Abstract

本发明公开了一种餐具调羹分发器，包括分发器本体，所述分发器本体包括相互拼接的两面板，在所述面板间形成容纳调羹用的通道，在所述分发器本体下方设置供调羹拔出的出口，在该通道底部具有用于支撑调羹勺部的弧形面，在该弧形面一端设置向所述通道内凹陷的支点端，位于出口处的可拔出的调羹上方的第一个调羹一端顶靠调羹的勺面，另一端顶靠通道内壁的底端。本发明可以方便的实现调羹的拿取，使用十分方便，并且结构简单，易于批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐具分发器领域，更具体的，涉及一种餐具调羹分发器。
背景技术
目前在国内市场上还没有专门用于分发调羹的分发器，一般调羹都直接放置在一容器内供使用者拿取，这样一是十分不方便，并且不是十分卫生。因此有必要设计一种专门用于调羹分发的设备。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种餐具调羹分发器。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种餐具调羹分发器，包括分发器本体，所述分发器本体包括相互拼接的两面板，在所述面板间形成容纳调羹用的通道，在所述分发器本体下方设置供调羹拔出的出口，在该通道底部具有用于支撑调羹勺部的弧形面，在该弧形面一端设置向所述通道内凹陷的支点端，位于出口处的可拔出的调羹上方的第一个调羹一端顶靠调羹的勺面，另一端顶靠通道内壁的底端。
上述技术方案中，在所述面板底部设置开口，在该开口中镶设镶块，所述弧形面设置于所述镶块。
本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明可以方便的实现调羹的拿取，使用十分方便，并且结构简单，易于批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细描述，参见图1至图4，一种餐具调羹分发器，包括分发器本体，所述分发器本体包括相互拼接而成的两面板1，在所述面板1间形成容纳调羹用的通道10，调羹间相互层叠的设置于该通道10内，并且以柄端向上勺端向下的方式放置。在分发器本体下方设置供调羹拔出的出口11。
在面板1底部设置开口12，在该开口12中镶设镶块2，所述镶块2上具有与调羹勺部配合的弧形面20，在所述弧形面20一端设置向通道10内壁凹陷的支点端3，参见图4，图4示出了通道10最底端两个调羹的放置示意图。此时最底端的调羹w1(此处所说的最底端也即位于出口处的可拔出的调羹)的勺部放置于所述弧形面20上，并且勺部的端部***支点端3，位于最底端调羹w1上方的调羹w2勺部顶靠w1的勺部，调羹w2的柄部顶靠通道10不设置支点端3一侧的侧壁，并且位于该侧壁的底端，也即调羹w2的柄部接近出口11位置。
当拔出调羹w1时，调羹w2的勺部沿着调羹w1的勺部弧形面滑移进入支点端3，调羹w2柄部下降一定高度，使得柄部脱离通道侧壁的顶靠，此时位于w2上方的调羹滑移到调羹w2之前的位置，如此往复，以每次一个可重复顺序的取用调羹。

1.一种餐具调羹分发器，包括分发器本体，所述分发器本体包括相互拼接的两面板(1)，在所述面板(1)间形成容纳调羹用的通道(10)，在所述分发器本体下方设置供调羹拔出的出口(11)，其特征在于：在该通道(10)底部具有用于支撑调羹勺部的弧形面(20)，在该弧形面(20)一端设置向所述通道(10)内凹陷的支点端(3)，位于出口(11)处的可拔出的调羹w1上方的第一个调羹w2一端顶靠调羹w1的勺面，另一端顶靠通道(10)内壁的底端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种餐具调羹分发器，其特征在于：在所述面板(1)底部设置开口(12)，在该开口(12)中镶设镶块(2)，所述弧形面(20)设置于所述镶块(2)。
