本发明公开了一种彩色凉粉,由下列组份按质量配比制成,优质大米10—15份,芹菜3—5份,菠菜5—7份,红觅菜5—7份,山泉水40—50份,氧化钙1—3份;加工方法:将采摘的新鲜芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜洗净;按以上质量配比,用碎片机把消毒后的芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜打成碎片状,再用榨汁机榨成蔬菜汁;将上述大米用剩下的山泉水浸泡3-5小时后磨成米浆;将上述米浆和蔬菜汁倒入容器内,容器底部联接蒸汽管道,容器设置有绞拌装置,使蒸汽直接进入浆液中持继加温35—45分钟,然后将煮熟的浆液倒进全自动包装机内进行热封计量抽真空包装。该凉粉既细嫩,同时又具有韧性,口感滑润,老少皆适合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种特色食品,尤其是一种彩色凉粉。
背景技术
随着人类文明发展和社会进步,生活质量不断提高,人们的膳食结构也在翻新变化,绿色食品、无公害蔬菜、有机食品在消费市场不断增大份额,且具有大的发展空间。人们在不断开发新的特色品种,这些特色食品,既满足人们的需求,同时获取良好的社会效益和经济效益。
而现有的凉粉由淀粉制成,色泽单一,口感较差,营养价值低,不能满足人们越来越高的对食物营养、口感、美观的要求。且有人还在凉粉的生产过程中加入明矾或食用胶,影响人体健康。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明旨在提供一种彩色凉粉,该凉粉不仅具有色泽,还含有丰富的维生素,可以作为农家乐特色食品,满足人们的需求。
一种彩色凉粉,由下列组份按质量配比制成,
优质大米10—15份,芹菜3—5份,菠菜5—7份,红觅菜5—7份,山泉水40—50份,氧化钙1—3份;
加工方法:
1将采摘的新鲜芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜洗净;
2按以上质量配比,用碎片机把消毒后的芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜打成碎片状,在打碎过程中同时加部分山泉水,再用榨汁机榨成蔬菜汁;
3将上述大米用剩下的山泉水浸泡3-5小时后磨成米浆;
4将上述米浆和蔬菜汁倒入容器内,容器底部联接蒸汽管道, 容器设置有绞拌装置,同时打开气阀与绞拌器,使蒸汽直接进入浆液中持继加温35—45分钟,然后将煮熟的浆液倒进全自动包装机内进行热封计量抽真空包装。
上述食品用蒸汽直接对浆液加热,无糊锅或者粘锅现象,由于制作时加入了多种蔬菜汁,其含有丰富的维生素,经常食用,有益健康。将上述彩色凉粉切成条状或者块状,然后配以少许酱油、醋、辣椒油、蒜汁、姜末、香葱,彩色凉粉味道辣中带香,既细嫩,同时又具有韧性,口感滑润,老少皆适合。
本发明在生产工艺过程中不添加任何防腐剂及人工色素,对生产的产品无任何污染,全程是全封闭生产、达到绿色环保的作用,是当前人们生活所追求的营养、保健、环保的食品。
具体实施方式
实施例1,取优质大米10Kg,芹菜4 Kg,菠菜5 Kg,红觅菜7 Kg,山泉水40 Kg,氧化钙1 Kg;
加工方法:
1将采摘的新鲜芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜洗净;
2按以上质量配比,用碎片机把消毒后的芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜打成碎片状,在打碎过程中同时加5 Kg山泉水,再用榨汁机榨成蔬菜汁;
3将大10Kg米淘洗干净,然后用35 Kg山泉水浸泡3-5小时后磨成米浆;
4将上述米浆和蔬菜汁倒入容器内,容器底部联接蒸汽管道, 容器内设置有绞拌装置,同时打开气阀与绞拌器,使蒸汽直接进入浆液中持继加温35—45分钟,然后将煮熟的浆液倒进全自动包装机内进行热封计量抽真空包装。

1.一种彩色凉粉,其特征在于由下列组份按质量配比制成,
优质大米10—15份,芹菜3—5份,菠菜5—7份,红觅菜5—7份,山泉水40—50份,氧化钙1—3份;
加工方法:
(1)将采摘的新鲜芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜洗净;
(2)按以上质量配比,用碎片机把消毒后的芹菜、菠菜、红觅菜打成碎片状,在打碎过程中同时加部分山泉水,再用榨汁机榨成蔬菜汁;
(3)将上述大米用剩下的山泉水浸泡3-5小时后磨成米浆;
(4)将上述米浆和蔬菜汁倒入容器内,容器底部联接蒸汽管道, 容器设置有绞拌装置,同时打开气阀与绞拌器,使蒸汽直接进入浆液中持继加温35—45分钟,然后将煮熟的浆液倒进全自动包装机内进行热封计量抽真空包装。
