Abstract

本发明公开了一种毛刺刷，由压板、顶杆、铜套、垫片、导柱、弹簧、以及刷毛单元等组成。当需要更换刷毛单元时，只需将毛刺刷放到地面，然后向下压顶板的正面边缘，在各个顶杆的作用下，所有的刷毛单元都会挣脱强力磁铁的吸合力而脱落。本发明避免了更换刷毛单元时用螺丝刀等类似器具将其逐个捅出，而导致的费时费力现象，同时极大程度的提高了刷毛的更换速度。

一种毛刺刷
技术领域
本发明涉及一种表面处理装置，具体地说涉及一种金属表面处理装置。
背景技术
在铝合金车轮的生产过程中，刷毛刺成本占整体成本的很大一部分，原因就是毛刺刷的消耗量非常大。越来越多的企业开始探索研发各种新型的毛刺刷，以降低其刷毛刺成本。可更换刷毛式的毛刷，因其灵活性是未来车轮毛刺刷的发展趋势，其中的底盘部分可以重复使用，可很大程度的降低成本。然而，在降低成本的同时，怎样使得变短后的刷毛可方便的拆卸，是所面临的新的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种可以方便更换刷毛的车轮毛刺刷。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：一种毛刺刷，由压板、顶杆、铜套、垫片、导柱、弹簧、底板、磁铁、顶板以及刷毛单元所组成。磁铁固定在底板和顶板之间，磁铁将束刷毛单元吸住，组成毛刺刷的本体。
导柱被固定在底板下方，与导柱配合的铜套镶嵌在压板上；上方安装顶杆的压板固定在弹簧和导柱末端的垫片之间；顶杆的顶端穿过底板和磁铁的孔，与刷毛单元的下方接触。
当需要更换刷毛单元时，只需将毛刺刷放到地面，然后向下压顶板的正面边缘，在各个顶杆的作用下，所有的刷毛单元都会挣脱强力磁铁的吸合力而脱落。
本发明避免了更换刷毛单元时用螺丝刀等类似器具将其逐个捅出，而导致的费时费力现象，同时极大程度的提高了刷毛的更换速度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
该毛刺刷由压板1、顶杆2、铜套3、垫片4、导柱5、弹簧6、底板7、磁铁8、顶板9以及刷毛单元10所组成。磁铁8固定在底板7和顶板9之间，磁铁8将刷毛单元10吸住，组成毛刺刷的本体。
导柱5固定在底板7下方，与导柱5配合的铜套3镶嵌在压板1上；上方安装顶杆2的压板1固定在弹簧6和导柱5末端的垫片4之间；顶杆2的顶端穿过底板7和磁铁8的孔，与刷毛单元10的下方接触。
工作过程中，当需要更换刷毛单元10时，只需将毛刺刷放到地面，然后向下压顶板9的正面边缘，在各个顶杆2的作用下，所有的刷毛单元10都会挣脱磁铁8的吸合力而脱落。

Claims (1)

1.一种毛刺刷，由压板（1）、顶杆（2）、铜套（3）、垫片（4）、导柱（5）、弹簧（6）、底板（7）、磁铁（8）、顶板（9）以及刷毛单元（10）所组成，其特征在于：磁铁（8）固定在底板（7）和顶板（9）之间，磁铁（8）将刷毛单元（10）吸住，组成毛刺刷的本体；导柱（5）固定在底板（7）下方，与导柱（5）配合的铜套（3）镶嵌在压板（1）上；上方安装顶杆（2）的压板（1）固定在弹簧（6）和导柱（5）末端的垫片（4）之间；顶杆（2）的顶端穿过底板（7）和磁铁（8）的孔，与刷毛单元（10）的下方接触。
