本发明公开了一种高效低温太阳能蒸发***,其特征是它包括有太阳能蒸发器(1),所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机(3)的进口相连,压缩机(3)的出口连接至换热器(5)的空气进口,所述换热器(5)的空气出口连接气液分离器(8)进口,气液分离器(8)的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的空气进口;所述换热器(5)的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的污水进口相连。本发明结构简单实用,成本低,将***的低品质热量通过加压后其得到利用,能过少量电能的消耗提高了低温太阳能蒸发的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种污水处理***,属于污水处理技术领域。
背景技术
现有低温太阳能蒸发***主要是用太阳能蒸发器组成,其优点是设备简单实用,处理污水流程短,出水水质好,其缺点是效率比较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种提高太阳能蒸发器效率的***及增大处理量能力的高效低温太阳能蒸发***。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高效低温太阳能蒸发***,其特征是它包括有太阳能蒸发器,所述太阳能蒸发器的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机的进口相连,压缩机的出口连接至换热器的空气进口,所述换热器的空气出口连接气液分离器进口,气液分离器的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器的空气进口;所述换热器的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器的污水进口相连。
所述污水管与换热器污水进口之间设有污水预热器,换热器的污水出口还通过部分回流管线与污水预热器相连。
本发明的有益效果是:
结构简单实用,成本低,将***的低品质热量通过加压后其得到利用,能过少量电能的消耗提高了低温太阳能蒸发的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明:
如附图1所示,本发明包括有太阳能蒸发器1,太阳能蒸发器1的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机3的进口相连,压缩机3的出口连接至换热器5的空气进口,换热器5的空气出口连接气液分离器8进口,气液分离器8的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器1的空气进口;所述换热器5的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器1的污水进口相连。本发明污水管与换热器5污水进口之间还可以设置污水预热器10,换热器5的污水出口还通过部分回流管线11与污水预热器10相连。
本发明运行时太阳能蒸发器1内的热空气通过管线2由压缩机3吸出进行压缩,热空气经压缩后的温度及压力同时升高,升高温度的空气能过换热器5与预热后的污水进行换热,此时空气温度将降低,降温后的空气通过管线6进入气液分离装置8,此时在气液分离器8进行气体减压及水气分离,从气液分离装置8出来的空气通过管线7进入太阳能蒸发器1,以上为空气的循环利用。污水是通过来水管线9进入污水预热器10内与换热器5换热后的污水进行预热,预热后的水进入换热器5,在换热器5中与压缩机3出来的热空气进行换热,换热后的污水一部分回污水预热器10,另一部分做为太阳能蒸发器1的进水,经太阳能蒸发后一部分水为冷凝液,另一部分是浓缩液分别进入不同的水箱。
本发明涉及的其它未说明部分与现有技术相同。

1.一种高效低温太阳能蒸发***,其特征是它包括有太阳能蒸发器(1),所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的热空气出口通过管线与压缩机(3)的进口相连,压缩机(3)的出口连接至换热器(5)的空气进口,所述换热器(5)的空气出口连接气液分离器(8)进口,气液分离器(8)的空气出口连接所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的空气进口;所述换热器(5)的污水进口连接至污水管,其污水出口与所述太阳能蒸发器(1)的污水进口相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效低温太阳能蒸发***,其特征是所述污水管与换热器(5)污水进口之间设有污水预热器(10),换热器(5)的污水出口还通过部分回流管线与污水预热器(10)相连。
