Abstract
本发明涉及一种用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,包括以下步骤:将PS树脂或再生颗粒100份,滑石粉1份,适量的着色剂混合搅拌均匀成混合料;将上述混合料经上料***送入挤出***挤压熔融,温度控制在200℃,同时注入发泡剂,压力在10Mpa。将上述的熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质,再冷却降温,经过动态或静态混合。再经过机头口模发泡,冷却定型,牵引喷码,计米切断至成品。本发明采用物理发泡的生产***一次挤出成型XPS装饰条异型材檐板,是一种新型的内外墙装饰线条及构件,本方法生产速度快,效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料挤出生产领域,尤其涉及一种用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法。
背景技术
目前,对于外墙或室内的装修,一般都会通过装饰材料来完成,从而起到保温或给环境营造更美色彩的作用。现有技术中可以采用木材或石膏,采用木材或石膏存在以下缺陷,首先是容易吸水造成变形、开裂等现象;其次木材的过多使用会破坏生态环境,而石膏也属于一次性,不可循环利用;此外石膏柔韧性较差且重量大,不易搬运。鉴于上述木材和石膏存在的问题,就开始选用EPS装饰材料,此种装饰材料是采用聚苯乙烯原料经蒸汽发泡、成型、切割制成的,具有抗水汽渗透、重量轻,可再生循环利用等特点,但是这种装饰材料表面粗糙,生产效率低,尽管具有抗水汽渗透性,但还是会吸水,长时间使用,存在其热阻系数会逐渐增大、抗压及承载力变差,使用寿命短的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,此方法生产出来的XPS装饰条檐板表面光滑细腻,不易变形、不开裂,是一种新型优质环保的装饰材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
(1) 一种用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,包括以下步骤:将PS树脂或再生颗粒100份,滑石粉1份,适量的着色剂混合搅拌均匀成混合料;
(2) 将上述混合料经上料***送入挤出***挤压熔融,温度控制在200℃,同时注入发泡剂,压力在10MPa,
(3) 再经过机头口模发泡,冷却定型;
(4) 牵引喷码,计米切断至成品。
(5) 进一步,所述的挤出***为一级挤出机和二级挤出机串联,一级挤出机和二级挤出机中间设有换网器,熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质,之后送入到第二级挤出机,进一步搅拌,经过动态或静态恒温混合,再冷却降温。
进一步的,所述的挤出***为单螺杆挤出机或双螺杆挤出机,挤出机后设有换网器,熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质,进一步搅拌,经过动态或静态恒温混合,再冷却降温。
进一步的,所述的发泡剂为二氧化碳、丁烷或氟利昂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用物理发泡的生产***一次挤出成型XPS装饰条异型材檐板,是一种新型的内外墙装饰线条及构件,本方法生产速度快,效率高,通过本发明生产的装饰条重量轻,易于搬运,表面光滑,既能体现高雅的装饰风格,还避免出现冷热桥效应,此外其耐候性好,无裂缝,可随意切割、拼接、组合,安装过程方便,外型美观,采用可循环再生料生产是一种环保的优质装饰材料。本产品可以代替传统的水泥、石膏、木材、PVC、EPS等装饰条构件。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将PS树脂:100份,滑石粉1份,适量的着色剂混合搅拌均匀成混合料;(2)将上述混合料经上料***送入第一级挤出机挤压熔融,化料温度控制在200℃,同时注入发泡剂,发泡剂为二氧化碳或丁烷或氟利昂,压力在10MPa;(3)将上述(2)的熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质;(4)之后送入到第二级挤出机,进一步搅拌,再冷却降温,经过动态或静态混合,(5)经过机头口模发泡,冷却定型;(6)牵引;喷码;计米切断至成品,所用的挤出机为两台串联的挤出机。
实施例2:
如图1所示,一种用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将PS树脂:100份,滑石粉1份,适量的着色剂混合搅拌均匀成混合料;(2)将上述混合料经上料***送入单螺杆挤出机挤压熔融,化料温度控制在200℃,同时注入发泡剂,发泡剂为丁烷或二氧化碳或氟利昂,压力在10MPa;(3)将上述(2)的熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质;(4)冷却降温后,经过动态或静态混合,(5)经过机头口模发泡,冷却定型;(6)牵引;喷码;计米切断至成品,所用的挤出机为单螺杆挤出机。
实施例3:
如图1所示,一种用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将PS树脂:100份,滑石粉1份,适量的着色剂混合搅拌均匀成混合料;(2)将上述混合料经上料***送入双螺杆挤出机挤压熔融,化料温度控制在200℃,同时注入发泡剂,发泡剂为氟利昂或二氧化碳或丁烷,压力在10MPa;(3)将上述(2)的熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质;(4)冷却降温后,经过动态或静态混合,(5)经过机头口模发泡,冷却定型;(6)牵引;喷码;计米切断至成品, 所用的挤出机为双螺杆挤出机。

Claims (4)
1.一种用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,包括以下步骤:
将PS树脂或再生颗粒100份,滑石粉1份,适量的着色剂混合搅拌均匀成混合料;
将上述混合料经上料***送入挤出***挤压熔融,温度控制在200℃,同时注入发泡剂,压力在10MPa,
再经过机头口模发泡,冷却定型;
牵引喷码,计米切断至成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,其特征在于:所述的挤出***为一级挤出机和二级挤出机串联,一级挤出机和二级挤出机中间设有换网器,熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质,之后送入到第二级挤出机,进一步搅拌,经过动态或静态恒温混合,再冷却降温。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,其特征在于:所述的挤出***为单螺杆挤出机或双螺杆挤出机,挤出机后设有换网器,熔融树脂经过换网器过滤杂质,进一步搅拌,经过动态或静态恒温混合,再冷却降温。
4.根据权利要求1—3任一项所述的用物理发泡工艺一次性挤出成型生产XPS装饰条异型材檐板的方法,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂为二氧化碳、丁烷或氟利昂等。
