本发明公开了一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料及其制备方法,按以下重量份计的原料配制而成:聚碳酸酯树脂40-60重量份;丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物35-55重量份;丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐相容剂0-5重量份;光吸收剂0.1-2重量份;抗氧剂0.2-0.7重量份,着色剂0.1-1重量份。采用上述技术方案的一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂(ABS)共混材料,PC/ABS材料在制备成不同颜色时,在使用优化耐候助剂组合的条件下,实验得到通过调整色粉配比例来大幅度提高材料耐候性能的数据,可用于汽车内外饰件,家电等。

一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯-丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯-丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,被直接着色为最终需求的产品颜色,具有优异的耐候性,针对不同颜色可以使用不同的色粉配比来改善材料整体耐候性能。 
背景技术
PC-ABS合金材料兼具PC和ABS的优良性能,一方面它的耐热性,抗冲击性能优于ABS材料,另一方面它的熔体粘度比PC低,加工性能比PC材料好。PC-ABS材料广泛地应用在各个领域,如各种汽车内外部件、家电、办公产品等。然而,由于ABS结构中存在不饱和双键,使PC-ABS合金制品耐候性能较差,无法满足汽车内饰的对PC-ABS合金材料的要求,因此需要对PC-ABS材料进行耐候改性。 
目前,大家都在努力提高PC-ABS合金材料的耐候性能,主要研究高效耐候助剂的配方组合,而忽略了产品往往被着色成各种各样的颜色,所以我们在研发出高效耐候助剂配方的同时,需要将颜色一并考虑,研究相同耐候助剂对不同颜色的耐候作用,进一步研发出针对不同颜色的高效耐候的色粉和助剂的组合配方。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂(ABS)共混材料,PC-ABS材料在制备成不同颜色时,在使用优化耐候助剂组合的条件下,实验得到通过调整色粉配比例来大幅度提高材料耐候性能的数据。 
为实现上述发明目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯-丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,按以下重量份计的原料配制而成:聚碳酸酯树脂40-60重量份;丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物35-55重量份;丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐相容剂0-5重量份;光吸收剂0.1-2重量份;抗氧剂0.2-0.7重量份,着色剂0.1-1重量份。 
所述聚碳酸酯为分子量24000-27000的双酚A型树脂。 
所述丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物为连续本体法合成的树脂。 
所述的光吸收剂为苯并***类中的一种和邻羟基二苯甲酮类光吸收剂中的混合。 
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类和磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的一种或几种混合。 
所述的着色剂为有机色粉和无机色粉的混合。 
上述高耐候着色聚碳酸酯-丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料的制备方法,其步骤为: 
1)按上述配比称量原料; 
2)把经过干燥的原料混合后用双螺杆加料器连续均匀加入螺杆直径35mm,长径比L-D=36的双螺杆挤出机主机筒中,主机筒分段控制温度,从加料口至机头出口依次为180℃、210℃、240℃、250℃、250℃、255℃、245℃,双螺杆转速为300转/分钟,挤出料条经过水槽冷却后切粒得到产品。 
采用上述技术方案的一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂(ABS)共混材料,PC-ABS材料在制备成不同颜色时,在使用优化耐候助剂组合的条件下,实验得到通过调整色粉配比例来大幅度提高材料耐候性能的数据,可用于汽车内外饰件,家电等。 
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但所述实施例仅用于说明本发明而不是限制本发明。 
本发明所用原料: 
PC:分子量24000-27000的双酚A型树脂。 
ABS:连续本体法合成树脂,中石化上海高桥分公司。 
ABS-g-MAH:马来酸酐接枝的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,自制; 
抗氧剂1010:受阻酚类抗氧剂,DOUBLE BOND CHEMICAL IND.有限公司生产; 
抗氧剂168:磷酸酯类抗氧剂,瑞士Ciba公司生产; 
UV-326:苯并***类光吸收剂,瑞士Ciba公司生产; 
UV-531:邻羟基二苯甲酮类光吸收剂,天津利安隆公司生产; 
色粉1:钛白粉R101; 
色粉2:颜料黄138,有机色粉; 
色粉3:铁黄,362R; 
色粉4:氧化铁红,5520; 
色粉5:炭黑,BP800; 
色粉6:颜料黄151,有机色粉; 
色粉7:254号红,有机色粉; 
色粉8:透明绿5B,有机色粉。 
产品性能测试方法: 
氙灯加速老化:按PV1303方法,5个周期,测量色差ΔE值。 
实施例1-4 
把经过干燥的PC树脂、ABS、ABS-g-MAH树脂、助剂和色粉按表1中组成比例混合后用双螺杆加料器连续均匀加入双螺杆挤出机(螺杆直径35mm,长径比L-D=36)主机筒中,主机筒分段控制温度(从加料口至机头出口)为180℃、210℃、240℃、250℃、250℃、255℃、245℃,双螺杆转速为300转/分钟,挤出料条经过水槽冷却后切粒得到产品。将上述产品在鼓风烘箱中于85℃干燥4小时后用塑料注射成型机注塑成标准样条,注塑温度250℃。注塑好的样条立即放入玻璃干燥器中在室温放置至少24小时后进行性能测试。测试结果见表1。

有机色粉2和无机色粉3都为黄色色粉,为色粉配方中可互相替换的同色相色粉。从表1的测试结果可看出,在色粉中添加有机色粉,而不改变耐候助剂,可以改善材料的耐候性能。随着有机色粉添加比例的增加,耐候性能明显提高,当有机色粉替代同色相的无机色粉的比例达到100%时,耐候性能与全使用无机色粉效果基本相同,但此时材料的整体颜色已经不是原来的米色,而变成了米色1,所以为了保证颜色色相准确,只能使用有机色粉部分替代同色相的无机色粉。 
实施例5-8 
采用同实施例1-4的加工工艺,制备目测颜色不同的PC-ABS材料, 
选用同前述实验相同的优化的抗老化剂配方,按表2的组成比例制备 
了PC-ABS树脂组合物,性能测试如表2所示。

从上述实施例的测试结果可看出,不同的颜色,在不改变材料颜色的条件下,使用相同的耐候助剂,有机色粉部分替代同色相的无机 色粉可以有效地改善材料的耐候性能。

1.一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,其特征在于:按以下重量份计的原料配制而成:聚碳酸酯树脂40-60重量份;丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物35-55重量份;丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐相容剂0-5重量份;光吸收剂0.1-2重量份;抗氧剂0.2-0.7重量份,着色剂0.1-1重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,其特征在于:所述聚碳酸酯为分子量24000-27000的双酚A型树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,其特征在于:所述丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物为连续本体法合成的树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,其特征在于:所述的光吸收剂为苯并***类和邻羟基二苯甲酮类光吸收剂中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类和磷酸酯类抗氧剂的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候着色聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂共混材料,其特征在于:所述的着色剂为所述的着色剂为有机色粉和无机色粉的混合。
