Description

用于制造模制件的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造由多成分反应性塑料(Mehrkomponenten-Reaktivkunststoff)-尤其聚氨酯-制成的模制件(Formteil)的方法,在其中,多个模具(Werkzeugform)借助于载模车(Formträgerwagen)至少暂时沿着闭合-优选椭圆形-的生产线(Fertigungsstrecke)运动。此外,本发明还涉及一种用于制造模制件的装置。
背景技术
文献DE 44 44 280 C2公开了一种这种类型的方法和装置。装置包括生产线,其构造为伸长(langgestreckte)的椭圆形。在此,多个工站沿着椭圆形结构的周缘来布置,其中,还可涉及载模车。在该文献中提出这样的思想:允许为工站供应信号或能量,即为载模车供应电信号和不同的能量(例如电能、用于调温的水、液压油、真空或者压缩空气)。
还已知这样的设备,在其中,模具利用作为独立的车的模具载体(Formträger)放置在联结到环绕的链条处的车上。当这种车应离开(ausgeschleust)时,必须首先使承担待离开的模具载体的车与设备同步。然后将该载模车推到或者拉到其他的车上,其中,然后借助于快速联结器分开供应管线。
该方法的缺点在于必须首先使第二辆车同步。此外,必需明显更长的升程,从而移动消耗相对很多时间。因此,更多的车相继的离开基本上可更难实现且通常不可能。
文献WO 1999/010155说明了一种模具载体,该模具载体连同供应器具挂在在模具载体上方伸延的轨道***处。虽然悬挂的布置方案引起至两侧的模具的非常好的可接近性,但另一方面在结构上非常昂贵,因为模具载体连同器具在这种情况下必须以很小的位置公差来引导或定位,即,模具载体连同器具在悬挂的布置方案中至少在该区域中(在其中,反应混合物通常通过机器人自动输入)带有由此产生的很高的重量。
在所提及的类型的设备中,必须为环绕的模具载体至少供应电信号以及能量(尤其供应压力能-优选压缩空气,必要时供应液压介质或者电能),以便可满足功能性,例如开启和关闭模具、锁定(Zuhalten)模具或者运行自动式的排气阀。此外,通常还需要对模具调温,从而还必须为模具供应调温介质(或者用于加热,必要时还供应电的热能)。
此外,为了维护的目的或者为了改变模具几何尺寸的目的,在这种设备中必需可引进单个的模具或者模具载体且可使之离开。当然,如果这一点也没有或者至少尽可能小地影响构件的平均生产节拍和因此设备的生产率,这在经济性的角度下非常有利。
第三重要的方面是生产线的清洁。在此,如果设备利用率由此尽可能少地受到影响,这出于经济性的原因也非常有利。也就是说设备方案和设备的造型因此具有重要影响。维护良好的干净的设备持续地非常积极地影响整个工艺的可靠性和生产率。
考虑到所提及的标准,之前已知的解决方案还非最优。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于如此改进开头提及的类型的方法和装置使得即使在很重的模具的情况下保证模具在产生线中的很高的位置精度。此外,应可以简单的方式实现为模具供应信号或能量。然后应可以简单的方式实现模具引进到生产线中或从生产线中离开。最后还应提供简单的清洁可能性。
根据本方法,该目的的解决方案的特征在于:载模车设有滚轮且利用该滚轮在位置固定的基底(Utergrund)上运动,并且沿着闭合的生产线在输送元件处布置多个供应车,其通过输送元件来运动,
其中,为了引入到生产线中,载模车驶近到未被占据的供应车处且与该供应车相联结,其中,载模车在此利用其滚轮在位置固定的基底上运动,
其中,为了在与供应车的联结状态中沿着生产线运动,载模车通过该供应车来引导和运动,其中,载模车在此利用其滚轮在位置固定的基底上运动,以及
其中,为了从生产线中取出,载模车从供应车脱离且被引导远离生产线,其中,载模车在此利用其滚轮在位置固定的基底上运动。
因此,本发明设置成:载模车可利用自己的(导向)滚轮在位置固定的基底上滚动、且根据工艺要求联结到供应车处和还再次脱离供应车。
在此,载模车优选在联结到供应车处的状态中由该供应车来供应信号和/或能量。
在生产线构造为闭合-优选椭圆形-的、带有直的区段和弯的区段的轨道的情况下,载模车优选在从直的区段进入到弯的区段中时离开生产线。相应地,优选对于该设计方案设置成载模车在从弯的区段进入到直的区段中时引进到生产线中。在此,载模车优选在引进到生产线中时首先到在两个供应车之间的自由空间处运动到生产线处或运动到生产线中,其中,然后在输送方向上跟随的供应车将载模车推动到设置成用于容纳该载模车的供应车上,由此将该载模车几乎自动同步地带到该载模车的与容纳其的供应车的联结位置中。
载模车联结到供应车处和载模车从供应车脱离优选通过载模车的移位运动来实现,该移位运动水平和垂直于供应车的运动方向。
从供应车脱离的载模车可通过跟随该供应车的供应车推出生产线。
用于制造模制件的根据本发明的装置包括在载模车上的多个模具和闭合-优选椭圆形-的生产线,载模车可沿着该生产线运动,其中,本发明的特征在于:载模车设有滚轮,载模车可利用该滚轮在位置固定的基底上滚动,并且沿着闭合的生产线在输送元件处布置多个供应车,其可通过输送元件来运动,其中,载模车构造成可松开地联结到供应车处,并且其中,存在移位器件,利用其可使载模车在水平于和垂直于供应车的运动方向的方向上运动,以便将载模车联结到供应车处或者使载模车从供应车脱开。
一种改进方案设置成载模车和供应车设有联结器件,利用其可由供应车为载模车供应信号和/或能量。
根据一种有利的改进方案,载模车具有至少一个引导元件,其构造成用于接合到布置在位置固定的基底处的导轨中,以便在导轨的方向上引导载模车。
根据本发明的方法和根据本发明的装置在此以特别经济的方式满足上面提及的标准。
因此,所提出的解决方案为用于制造由多成分反应性塑料-尤其聚氨酯-制成的模制件的方法,在其中,在载模车中的模具运动通过闭合的(例如椭圆形的)生产线;处在生产线中的载模车以自己的(导向)滚轮在位置固定的基底上运动通过生产线。载模车在此相应联结到供应车处且由该供应车引导通过生产线。处在生产线中的载模车在此由供应车(载模车联结到该供应车处)供应电信号以及能量。通过以下方式使载模车从生产线中离开,即,首先使载模车从供应车脱离且然后移出生产线,其中,载模车再次以其自己的(导向)滚轮在位置固定的基底上运动。相应通过以下方式将载模车引进到生产线中,即,将载模车输送给未被占据的供应车,其中,载模车同样以自己的(导向)滚轮在位置固定的基底上运动;紧接着将载模车联结到供应车处。
供应车大多为这样的车:其持久地联结到环绕的链条(输送元件)处,且在该车上安装有用于提供电能、调温水、压力能和/或真空的器具。
载模车为这样的车:在该车上布置有模具载体和模具。根据本发明,该车具有自己的(导向)滚轮,其在固定的基底上运动。基底通常为厂房地面或者安装在厂房地面上的行车道。
载模车(其为了维护和更换模具必须被引进和使之离开)与供应车(在该供应车上安装有用于供应压力能(例如压缩空气)以及用于调温的器具)的功能上的分开引起不必再安装这样的器具-例如调温器具和压缩空气储存器,因为在生产线中存在用于载模车的空间。这具有相应的经济性的优点。
此外,由此使得例如调温器具或者蓄压器可用于多个模具,因为该器具不一起离开且因此不取决于具体恰好离开或者引进哪个载模车而始终保留在生产线中且可供支配。
此外,载模车设计成带有自己的导向滚轮(载模车以该导向滚轮还在生产线中在车间地面上运动)使得在引进载模车和使载模车离开时且在紧接着操纵载模车时实现很大的简易性和柔性。有利地,不需要附加的运输车辆,模具载体在脱离后继续运动至该运输车辆上,且同样还必须使该运输车辆的运动与输送设备同步。
依此确保载模车简单和非常有利地引进到生产线中和离开生产线。
如上面已经提及的那样,通过以下方式优选在进入到生产线的弧形区域中时(在椭圆形的构造方案的情况下)使载模车离开,即,其首先通过横向于输送方向的、轻微或少许的平移的水平移动从供应车脱离。紧接着,已脱离的车然后在没有自己驱动的情况下被继续联结的随后的供应车(如有可能沿着引导部)推出生产线。然后,进一步的运输在最简单的情况下通过手动的推动来执行,当然,运输还可自动进行,例如通过摩擦轮来实现。
相对于在直线区域中离开,载模车在弯曲处中(即在生产线的弯曲的区段中)离开在此提供一些显著的优点。为了脱离供应车,仅必须使车轻微平行地偏移(横向于输送方向平移移动)且然后可使车直接继续行进以便从生产线离开。对于在直线的区域中离开的情况,必需明显更大的平行偏移(至少整车宽度)。
为了在离开后继续运输载模车时不需要附加的可行驶的车;在最简单的情况下可手动将载模车运动到其维护站。在维护区域中的很高的自动化程度通常在经济性方面并非是有意义的,从而该方法的简易性和很高的柔性非常有利。但是,当然还可以自动化的形式来继续运输载模车。一种简单的可能性例如是受驱动的固定的摩擦轮,其驱动载模车。
所说明的其他改进方案允许利用本发明的其他优点。据此,通过以下方式将载模车在弧形区域的过渡部中引进到椭圆形的(或者,如有可能例如甚至以倒圆的矩形的形式的伸延的)生产线的直线区域中,即,使载模车首先再次运动到在两个供应车之间的自由空间处,其中,在载模车然后通过横向于输送方向的平移移动(平行移动)再次联结到供应车处之前,其那时由随后的供应车来继续运输和进行定位。
此外,所提出的方法还引起简单地清洁设备的行车道。在生产模制件(主要由聚氨酯软泡沫材料制成的客车坐垫)时,计划的废料落在每个模具处。在此涉及泡沫残余物,其落在模具的排气部位处。***件(例如线材或者破碎织物)同样可到达到行车道上。如果没有定期移除这种污物,设备的功能强烈地受到威胁。利用所提出的方法可实现将清洁车简单地引进到生产线中并且非常简单地清洁基底(载模车在该基底上运动)。因为可非常简单地交换所有的车,所以可在清洁功能方面对清洁车的设计进行优化。为了引进和离开类似于载模车的引进和离开很好地运行,仅必须使清洁车关于供应车的止挡的尺寸与载模车的尺寸相一致。然后清洁车至少还可电地联结到供应车处且由该供应车供应电能。
通常还不必在引进部位与离开部位之间沿着预定的轨道引导载模车。在很多情况下,载模车在维护区域中的手动且并未连接到预设的位置固定的轨道处的移动由于很高的柔性且由于很低的投资成本在经济方面是有意义的。由于载模车配备有导向滚轮,所以可无问题地实现载模车在维护区域中的简单且不复杂的处理。
相应地,本发明提出一种经济性的方法,以便将单个模具载体引进到(椭圆形)输送设备中或使之从(椭圆形)输送设备中离开。经济性方面在此尤其为投资成本、节拍时间或设备利用率-特别在经常更换模具和维护或清洁设备的角度下。
关于能量供应或信号供应,设置成环流的运输车(一方面)和模具载体(另一方面)在功能上分开,即分成供应车和载模车。载模车构造为自给自足式的单元(带有导向滚轮),其在从供应车脱离后不必由其他运输车接收。由此有利地取消起接收作用的运输车与设备的否则所需要的同步。因此还可在无时间损失的情况下直接相继替换多个载模车。
此外可实现清洁车的简单的引进和离开。

具体实施方式
在图1中示意性地显示了生产线2。其包括输送元件5(环绕的链条),其在此构造为椭圆形输送带。在环绕的链条5处固定有供应车6。供应车6构造成以便可相应将载模车1可松开地联结到该供应车处;在载模车1上存在用于制造模制件的模具。
供应车6的供应管线经由联结器件8以快速联结的形式与载模车1的相应的管线11相连接。
模具的半部可根据应用使之上升和下降或者摆动。模具的开启和关闭优选经由固定的滑板(Kufen)(未示出)来实现,载模车1在该滑板旁边驶过。滑板然后使在模具(其与杠杆***相连)处的止挡运动。然后可经由该杠杆***使每个模具的半部围绕可摆动的支承运动/摆动。
载模车1相应以四个铰接的滚轮3在位置固定的基底4上行驶。在载模车1处在外部固定有两个引导滚轮9。在引进载模车1或使之离开时,可通过该引导滚轮9借助于布置成位置固定的移位器件7、7'(固定的气缸)或者还借助于其他固定的装置使载模车1平行(即水平且横向于输送方向)移动通过固定的横向滑块(Verfahrschlitten)12、12'。此外,引导滚轮9负责载模车1在借助于止挡13紧接着离开供应车6时在导轨10'中继续移动。类似地,导轨10用于在引进时引导地输送载模车1。类似于离开,载模车1同样可在引进时通过引导滚轮9借助于固定的移位器件7平行移动通过横向滑块12。
在图2至5中对在此描绘的优选的实施例逐步示出载模车1从生产线2的离开或引进到生产线2中。
在离开时,载模车1a在进入到椭圆形输送带5的弧形区域中时首先借助于固定的移位器件7'平行移动(即平移地在横向于输送方向的方向上移动)通过横向滑块12'。已脱离的载模车1a由供应车6a通过止挡13使之继续移动。安装在地面处的导轨10'负责笔直地引导车1a。针对进一步的操作,然后可手动继续移动车1a,或者可由其他输送线接收该车1a。
在载模车引进到椭圆形输送带中时,首先使待引进的载模车1b移动通过在先行的供应车6b与供应车6c(其接收待引进的载模车1b)之间的导轨10。将载模车位置正确地定位在在先行的供应车6b的止挡13与供应车6c(其接收待引进的载模车1b)的止挡13之间的弯曲处的出口中。借助于固定的移位器件7使待引进的载模车1b平行移动通过横向滑块12;在此,供应管线经由快速联结器8彼此相连。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于制造由多成分反应性塑料制成的模制件的方法,在其中,多个模具借助于载模车(1)至少暂时沿着闭合的生产线(2)运动,其特征在于,
所述载模车(1)设有滚轮(3)且利用该滚轮在位置固定的基底(4)上运动,以及
沿着所述闭合的生产线(2)在输送元件(5)处布置多个供应车(6),其通过所述输送元件(5)来运动,
其中,为了引入到所述生产线(2)中,载模车(1)驶近到未被占据的供应车(6)处且与该供应车相联结,其中,所述载模车(1)在此利用其滚轮(3)在所述位置固定的基底(4)上运动,
其中,为了在与所述供应车(6)的联结状态中沿着所述生产线(2)运动,所述载模车(1)通过该供应车来引导和运动,其中,所述载模车(1)在此利用其滚轮(3)在所述位置固定的基底(4)上运动,以及
其中,为了从所述生产线(2)取出,所述载模车(1)从所述供应车(6)脱离且被引导远离所述生产线(2),其中,所述载模车(1)在此利用其滚轮(3)在所述位置固定的基底(4)上运动;并且
其中,所述载模车(1)在联结到所述供应车(6)处的状态中由该供应车供应信号和/或能量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述生产线(2)构造为闭合的、带有直的区段和弯的区段的轨道的情况下,使所述载模车(1)在从直的区段进入到弯的区段中时离开所述生产线(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述生产线(2)构造为闭合的、带有直的和弯的区段的轨道的情况下,所述载模车(1)在从弯的区段进入到直的区段中时被引进到所述生产线(2)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,载模车(1)在引进到所述生产线(2)中时首先到在两个供应车(6)之间的自由空间处运动到所述生产线(2)处或运动到所述生产线(2)中,其中,然后在输送方向上跟随的所述供应车(6)将所述载模车(1)推动到设置成用于容纳所述载模车(1)的供应车(6)上,由此将所述载模车(1)同步地带入到该载模车的与容纳其的所述供应车(6)的联结位置中。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,载模车(1)联结到供应车(6)处和载模车(1)从供应车(6)脱离通过所述载模车(1)的移位运动来实现,该移位运动水平和垂直于所述供应车(6)的运动方向。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,从供应车(6)脱离的载模车(1)由跟随所述供应车(6)的供应车(6)推出所述生产线(2)。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多成分反应性塑料是聚氨酯。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述闭合的生产线(2)是椭圆形的。
9.一种用于制造由多成分反应性塑料制成的模制件的、用于执行根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法的装置,其包括在载模车(1)上的多个模具和闭合的生产线(2),所述载模车(1)可沿着该生产线运动,其特征在于,
所述载模车(1)设有滚轮(3),该载模车可利用该滚轮在位置固定的基底(4)上滚动,以及
沿着所述闭合的生产线(2)在输送元件(5)处布置多个供应车(6),其可通过所述输送元件(5)来运动,
其中,所述载模车(1)构造成可松开地联结到所述供应车(6)处,以及
其中,存在移位器件(7,7'),利用其可使所述载模车(1)在水平和垂直于所述供应车(6)的运动方向的方向上运动,以便将该载模车联结到所述供应车(6)处或者使该载模车脱离该供应车;
其中,所述载模车(1)和所述供应车(6)设有联结器件(8),可利用所述联结器件(8)由所述供应车(6)为所述载模车(1)供应信号和/或能量。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述载模车(1)具有至少一个引导元件(9),其构造成用于接合到布置在所述位置固定的基底(4)处的导轨(10,10')中,以便在所述导轨(10,10')的方向上引导所述载模车(1)。
11.根据权利要求9至10中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多成分反应性塑料是聚氨酯。
12.根据权利要求9至10中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述闭合的生产线(2)是椭圆形的。
