本发明实施例涉及一种增强的物理下行控制信道ePDCCH的发送方法、基站和终端。一个ePDCCH被映射到的物理资源包括至少一个控制信道组成成员,一个物理资源块对能够用于发送至少两个控制信道组成成员,划分为至少两个区域,包括的RE分别对应于至少两个控制信道组成成员,至少两个控制信道组成成员分别具有不同的控制信道组成成员编号,至少两个区域中的一个区域内的至少一个RE对应的控制信道组成成员编号,与至少两个区域中的其他至少一个区域内的RE对应的控制信道组成成员编号之间存在一一对应关系;基站确定控制信道组成成员在物理资源块中对应的RE;基站通过控制信道组成成员在物理资源块中对应的RE发送控制信道组成成员承载的控制信息。
