一、技术领域:本发明属于高端保健食品,尤以青藏高原天然无污染优质药食两用原料黑枸杞、芦丁、茶多酚、谷胱甘肽、L-半胱氨酸、鞣花酸、神经酰胺、番茄红素、维生素C、维生素E等原料,采用先进工艺加工而成的保健食品。
二、背景技术:该发明以黑枸杞、芦丁、茶多酚、谷胱甘肽、L-半胱氨酸、鞣花酸、神经酰胺、番茄红素、维生素等原料加工而成的保健食品。该产品具有抗氧化、清除自由基、补水保湿、防晒、抗紫外线照射、祛斑、美白、平展皮肤皱纹、延缓皮肤衰老等功效。目前市场上还没有本产品出现,创新研发该产品可为给所有爱美女士提供一种优质的新产品。本产品为片剂,属纯天然,无任何毒副作用,服用方便,效果明显。
三、发明内容:美丽是每位女士梦寐以求的梦想。随着我国经济的快速发展,环境污染,大气臭氧层变薄,紫外线照射越来越强。对皮肤伤害最强烈的就是阳光紫外线照射,90%以上的皮肤提早老化,黄褐斑等都是由阳光暴晒造成的,紫外线会加速皮肤中的胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的分解,这样损害为“光老化”,它对皮肤造成的严重损害,严重时会直接导致皮肤癌,轻的结果是皮肤造成提前出现皱纹,晒斑、色素斑、红脸蛋、皮肤干燥、皮肤老化、粗糙、白内障等,也可引起视力障碍,人体免疫力紊乱、某此癌症等。据国外报道,如果平时不注意防晒显老10岁。因此,创新研发本产品对爱美女士和其他人群具有特殊的功效。在日常生活中,因太阳伞和防晒化妆品等方法是很难阻挡深层紫外线对皮肤的损害,这是对皮肤产生不利影响的主要原因之一,特别是皮肤首当其中。
四、原料配方:黑枸杞提取物30千克、芦丁2.5千克、茶多酚100千克、谷胱甘肽12.5千克、L-半胱氨酸50千克、鞣花酸50千克、神经酰胺40千克、番茄红素0.16千克、维生素C30千克、维生素E0.5千克为原料。
五、技术方案:
(一)、黑枸杞提取物:(Lyciam barbarnm extraat),黑枸杞是生长在青藏高原绿色生态环境,纯天然珍品药食两用植物黑枸杞干燥果实。黑枸杞是一种稀有珍贵的原生态高端滋补品。黑枸杞为茄科植物枸杞成熟果实。性平,味甘。归肝、肾经。具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、润肺的功效。用于虚劳精亏、腰膝酸痛、眩晕耳鸣、内热消渴、血虚萎黄、提高视力、目昏不明等。现代医学研究认为,黑枸杞具有增强免疫力、抗疲劳、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、保护肝脏、减肥、抗衰老、抗癌等功能。
化学成分:黑枸杞含多糖、氨基酸、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C、烟酸等多种维生素以及锰、铬、锌、铜、镁、钙、锗、钴等微量元素。而且还有丰富的天然原花青素,其中原花青素含量是蓝莓含量的数倍,是迄今为止发现原花青素含量最高的天然野生植物。
药理作用:1、增强免疫力:小鼠灌服水提取物或肌注醇提取物均能显著增强其网状内皮***对印度墨汁的吞噬能力。水提取物或枸杞多糖均能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清中溶菌酶活性。给正常或老年小鼠灌服或腹枸杞多糖,能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞c3b和Fc的受体数和活力,可使老年小鼠抑制性T细胞调节抗体功能恢复到成年小鼠的水平。黑枸杞多糖纯品比粗品具有更显著的免疫应答效应,各项免疫指标(包括非特异性免疫的免疫器官质量、巨噬细胞吞噬作用、特异性体液免疫的血清溶血素,特异性细胞免疫中的退发型***反应、淋巴细胞转化率、E玫瑰花结形成等)均有显著的差异。

(二)、芦丁(Rutin),又名芸香甙,维生素P。是广泛存在于各种软果等植物中黄酮类化合物。许多研究显示,芦丁能降低血管通透性和脆性的作用,保护及恢复毛细血管弹性;用于防治高血压、脑溢血、糖尿病视网膜病变。具有消炎、抗过敏、防晒抗紫外线、利尿、降血脂、祛除黄褐斑、美白、解痛、镇咳、降血压等作用。
生理功能:1、抗炎:研究显示,大鼠腹腔注射对植入羊毛球的发炎过程有明显的抑制作用,芦丁的硫酸酯钠对大鼠热浮肿有很强的抗炎作用。
2、清除自由基:芦丁具有很强的清除自由基作用,氧分子在细胞代谢中是以单电子形式还原的氧分子在单电子还原产生的O离子,体内会产生H2O2以及毒性极大·OH自由基,因此损害皮肤的嫩滑程度,甚至加速皮肤的老化程度。研究发现,芦丁能明显的清除细胞产生的活性氧自由基,对Oi清除率高达78.1%,远远大于维生素E。

(三)、茶多酚(EGCG),是从茶叶提取的一种化学成份。约占茶叶中的25——35%。茶多酚包括儿茶素类,酚酸与缩酚酸类、黄酮醇类和茶色素类的化合物总称。其化学结构带有多个活性羟基,对人体具有许多保健功效。减肥、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、增强免疫力、抗菌杀菌、抗癌、抗病毒、美容养颜、保肝、抗氧化、延缓衰老等功能。
化学成份:茶多酚主要成分为儿茶素。(C)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGC)、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)等。
生理功能:1、减肥:(1)、促进脂肪氧化与代谢:茶多酚能促进脂肪酸的氧化分解,减少脂肪在腹部的积累,还能抑制肝脏脂肪合成酶的活性,从而减少脂肪的合成及肝脏脂肪沉积,同时还能阻止脂肪在肠道的吸收,促进脂肪从粪便中排出。减少碳水化合物的吸收转化为脂肪而引起的肥胖。
(2)、抑制糖酶的活性:茶多酚能抑制蔗糖酶、葡萄糖甘酶、α——淀粉酶的活性,减少碳水化合物的吸收转化为脂肪而引起的肥胖。科学研究证实,碳水化合物在体内通过酶和生物化学作用可形成脂肪。因此,茶多酚可以抑制脂肪酶的活性即起到减肥作用。
(3)、抑制脂肪酶的活性:茶多酚能抑制脂肪酶,降低食物消化率从而减少体内脂肪的积累。茶多酚也可直接作用于脂肪细胞的分化,并可诱导成熟细胞调亡。进一步的研究,茶多酚可直接抑制胃脂酶和胰脂酶调节食欲。研究者还发现茶多酚抑制食物中的脂肪吸收,并加速脂肪从体内排出来发挥减肥作用。

美国阿拉巴马大学对茶多酚防晒研究发现,阳光中的紫外线会刺激皮肤产生大量的氧化物,使皮肤变得粗糙,失去弹性,科研人员通过实验发现,涂抹茶多酚的人比涂抹安慰剂人的皮肤中的过氧化合含量减少1/3,即皮肤受伤较轻微,从而证明茶多酚有防晒功效。进一步研究,服用茶多酚防晒效果与涂抹茶多酚护肤品的效果相同。

(四)、谷胱甘肽(Giutathione),是广泛存在于动物肝脏、血液、酵母、小麦胚芽等中的活性三肽。是由谷氨酸、半胱氨酸和甘氨酸通过肽键缩合而成的三肽化合物,是具有重要生理功能,用途广泛的活性短肽。谷胱甘肽有两个分子,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的活泼硫基氧化缩合为二硫键,即得到氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSH),但只有还原型谷肽甘肽才具有生理活性。科学研究认为,谷胱甘肽抗氧化、清除自由基、解毒、保肝护肝、增强免疫力、抗辐射、解酒醒酒、美容防晒、祛斑、延缓衰老、抗癌等功效。

生理功能:1、解毒:半胱氨酸在生物体内具有抱合作用等,故对范围广泛的毒物如甲醛、乙醛、氯仿、四氯化碳、铅、镉、氯甲汞、过氧化脂、PCB、河豚毒、酒精等具有显著的解毒作用。半胱氨酸它能与人体毒性结合,转变为可溶性的物质随胆汁排出体外,发挥防毒、驱毒作用。人体肺部沾染粉尘后,组织释放氧自由基增加,造成肺脏进一步损害和脂质过氧化增加,半胱氨酸可以阻断这一过程,保护肺部免受进一步损害。

(六)、鞣花酸(Ellagic acid)又名没食子酸、胡秃子酸、是没食子酸的二聚衍生物,是一种多酚二内酯。广泛存在于各种软果,坚果等植物的一种天然多酚化合物,具有多种生理活性功能。特别对化学物质诱导癌变及其他多种癌变有明显的抑制作用。
生理功能:1、抗氧化:鞣花酸具有邻苯二酚型酚羟基,酚羟基可作为氢供体,对多种活性氧具有清除作用,可将单线态氧1O2还原成活性较低的三线态氧3O2,减少自由基产生的可能性,同时也是各种自由基有效的清除剂,通过抽氢反应生成活性较低的苯氧自由基生成的原头XOD,鞣花酸对其有显著的抑制作用。鞣花酸还对由阿霉素引起的脂质过氧反应具有很强的抑制作用,其抗氧化活性是维生素的50倍。
2、抗菌、抗病毒:鞣花酸对变种细菌、病菌有很强的抑制作用,能保护创面免受细菌侵入,防止感染,抑制溃疡。同时,鞣花酸和一些鞣花单宁显示对人体免疫缺陷病毒,鸟的成髓细胞瘤病毒(AMN)的逆转录酶和α-细胞,β-细胞DNA聚合酶的抑制性。有人对小鼠试验表明,口服鞣花单宁可有效抑制HIV和疱疹病毒。
3、凝血作用,鞣花酸具有凝血功能,能缩短血液凝固时间,是一种有效的凝血剂,现已用来控制动物的出血,临床上则用来分离血浆。
4、祛斑、美白:研究证明,鞣在酸可以有效抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,阻断黑色素生成,具有祛斑美白的效果。此外,鞣花酸还可有效保护免于外界伤害,并具有抗氧化作用。另外,鞣花酸还具有降血压、镇静作用。
5、防晒美白:有研究发现,鞣花酸具有防晒和抑制酪氨酸酶过剩的作用,从而使导致皮肤雀斑、黄褐斑形成的色素难以生成,达到美白皮肤的效果。动物实验证明,通过紫外线对皮肤照射三个阶段的对比试验,可有效抑制皮肤色素沉积。用色差计检测受照射皮肤的亮度(L值),检定结果显示,对照组动物的L值低下,而鞣花酸摄取动物组L值明显较高,证明色素沉积受到明显抑制。另据报道,鞣花酸具有很强的抗氧化作用,可以使皮肤细胞免受紫外线照射的损害,滋养细胞,减少皮肤衰老,防晒效果比红酒和茶多酚更强,还可以有效减缓皮肤老化,防止皱纹发生。
(七)、神经酰胺(Ceramide),又名N-脂酰基神经鞘氨醇;是存在于天然植物中的一种脂糖化合物。神经酰胺是在氨醇中具有脂肪酸结构,是分别与糖和脂肪两者相结合两种不同类型的糖脂质,其中的氨基与某此脂肪酸以酰氨键形式连接,1-位羟基则与某种糖以糖苷链的形式相结合。由于所连接脂肪酸和糖基不同,因此有多种多样的结构。神经酰胺在人体除了皮肤以外,还存在于***、血液、脊髓和神经组织中。具有高效的保湿功效,能启动细胞能力,促进细胞新陈代谢,促使角质蛋白有规律的再生、保湿、防晒美白、缓解过敏性皮炎等功效。
生理功能:1、保湿增白:神经酰胺对皮肤有保湿、增白、缓解过敏性皮炎的作用,皮肤是保护机体免受外部侵害(包括物理、化学、生物)及防止水分等体液损失以维护生命所必需的屏障。皮肤从内至外由真皮层、基底层、表质层和角质层组成。神经酰胺基本上蓄积在角质层,为角质细胞间脂质的主要成分(约50%),在发挥角质层屏障功能中起着重要的作用,抑制水分蒸发或冻结。随着年龄增长和皮肤的老化,角质细胞间的脂质含量会明显减少,其中的主要成分神经酰胺也随之下降,使皮肤容易出现干燥,皱纹、粗糙等现象,同时,角质层中神经酰胺含量若不足,会成为特殊性皮炎的主要原因之一。因此,经常补充神经酰胺,可恢复皮肤的正常结构,从而恢复皮肤原有的防止水分蒸发和外界有害物质浸入皮肤的屏障功能,提高皮肤的耐应变性。实验证实,口服神经酰胺能改善全身皮肤水含性,增加皮肤的保水量,同时提高皮肤弹性,减少皱纹等美肤作用。与作为化妆品外用具有同样的功效。
2、防晒祛斑:随着社会经济快速发展,人们在户外活动时间增多,由于环境的污染,大气臭氧层变薄,紫外线急增,特别是烈日炎炎的夏天,紫外线照射会对皮肤造成严重的损伤。实验证实,神经酰胺具有显著的补充水分保湿效果,水分是人体的重要组成部分,它能保护皮肤不被紫外线晒伤。进一步的研究,用B16黑色素细胞进行体外试验证实,神经酰胺具有抑制黑色素生成,能使皮肤增白的作用。
另外,神经鞘脂质也是细胞膜的构成成份,具有细胞增殖、分化等生理作用。
(八)、番茄红素(Lycopene),番茄红素属类胡萝卜素,四萜类化合物,由11个共轭及两个非共轭一碳双链组成。主要存在于番茄、西瓜、番石榴等植物中,由于最早从番茄中提取,古称番茄红素。药理研究发现,番茄红素有比其它类胡萝卜素具有更好的生物活性,抗氧化,清除过氧自由基、防治心血管疾病,抗癌、抗紫外线,防晒、美白的、平展皱纹、延缓皮肤衰老、活化免疫细胞等功效。
生理功能:1、抗氧化清除自由基:番茄红素是目前为止所发现的类胡萝卜素中抗氧化作用最强、最有效的单线态氧猝灭剂,其效果是β-胡萝卜素的2倍,α-生育粉的100倍。具有猝灭单线态氧和捕捉过氧化自由基,通过物理和化学方式猝灭单线态氧,预防脂类过氧化反应,保护生物膜免受自由基的损伤。据此可以认为番茄红素能阻止内源性氧化剂造成自发性基因突变。据报道,阳光照射,空气中的有害物质等环境影响或精神压力和疾病都会使人体形成更多的自由基,这些自由基会损害皮肤中的DNA,从而加速皮肤老化。研究发现,番茄红素对皮肤具有很好的抗氧化和清除自由基的作用。
2、防晒、抗紫外线辐射:紫外线照射皮肤首当其中,会造成皮肤干燥、粗糙、起皱、黑斑、衰老等一系列的连锁反应,研究发现,紫外线照射最先遭到破坏的是皮肤中的番茄红素。摄取适量的番茄红素储存皮肤中,可以防治紫外线照射对皮肤伤害,而储存在皮肤中番茄红素,可吸收阳光的紫外线或者将紫外线“反射”或“折射”,保护皮肤细胞。另据报道,番茄红素能阻止紫外线的吸收,还能阻扰DNA及胶体的破坏,可排出紫外线发生时损害细胞的自由基,修复晒伤后的皮肤。
3、美白、抑制色素斑生成:番茄红素是强抗氧化剂,能防止黑色素合成促进酶酪氨酸酶的活性和抑制可诱发炎症的透明质酸酶活性,从而能减轻由紫外线照射引起的色素斑,黑斑等症状,因而具有美白作用。
4、延缓皮肤衰老:研究发现,番茄红素具有很强的抗氧化、抗辐射的生物活性,可以有效清除自由基,防止紫外线及各种外部辐射对皮肤细胞的损害,促进皮肤细胞的生长和再生,保护皮肤正常代谢,有效防治色斑、皱纹、预防皮肤衰老。
5、展平皱纹和减少皱纹:多吃西红柿等蔬菜,能使人显得年轻,皱纹少。一项实验显示,西红柿中含有的番茄红素,有助于平展新皱纹的功效,使皮肤细嫩光滑。研究还发现,皮肤中的抗氧化剂含量高的人看上去年轻,在40-50岁的接受检测人员中,皮肤中番茄红素浓度高的人皱纹少。
此外,番茄红素还具有提高免疫力、抗癌、防止心血管疾病、保护视力等功效。
(九)、维生素C(Vit c),又名抗坏血酸。是广泛存在于水果和蔬菜中的天然物质。维生素C是一种简单六碳化合物,自然界中有两种存在形式,即还原型抗坏血酸和氧化型脱氢抗坏血酸,两者都有生理活性,均可被机体利用。维生素C为白色结晶粉末,带有明显的酸味,易溶于水,不宜在高温和碱性条件下加工。
生理功能:1、参与生物合成,维生素C在体内消化过程中作为底物的酶和辅酶因子参与多种重要的生物合成过程,包括胶原蛋白,肉碱其它神经-递质和肽激素合成及酪氨酸代谢等。有些酶需要维生素C才能保持高度的活性。
2、还原作用:维生素C有高度的还原作用,能使难以吸收的三价铁离子还原成二价铁离子,促进肠道对铁的吸收。维生素C还能增加某些含铁酶的活性,从而有利于铁的利用。因此缺铁性贫血,除补亚铁制剂外,还必须同时服用维生素C效果才更明显。维生素C具有抗氧化功能,还能还原超氧化物、羟基、次氯酸及其它活性氧化物与其它抗氧化剂清除自由基,阻断脂质过氧化。

5、美白皮肤:维生素C是防止雀斑形成最重要的维生素,它可以抑制黑色素的活力,具有保持皮肤美白的功效。维生素C及其衍生物能对黑色素中间体起还原作用,从而在氧化链式反应的各分点上阻止酪氨酸和多巴转变为黑色素。维生素c有预防色素沉积和漂白皮肤的作用。另据研究,维生素C能抑制黑色素生成,对日晒斑、黑斑等具有还原美白的作用,使皮肤润泽与弹性。

1.黑枸杞防晒美白片制作工艺,其特征为:黑枸杞提取物30千克、芦丁2.5千克、茶多酚100千克、谷胱甘肽12.5千克、L-半胱氨酸50千克、鞣花酸50千克、神经酰胺40千克、番茄红素0.16千克、维生素C30千克、维生素E0.5千克为原料,经过将以上原料按物理特性混合,充分搅拌均匀,送入压片机,将原料压制成片剂,检验合格,包装成为正式产品。
