Abstract
<b>本发明涉及高速电梯扁电缆用耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料及其制备方法。本发明的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,包括下列重量份的原料组分:三元乙丙胶</b><b>40-60</b><b>份;相容剂</b><b>10-20</b><b>份;功能弹性体</b><b>10~35</b><b>份;熔体软化剂</b><b>5-25</b><b>份;阻燃剂</b><b>60-100</b><b>份;阻燃耐磨增效剂</b><b>2-5</b><b>份;抗氧剂</b><b>0.5-2</b><b>份;润滑剂</b><b>0.5-3.5</b><b>份。本发明的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料中的功能弹性体为</b><b>TPU</b><b>和</b><b>SEBS</b><b>的混合物,该混合物能够提高产品的物理机械性能、耐热性能和耐磨性能,产品的最终性能完全符合高速电梯扁电缆用材料要求,可替代现有的</b><b>PVC</b><b>扁电缆弹性料,并且无卤环保。本发明提供的制备方法工艺简单,操作容易,成本低。</b>
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高速电梯扁电缆用耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料、其制备方法。
背景技术
高速电梯扁电缆需要如下性能要求:耐磨、无卤阻燃、耐高低温、柔软、机械性能好、加工工艺好、挤出速度快等。现有高速电梯扁电缆所用的材料大部分为PVC扁电缆弹性料,但是该PVC弹性料存在以下缺陷:在制造、使用及废弃处理时会产生大量有害物质,对人的健康造成一定危害;在燃烧时会散发出大量浓烟会让人窒息,并产生一些致癌物质和HCl气体,对环境造成严重危害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料。
本发明同时还提供一种高速电梯扁电缆用耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,包括下列重量份的原料组分:
其中:
所述三元乙丙胶中乙烯的质量含量为60~70%、第三单体的质量含量为2~6%;
所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙胶共聚物中的一种或两种;
所述功能弹性体为TPU和SEBS按质量比为1:0.3~1:1组成的混合物;
所述熔体软化剂为熔融指数为10~25g/10min的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或熔融指数为15~25g/10min的乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的一种或两种,所述熔融指数是在190℃、21.6KG压力下测试得到的;
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂300、抗氧剂DLTP、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述三元乙丙胶的门尼粘度为25~60。
所述相容剂的邵氏A硬度为65~85。
所述阻燃剂为经过表面处理的氢氧化铝和经过表面处理的氢氧化镁按质量比为1:1.5~2.5组成的混合物
所述阻燃耐磨增效剂为改性滑石粉、陶土、经过微胶囊化处理的红磷、纯度为99.8%的三氧化二锑、硅橡胶母粒中的三种或四种的混合物,所述混合物中一定有改性滑石粉和硅橡胶母粒。
所述润滑剂为微晶蜡,或所述润滑剂为硬脂酸盐和硅酮中的一种与微晶蜡的混合物。
本发明中,全部所述的原料均可以通过商购和/或采取已知的手段来制备得到,没有加以特别说明时,均满足标准化工产品要求。
本发明的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料可用于高速电梯扁电缆。
本发明采取的又一技术方案是:一种上述的高速电梯扁电缆用耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,所述制备方法为:按配方,将三元乙丙胶、相容剂、功能弹性体、熔体软化剂、阻燃剂、阻燃耐磨增效剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂加入密炼机中,密炼至170~190℃,然后经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制得耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其中,双螺杆挤出机的进料段温度、熔融段温度、模头温度依次为110~130℃、170~200℃、170~190℃。
由以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明提供的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料中的功能弹性体采用TPU和SEBS的混合物,该混合物能够提高产品的物理机械性能、耐热性能和耐磨性能,该混合物结合其他原料的使用使得本发明的产品性能完全符合高速电梯扁电缆用材料要求,可替代现有的PVC扁电缆弹性料,无卤环保。
本发明提供的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法工艺简单,操作容易,成本低。
具体实施方式
以下实施例中采用的原料均为商购获得的标准工业品。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,采用的原料及用量参见表1,其中:
三元乙丙胶:选用乙烯的质量含量为70%、第三单体的质量含量为4.9%,并且三元乙丙胶的门尼粘度为25,其中,三元乙丙胶来源于陶氏化学;
相容剂:由邵氏A硬度为72的马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙胶共聚物;
功能弹性体:由TPU和SEBS按质量比为1:0.6组成,其中,TPU来源于巴斯夫,SEBS来源于岳阳石化;
熔体软化剂:选用熔融指数为20g/10min的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,熔融指数是在190℃、21.6KG压力下测试得到的;
阻燃剂:由经过表面处理的氢氧化铝和经过表面处理的氢氧化镁按质量比为1:2组成,其中,经过表面处理的氢氧化铝来源于美国雅宝公司,经过表面处理的氢氧化镁来源于美国雅宝公司;
阻燃耐磨增效剂:由改性滑石粉、经过微胶囊化处理的红磷、纯度99.8%的三氧化二锑、硅橡胶母粒按质量比为1:1:1:1组成,其中,经过微胶囊化处理的红磷来源于湘大,纯度99.8%的三氧化二锑来源于湖南华星锑业有限公司;
抗氧剂:选自抗氧剂300;
润滑剂:选自微晶蜡;
耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法如下:
按配方,将三元乙丙胶、相容剂、功能弹性体、熔体软化剂、阻燃剂、阻燃耐磨增效剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂加入密炼机中,密炼至180℃,然后经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制得耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其中,双螺杆挤出机的进料段温度、熔融段温度、模头温度依次为110~130℃、170~200℃、170~190℃。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,采用的原料及用量参见表1,三元乙丙胶和功能弹性体之外的原料均与实施例1相同。
本例中,三元乙丙胶为乙烯的质量含量为67%、第三单体的质量含量为4.9%,并且三元乙丙胶的门尼粘度为60。
本例中,功能弹性体为由TPU和SEBS按质量比为1:1组成。
耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备过程同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,采用的原料及用量参见表1,相容剂、熔体软化剂和抗氧剂之外的原料均与实施例1相同。
本例中,相容剂为邵氏A硬度为85的马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物。
本例中,熔体软化剂为熔融指数为20g/10min的乙烯-辛烯共聚物,熔融指数是在190℃、21.6KG压力下测试得到的。
本例中,抗氧剂为抗氧剂DLTP和抗氧剂1010按质量比为1:0.5组成。
耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备过程同实施例1。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,采用的原料及用量参见表1,阻燃耐磨增效剂和润滑剂之外的原料均与实施例1相同。
本例中,阻燃耐磨增效剂为经过微胶囊化处理的红磷、改性滑石粉、硅橡胶母粒按质量比为1:2:1.5组成。
本例中,润滑剂为微晶蜡和硅酮按质量比1:1.5组成。
耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备过程同实施例1。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,其采用的原料及用量参见表1,除功能弹性体之外的原料及用量均与实施例1相同。
本例中,功能弹性体为TPU。
耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备过程同实施例1。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,其采用的原料及用量参见表1,除功能弹性体之外的原料及用量均与实施例1相同。
本例中,功能弹性体为SEBS。
耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备过程同实施例1。
表1实施例1~4及对比例1~2的原料组成
将实施例1~4及对比例1~2的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料制成测试样品,并对各项性能进行了测试。结果参见表2。为便于比较,还在表2中列出了该材料企业标准所规定的指标值。

Claims (8)
1.一种耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料组分:
三元乙丙胶40-60份;
相容剂10-20份;
功能弹性体10~35份;
熔体软化剂10-25份;
阻燃剂60-100份;
阻燃耐磨增效剂2-5份;
抗氧剂0.5-2份;
润滑剂0.5-3.5份;
其中:
所述三元乙丙胶中乙烯的质量含量为60~70%、第三单体的质量含量为2~6%;
所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙胶共聚物中的一种或两种;
所述功能弹性体为TPU和SEBS按质量比为1:0.3~1:1组成的混合物;
所述熔体软化剂为熔融指数为10~25g/10min的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或熔融指数为15~25g/10min的乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的一种或两种,所述熔融指数是在190℃、21.6KG压力下测试得到的;
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂300、抗氧剂DLTP、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024中的一种或两种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其特征在于,所述三元乙丙胶的门尼粘度为25~60。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其特征在于,所述相容剂的邵氏A硬度为65~85。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为经过表面处理的氢氧化铝和经过表面处理的氢氧化镁按质量比为1:1.5~2.5组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其特征在于,所述阻燃耐磨增效剂为改性滑石粉、陶土、经过微胶囊化处理的红磷、纯度为99.8%的三氧化二锑、硅橡胶母粒中的三种或四种的混合物,所述混合物中一定有改性滑石粉和硅橡胶母粒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为微晶蜡,或所述润滑剂为硬脂酸盐和硅酮中的一种与微晶蜡的混合物。
7.一种如权利要求1至6中任一项权利要求所述的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:按配方,将三元乙丙胶、相容剂、功能弹性体、熔体软化剂、阻燃剂、阻燃耐磨增效剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂加入密炼机中,密炼至170~190℃,然后经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制得耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料,其中,双螺杆挤出机的进料段温度、熔融段温度、模头温度依次为110~130℃、170~200℃、170~190℃。
8.一种如权利要求1至6中任一项权利要求所述的耐磨无卤阻燃弹性料用于高速电梯扁电缆。
