优选地,由下列重量份的原料组成:西红柿15份、胡萝卜15份、西兰花15份、圆白菜15份、苹果30份、香蕉30份。
果蔬饮品的生产方法,其特征是包括下列步骤:(1)按比例秤取各原料;(2)将西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和圆白菜煮熟;(3)将煮熟的西红柿、胡萝卜、西兰花和圆白菜沥水冷却;(4)将步骤(3)的各原料与新鲜苹果和香蕉混合一起,捣碎成泥状直接饮用。
本发明的效果是:果蔬饮品,由下列重量份的原料组成:西红柿10-20份、胡萝卜10-20份、西兰花10-20份、圆白菜10-20份、苹果20-40份、香蕉20-40份。完全采用天然原料制成,口味独特,尤其对酸性体质逐渐改变成碱性体质非常有效。
