一种狗肉制品,包括:狗肉1050克、姜13克、胡椒5克、肉桂4克、茶多酚8克、红辣椒7克、盐13克、蒜10克、葱15克、料酒18克、香油9克、香菜36克、山药17克、粳米40克、香蕉皮18克、橘子皮13克、柚子皮10克。
狗肉制品的制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用盐水对狗肉清洗、切块成3厘米见方;
(2)在锅中加入姜、红辣椒、蒜爆炒2分钟秒;
(3)将狗肉入锅,爆炒9分钟;
(4)加水1080克,将胡椒、肉桂、茶多酚、山药、粳米装入纱布袋,在清水中浸泡14分钟后入锅,香蕉皮、橘子皮、柚子皮洗净、切块后入锅,再将盐、料酒入锅炖48分钟,水煮沸后撇去浮沫;
(5)将香油入锅3.5分钟;
(6)将葱、香菜入锅2分钟,起锅;将做好的狗肉冷却后在杀菌锅中高温高压杀菌,温度为130℃,压力为220千帕,灭菌30分钟,然后真空包装。
山药清热,解毒。治温病发热,热毒血痢,痈疡,肿毒,瘰疬,痔漏。山药的作用:1、降血糖作用2、调节机体对非特异刺激反应性作用3、对免疫功能的影响4、其他所含营养成分和粘液质、淀粉酶有关,有滋补作用,能助消化。止泻。祛痰。陈皮理气健脾调中,燥湿化痰。主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良。湿浊阻中之胸闷腹胀、纳呆便溏。痰湿壅肺之咳嗽气喘。两者合用,可理气健脾调中,燥湿化痰助消化。盐、酱油、味精由于富含钠离子,长期过量食用会升高血压,是让心血管“害怕”的调料。改用肉桂、胡椒代替这些调料,却能降脂护血管。胡椒、肉桂配合使用能够通经活络、有效的排除人体内的毒素、增加血液循环。茶多酚有助于延缓衰老、抑制心血管疾病、预防和抗癌、预防和治疗辐射伤害、防腐败,延长保鲜期。香蕉皮中含有蕉皮素,它可以抑制细菌和真菌滋生,治高血压,防中风。加入橘子皮味道既鲜美又不会感到油腻,而且橘子皮具有理气化痰、健胃除湿、降低血压等功能。柚子皮可以润肺清肠、补血健脾,还可以缓解感冒咳嗽、暖胃、化痰、润化喉咙,去油腻。

1.一种狗肉制品,其特征在于,包括:狗肉1000—1100克、姜10—15克、胡椒4—6克、肉桂2—5克、茶多酚5—10克、红辣椒5—8克、盐10—15克、蒜7—10克、葱8—12克、料酒15—20克、香油6—9克、香菜30—40克、山药10—20克、粳米30—50克、香蕉皮15—20克、橘子皮10—13克、柚子皮8—12克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将肥瘦相间的狗肉清洗、切块成3厘米见方;
(2)在锅中加入姜、红辣椒、蒜爆炒1—2分钟秒;
(3)将狗肉入锅,爆炒8—9分钟;
(4)加水1000—1100克,将盐、胡椒、肉桂、茶多酚、山药、料酒、粳米、香蕉皮、橘子皮、柚子皮入锅炖40—50分钟;
(5)将香油入锅2—4分钟;
(6)将葱、香菜入锅1—2分钟,起锅。
3.根据权利要求2所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中用盐水对狗肉进行清洗。
4.根据权利要求2所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤(4)中将所述胡椒、肉桂、山药、粳米装入纱布袋,在清水中浸泡12—14分钟后再用。
5.根据权利要求2所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤(4)中,水煮沸后撇去浮沫。
6.根据权利要求2所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述香蕉皮、橘子皮、柚子皮洗净、切块后入锅。
7.根据权利要求2所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于:将步骤(6)中做好的狗肉冷却后真空包装。
8.根据权利要求7所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于:将冷却后的狗肉先进行高温杀菌后再行真空包装。
9.根据权利要求8所述的狗肉制品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述高温杀菌的条件为:在杀菌锅中高温高压杀菌,温度为120—130℃,压力为220千帕,灭菌25—30分钟。
