(4)再加入400目的碳化硅为3~6份,400目的碳酸钡为5~10份,机械搅拌均匀;(5)将涂料混合料进行剪切处理,剪切转速为4500rpm,剪切时间为6~13min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料,其特征在于制备过程中加入的异丁烯醇为14份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料,其特征在于制备过程中加入的软脂酸甘油酯为16份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水的涂料,其特征在于制备过程中加入的碳化硅为6份。
