技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车的操作***,所述操作***具有用于显示操作界面的显示装置并且具有操作单元,所述操作单元具有用于检测使用者的至少一根手指接近操作单元和所述至少一根手指的位置的传感器装置。
此外,本发明还涉及一种用于通过显示装置示出机动车的操作***的操作界面的方法,其中检测出使用者的至少一根手指接近操作单元以及所述至少一根手指的位置。
背景技术
用于显示操作界面的操作***和方法由现有技术已知。因此例如德国的公开文献DE 10 2006 047 653 A1示出了一种用于机动车的操作***以及一种传感器装置,所述操作***具有显示装置,在所述显示装置上显示具有多个操作区的操作界面;所述传感器装置识别出使用者的一根手指接近操作单元并且将手指相对于所述传感器装置的位置分配给在显示单元上示出的操作区其中之一。与此同时,当手指在相应的位置中的时间长于可预先确定的持续时间时,由此确定的操作区相对于其余操作区会扩大。由此对于使用者来说应当简化相应的操作区的选择。
发明内容
根据本发明的、具有权利要求1的特征的操作***相对于已知的***具有以下优势:所述操作***的使用者能够通过简单的方式和方法从所显示的操作界面转换到其他附加操作界面或者附加地能够使所述附加操作界面渐显,以便在之后能够选择这种相应功能。所述操作***的特征在于,当所述传感器装置检测到使用者的两根或多根手指、特别优选三根手指未超过相对于操作单元的可预先设定的最小距离并且进行可预先设定的第一运动时,除了或者替代操作界面或者说除了或者替代开始显示的操作界面还显示出附加操作界面。如果使用者利用两根或者更多根手指如此接近传感器装置,从而未超过最小距离,并且使用者之后利用手指进行可预先设定的第一运动时,原始操作界面会发生如下变化:或者代替原始操作界面示出具有新的操作可能性或者说功能的新的附加操作界面,或者在目前的操作界面上至少局部地渐显(einblenden)。
此外还优选规定,只有当在进行运动时如此远地未超过最小距离,从而手指距传感器装置的距离等于零,以至于手指接触到传感器装置时,所述附加操作界面才会显示出来。因此,根据该实施方式设置了接触触点,以便进行所需要的操作区改变。
特别优选地,传感器装置构造为电容式运转的传感器区(Sensorfeld)。这种传感器装置例如在计算机领域被归于“触摸板”的概念下。因此已知的部件均能用于所述操作单元,这节约了成本。
特别优选地,所述传感器装置集成到所述显示装置中,以便形成可感知接近的和/或可感知接触的屏幕。因此提供所谓的触摸屏,也就是可感知接触的屏幕,从而使得使用者不必盲目地将其手指定位在单独的传感器装置上,而是可以将手指直接定位在操作界面的所显示的元件上。

有利地,如图2所示,当使用者如本实施例所述利用三根手指如此远地接近传感器装置或者说屏幕5,从而未超过从手指到操作单元4的可预先设定的最小距离或者手指接触到所述传感器装置/操作***1时,则检测出使用者的手6的运动。如果使用者之后如箭头7所示向上方移动其手6,那么附加操作界面8替代操作界面5渐显,正如其示例性地在图3中所示出的那样。与原始操作区5不同,附加操作区8具有多个彼此上下布置的矩形操作元件,所述矩形操作元件带来机动车的其他功能。如果使用者如双箭头9所示水平向左或向右移动三根手指,会显示附加操作界面的其他方面,从而使用者可以通过多个子目录进行浏览。为了返回到原始操作界面5,使用者可如箭头10所示垂直向下移动其三根手指6。所述移动必须同时始终在未超过最小距离的情况下进行。
本发明因此对于在每个时刻调出附加操作区的使用者来说能够实现,方法是使用者未超过最小距离时垂直向上移动三根手指。通过水平移动,使用者之后可以在不同子目录或附加操作界面的不同方面之间切换并且通过垂直移动向下重新返回到原始操作界面。不同手势因此展示了在图4中示意性地总结的运动。
此外,图4示出了一种替代的设计方案,其中,所述传感器装置并未构造为显示装置2的构件,而是单独地、例如作为触摸板存在。
根据操作***1的另一种在此未示出的实施例规定,当使用者将三根手指如此远地接近传感器装置3,从而未超过最小距离时,传感器装置3并未被接触并且手指对于可预先设定的时间段来说并未移动,在操作界面5或8上显示附加信息,所述附加信息例如涉及操作界面5或8的对应于手指位置的操作元件,例如像关于具有点击或者说接触操作元件的效果的提示文本。特别有利的是,使用者超出所述时间段对于第二时间段来说并未移动手指,显示对于每个操作元件的附加信息或显示辅助方面。
总体上所述操作***1允许使用者进行快速而有效的使用,因为使用者可以通过简单的方式和方法在不同的操作界面之间切换并且在需要时使附加信息显示出来。
优选地,为了确定运动方向手指在传感器装置或者说传感器区上使用结束坐标和起始坐标,也就是手指的结束位置和起始位置。为了限制操作错误和测量错误,非垂直或水平的运动而是在45度的角度范围中进行的运动会被忽略。偏离实际上水平或垂直运动的角度相当于所述角度所在的、配属于水平或垂直运动的角度区段。一种例如以关于X-Y坐标***的成84度角度的运动,正如图4所示出的那样,因此作为垂直向上的运动根据箭头7识别并且执行相应的功能,也即显示所述附加操作区。当然,也能够设置其他可预先设定的、用于显示或浏览所述附加操作区的运动。
沿所述箭头7的方向的运动因此是第一运动,沿所述箭头10的方向的运动是与所述第一运动相反的第二运动,并且水平运动是沿双箭头9的各一个方向的各一个第三运动。

Claims (8)

1.机动车的操作***(1),所述操作***具有用于显示操作界面(5)的显示装置(2)并且具有操作单元(4),所述操作单元具有用于检测使用者的至少一根手指接近所述操作单元(4)以及至少一根手指位置的传感器装置(3),其特征在于,当所述传感器装置(3)检测到两根或更多根手指未超过相对于所述操作单元(4)的可预先设定的最小距离并且进行可预先设定的第一运动时,除了或者代替所述操作界面还显示出附加操作界面(8)。
2.按权利要求1所述的操作***,其特征在于,所述传感器装置(3)集成到所述显示装置(2)中,以便形成可感知接触的和/或可感知接近的屏幕。
3.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的操作***,其特征在于,当手指接触到所述操作单元(4)时,显示所述附加操作界面(8)。
4.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的操作***,其特征在于,所述传感器装置(3)构造为电容式运转的传感器区。
5.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的操作***,其特征在于,在检测到另外的可预先设定的第二运动时,重新渐隐所述附加操作界面(8)。
6.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的操作***,其特征在于,在检测到至少一个另外的可预先设定的第三运动时,由所述附加操作界面(8)至少切换到另一个附加操作界面。
7.按前述权利要求中任一项所述的操作***,其特征在于,用于监控手指小于可预先设定的最小距离地接近所述操作单元(4)的持续时间的定时器,其中在超过可预先设定的持续时间时显示至少一种附加信息。
8.用于通过显示装置(2)显示机动车的操作***(1)的操作界面的方法,其中检测使用者的至少一根手指的接近和位置,所述至少一根手指未超过相对于所述操作***(1)的操作单元(4)的最小距离,其特征在于,当至少两根或者更多根手指未超过所述最小距离并且进行可预先设定的第一运动时,除了或者替代操作界面(5)还显示出附加操作界面(8)。
