Claims (25)
1. the method that water non-woven warmth-retaining material is refused in manufacture, described method is included in main fibre and optional low-melting fiber is formed after fibre web by nonwovens process, ratio with 0.5-20 gram every square metre on one or two surface of fibre web is sprayed water repellent, then heats 2-10 minute the temperature of 110-200 degree Celsius.
2. method according to claim 1, wherein heating-up temperature is 120-150 degree Celsius.
3. method according to claim 1, wherein said water repellent is at least one being selected from Organic fluoride type water repellent, organosilicon type water repellent, fluosilicic combination type water repellent and hydrocarbon water repellent.
4. method according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of low-melting fiber and main fibre is 0: 100-30: 70.
5. method according to claim 4, wherein the ratio of low-melting fiber and main fibre is 8: 92-15: 85.
