Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于向吸入器物件的筒体提供液态烟草提取物的方法、套件和设备。
背景技术
吸入器物件是一种通过产生与所吸入的烟草烟雾的味道非常接近的可吸入气雾来模拟吸烟行为的设备。吸入器物件可通过许多不同的机理产生可吸入的气雾,例如通过加热丙二醇或甘油基的液体溶液,并允许汽化溶液凝结成微小的液滴。热量可以通过由燃料或通常存储在电池中的电力所提供的能量产生。大多数吸入器物件设计为类似于诸如香烟、雪茄或烟斗(烟筒)等实际的吸烟用具。
利用基于电池的电能产生可吸入气雾的吸入器的一个示例是电子香烟。电子香烟通常包括三个主要部件:筒体、雾化器和电池单元。筒体中包括浸有香气(flavour)和香味(芳香,aroma)化合物、丙二醇、水和香味化合物的溶液的吸附网。这种筒体通常是一次性的,从而当用户感知到筒体中的香气和香味化合物的量用完时能够使用新的筒体更换使用过的筒体。
这种吸入器产生的可吸入气雾往往缺乏与吸烟用具相关的特定的感官特性,因为它们通常不包含烟草。目前已经尝试通过向设备中提供固体烟草作为香气和香味的来源,以克服该问题。

发明内容

本发明的发明人通过设计一种设备已经克服了现有技术中存在的问题,该设备可被最终用户使用以从源于烟草的固体(tobacco derived solid)中提取液态烟草提取物并将该提取物输送到吸入器物件的可填充筒体。结果,最终用户能够在重新填充筒体期间产生液态香气和香味提取物,同时避免在筒体中使用源于烟草的固体。
如上所述,源于烟草的固体可以被切割、磨碎、再造、切碎、研磨或以任何方式进行处理,以减小其粒径。在下面描述的示例性实施例中,源于烟草的固体将是烟丝。

具体实施方式
参照图1,电子香烟包括三个构件;可充电电池和电路(1)、加热器(2)和芯部(3)以及可重复填充的包含香气和香味的筒体(4)。筒体(4)包括壳体,在该壳体中设置有浸入香气和香味、丙二醇、水和香味化合物的溶液中的吸附网或纤维基体。包括围绕绝缘体缠绕的金属线的加热器(2)位于筒体(4)的无烟端部处,并在筒体(4)的另一端部上设有孔(5),在吸烟过程中,孔(5)使空气通过筒体到达外部。芯部(3)包含接近热源放置的多孔耐高温材料,热源能够传输其中具有香气和香味化合物的挥发的丙二醇。

4.如权利要求3所述的套件,其中,所述源于烟草的固体与所述溶剂分离,或者所述源于烟草的固体和溶剂作为混合物被供应。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的套件,其中,所述用于从源于烟草的固体中提取液态烟草提取物的装置是网状过滤器或选择性渗透薄膜。
6.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的套件,其中,所述壳体是能变形的瓶,该瓶中已经储存有源于烟草的固体和溶剂的混合物,当能引起变形的外部力施加在所述壳体时,该瓶将液态烟草提取物分配到所述筒体中。
7.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的套件,其中,所述壳体是计量喷射瓶,该计量喷射瓶含有源于烟草的固体和溶剂的混合物以及存储于其中的推进溶剂,其中,所述源于烟草的固体和溶剂的混合物与推进溶剂通过用于提取液态烟草提取物的装置分开。
8.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的套件,其中,所述用于提取液态烟草提取物的装置设计为活塞,所述活塞能够可滑动地与所述壳体的外壁接合。
9.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的套件,所述吸入器物件是电子香烟。
10.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的套件,还包括可拆卸地连接到所述壳体的吸入器物件的筒体。
11.一种用于向吸入器物件的筒体供应液态烟草提取物的设备,该设备包括壳体,在该壳体中设置有用于从源于烟草的固体中提取液态烟草提取物的装置,其中,所述壳体适于将液态烟草提取物输送到吸入器物件的筒体。
12.一种向吸入器物件的筒体供给液态烟草提取物的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a.提供权利要求1至10中任一项权利要求的套件中的设备或权利要求11的设备;
b.在该设备的壳体中装填源于烟草的固体和溶剂;
c.从源于烟草的固体中提取烟草提取物,以形成液态烟草提取物和溶剂的混和物;以及
d.提供吸入器物件的筒体并将所述烟草提取物输送到所述筒体。
