本发明涉及饮水机加工设备技术领域，具体涉及一种卡设式皮带盘。
背景技术
饮水机顾名思义就是解决人们饮水问题而诞生的家用产品。因提升人们的饮水质量和生活品位而成为时尚备受国人喜爱。最初的饮水机是人们饮用桶装水的家用产品，分为立式和台式两大类。为了满足国人的饮水习惯，饮水机的功能又实现了加热与制冷效果，此阶段的桶装纯净水为饮水机的诞生与发展起到关键作用。
根据传统饮水机的设计原理，在通电状态下，待内胆中的水温攀升至上限温度后，加热停止；当热胆中的水因取饮或热量的自然散发而降温至下限温度时，加热重新开始。目前市场上饮水机内胆的材质多为不锈钢或者铝壳，在内胆的外部缠绕有铜管或加热片，而传统的加工方式大多采用工人手动缠绕，工作效率较低，制品质量不稳定，不能满足大批量生产需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单，连接方便的卡设式皮带盘。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种卡设式皮带盘，包括一皮带盘本体，在所述皮带盘本体上设有一轴孔，所述轴孔的内壁上设有一卡槽，所述卡槽内设有一卡块，所述卡块固定在卡槽中，所述卡块的底部向所述轴孔凸起。
所述轴孔的中心线位于皮带盘本体的中心线上。
所述卡块为金属结构，硬度好，耐磨。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明具有结构简单，设计新颖，安装方便等优点，通过卡块的方式与轴锁定连接，从而带动皮带盘转动，传动稳定，效果好，实用价值高。
