目前,果蔬饮品产品种类很多,存在的问题是普遍含有化学制剂、有害色素等食品添加剂,饮用过多不仅对人们的身体没有好处,还大大影响身体健康。

本发明的目的是提供一种口感独特、通过蔬菜和水果的有效搭配能够很好地改善人体体质的果蔬饮品及生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种果蔬饮品,其特征是由下列重量份的原料组成:西红柿10-20份、胡萝卜10-20份、西兰花10-20份、圆白菜10-20份、苹果20-40份、香蕉20-40份。
优选地,由下列重量份的原料组成:西红柿15份、胡萝卜15份、西兰花15份、圆白菜15份、苹果30份、香蕉30份。
果蔬饮品的生产方法,其特征是包括下列步骤:(1)按比例秤取各原料;(2)将西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和圆白菜煮熟;(3)将煮熟的西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和圆白菜沥水冷却;(4)将步骤(3)的各原料与新鲜苹果和香蕉混合一起,捣碎成泥状直接饮用。
本发明的效果是:果蔬饮品,由下列重量份的原料组成:西红柿10-20份、胡萝卜10-20份、西兰花10-20份、圆白菜10-20份、苹果20-40份、香蕉20-40份。完全采用天然原料制成,口味独特,尤其对酸性体质逐渐改变成碱性体质非常有效。

果蔬饮品的生产方法,包括下列步骤:(1)按比例秤取各原料;(2)将西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和圆白菜煮熟;(3)将煮熟的西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和圆白菜沥水冷却;(4)将步骤(3)的各原料与新鲜苹果和香蕉混合一起,捣碎成泥状。

3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的果蔬饮品的生产方法,其特征是包括下列步骤:(1)按比例秤取各原料;(2)将西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和圆白菜煮熟;(3)将煮熟的西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和大头菜沥水冷却;(4)将步骤(3)的各原料与新鲜苹果和香蕉混合一起,捣碎成泥状。
