Description

液体洗涤剂组合物中的颜色稳定***
本发明是关于液体洗涤剂组合物。按照本发明的组合物由于阻止了颜色变化而变得稳定。
液体洗涤剂组合物在现有技术中是众所周知的。为组合物的美观成为消费者能接受的关键因素时,就需要这样一种组合物其具有吸引人的颜色。洗涤剂配方设计者可以采用一个宽染料调色板以附合这种需要。
作为一种选择,当无染料产品的颜色完全可以吸引人时,有些组合物就可以不加染料直接销售。
然而,已经看到,按一定液体洗涤剂配方的新出产品颜色不会长期保持不变。这对于生产洗涤剂的厂家就是个问题,因为洗涤剂应该在包括产品美观的任何方面都没有明显变化,它应能经得住长期贮存。虽然颜色变化的原因还没有确切地识别出来,但是我们相信像链烷醇胺这样的成分在一定程度上是造成这种现象的原因。香料看起来也起了作用,但由于香料的性能复杂,所以这还不很清楚。因此,组合物的颜色在整个时期内变化的程度各不相同。
我们已经观测到,在洗涤剂中没有染料时颜色变化现象也会出现,即:改变的是无染料时的“本色”。可惜染料的存在并非总能完全遮掉颜色变化现象。
由于这些洗涤剂打算配成所谓的液体浓缩洗涤剂,在其中不同成分之间的相互作用并由此促使了颜色变化,所以上述问题在流行的液体洗涤剂中更是尖锐。这些液体浓缩洗涤剂中还经常包括链烷醇胺的应用,如上所述,链烷醇胺能引起一定程度上的颜色变化现象。
那么,本发明的目的就是配制能在长期内阻止颜色变化,从而变得稳定的液体洗涤剂组合物。
此目的之外,本发明还推荐配制含有小量产生于洗涤剂组合物中作为稳定颜色化合物的各种亚硫酸离子的液体洗涤剂组合物。
本发明的一个优点是,它提供了一种颜色稳定***,这种颜色稳定***在有或无染料时都产生颜色变化的所有产品中均是有效的。本发明的另一个优点是,它提供了普通化学药品的应用,这些药品在市场上买得到并且相对便宜。
按照本发明的组合物是含有一般洗涤剂成份的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于它还含有占组合物总重量0.001%-10%的稳定颜色的化合物,化合物是选自亚硫酸盐、亚硫酸氢盐或焦亚硫酸盐、二氧化硫、亚硫酸、α-羟烷基磺酸、巯基乙醇、巯基乙酸钠、2-氨基乙硫醇、半胱氨酸、聚胱氨酸、谷胱甘肽和甲脒亚硫酸或它们的混合物。
按照本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物包括一般的洗涤剂成份和颜色稳定***。
按照本发明的洗涤剂组合物含有占组合物总重量0.001%-10%的作为颜色稳定***的化合物,化合物选自亚硫酸盐(SO3 2-)、亚硫酸氢盐(HSO3 -)或焦亚硫酸盐(S2O5 2-)、二氧化硫、亚硫酸、2-羟烷基磺酸、巯基乙醇、巯基乙酸钠、2-氨基乙硫醇、半胱氨酸、聚胱氨酸、谷胱甘肽和甲脒亚硫酸或它们的混合物。合适的亚硫酸盐、亚硫酸氢盐和焦亚硫酸盐包括有金属盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐。该处所用最好的盐是钠、钾、钙、链烷醇铵盐和铵盐。这些化合物一般都用作食品防腐剂,所以市场上都买得到。亚硫酸氢盐、二氧化硫和亚硫酸的溶液也是市场上可以买得到的。

不必受理论约束,我们相信氢化亚硫酸根离子就是造成能看到颜色稳定效应的主要原因。因此,可把以上所说的任何一种化合物加到洗涤剂组合物中,因为完全可以肯定所述化合物能在最终产品中产生亚硫酸氢根离子。由于α-羟烷基磺酸在最终产品中能产生亚硫酸氢根离子,因此它在按本发明做组合物中也适用。通过醛或酮与亚硫酸钠反应可以制备α-羟烷基磺酸,例如正像《高等有机化学》杂志、1977年三月刊中P816Mc Graw-Hill所介绍的。在此烷基链长和α-羟烷基磺酸的构型不是关键性的。最好的烷基链是C1-C15脂族链。
按照本发明的组合物最好含有占组合物总重量0.005%-1%,最佳量是0.01-0.1%的所说的稳定颜色的化合物或其混合物。
按照本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物的其采部分是由各种通用洗涤剂成份,即水、表面活性剂、助洗剂及其它成分组成。
此处液体洗涤剂组合物含有占液体洗涤剂组合物总重量5%-60%,最好是20-40%的有机表面活性剂,有机表面活性剂选自非离子、阴离子、阳离子和两性离子表面活性剂及它们的混合物。
合适的阴离子表面活性盐类选自磺酸盐和硫酸盐组中。同性阴离子表面活性剂在洗涤剂工艺中是众所周知的,并广泛地用于商品洗涤剂中。最佳的水溶性阴离子磺酸盐或硫酸盐在其分子结构中有约8-22个碳原子的烷基。这样的阴离子表面活性盐类最佳实例有由例如脂油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油和椰子油衍生而来的C8-C18脂肪醇硫化得到的反应产物;烷基苯磺酸盐,其中烷基基团含有约9-15个碳原子;烷基甘油醚磺酸钠;由脂油和椰子油衍生的脂肪醇的***硫酸盐,单椰子油脂酸甘油酯硫酸盐和磺酸盐,以及在烷基链上有约8-22个碳原子的水溶性石蜡磺酸酯。也可以使用像在US3,332,880中较充分描述过的磺化了的链烯烃表面活性剂。广泛用在洗涤剂工艺技术中的一般阳离子,例如钠、钾、或烷基醇铵离子可做为合成阴离子磺酸盐和/或硫酸盐中中和用的阳离子的代表。
此处以水溶性烷基苯磺酸盐,比较好的是烷基苯磺酸钠,最好是烷基上约有10-13个碳原子的烷基苯磺酸钠代表合适的合成阴离子表面活性剂成份。在此另一较好的阴离子表面活性剂成份是烷基上约有10-15个碳原于的烷基硫酸钠。
这里适用的非离子表面活性剂包括那些由环氧乙烷和带有活泼氢的烃在酸性或碱性催化剂存在下进行缩合反应生成的化合物,带有活泼氢的烃是例如羟基、羧基或酰胺基,此处适用的化合物还包括通式RA(CH2CH2O)nH的化合物,其中R代表疏水部分、A代表有活泼氢的基团,n代表环氧乙烷部分的平均数。典型的大约含有8-22个碳原子。它们也可以是由1,2-环氧丙烷与低分子量化合物缩合形成的产物。n通常于约2-24之间变化。

合适的阳离子表面活性剂包括式R1R2R3R4-的季胺化合物,其中R1、R2和R3是甲基,同时R1是C12-C15烷基,或R1是乙基或羟乙基,R2和R3为甲基,而R4是C12-C15的烷基。
两性离子表面活性剂包括脂肪族季铵、鏻和锍化合物的各种衍生物,在衍生物中,脂肪族部分可以是直链或支链的,其中,脂肪族取代物之一含有约8-24个碳原子,而另一取代物至少含有一水溶性阳离子基团。特别好的两性离子物质是乙氧基化的磺酸铵和硫酸铵,这些物质在1975.12.9公布的Langhlin等的,专剂号为US3,925,262,1975.12.30公布的Langhlm等的专利号为US3,929,678的专利中有所介绍。
中极性非离子表面活性剂包括水溶性氧化胺,氧化胺含有一个大约8-28个碳原子的烷基或羟烷基部分,以及选自含有1-3个碳原子,可任意结合成环结构的烷基和羟烷基的两部分。

适合该处使用的脂肪酸助洗剂是饱和或不饱和C10-18脂肪酸,以及相应的皂。饱和部分最好选用烷基链上有12-16个碳原子。最好的不饱和酸是油酸。
用在这里的最佳助洗剂***是由柠檬酸、脂肪酸和上述琥珀酸衍生物形成的组合物。按照本发明的助洗剂***最好占组合物总重量的5%-35%。

室温下贮存二周之后,没添加任何按照本发明的颜色稳定体系的样品颜色已与新出产品的颜色有明显差别,而含有按本发明颜色稳定***的样品颜色实际上没变,即使有变化也是肉眼看不出来的差别。

Claims (3)

1.一种阻止长期贮存中颜色变化的稳定的液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于该组合物含有:
A)5%-60%(重量)有机表面活性剂;
B)5%-35%(重量)助洗剂***;
C)4%-16%(重量)选自单乙醇胺,三乙醇胺及其混合物的链烷醇胺组分;
D)0.3%-0.6%(重量)易引起颜色变化的香料组分;和
E)0.01%-0.1%(重量)选自亚硫酸铵、亚硫酸链烷醇铵、亚硫酸金属盐、亚硫酸氢铵、亚硫酸氢链烷醇铵、亚硫酸氢金属盐、焦亚硫酸铵、焦亚硫酸链烷醇铵和焦亚硫酸金属盐的颜色稳定化合物或其混合物。
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中所说的颜色稳定化合物是焦亚硫酸钠。
3.权利要求1的组合物,其中含有占组合物总重量30%以下的水。
