本发明公开了一种远动通道监测告警装置,包括调度主站、远动通道、远动通信机和变电站自动化设备,远动通道监测告警装置的I/0接口的输入端与所述远动通信机连接,所述远动通道监测告警装置中的单片机CPU的输入、输出端分别与上述I/0接口的输出端和驱动电路输入端连接,继电器的输入、输出端分别与上述驱动电路的输出端和无线报警连接。本发明与现有技术比较具有发现远动通道发生异常即时,便于进行排除的显著优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种测控技术,特别是一种远动通道监测告警装置。
背景技术:
在电力调度自动化***中,采用的远动通道包括模拟、数字和网络通道。变电站自动化设备通过远动通道向调度主站传输自动化信息。远动通道限于多方面的原因,经常出现中断或异常现象。但是在实际工作中往往不能及时发现,而且当调度SCADA***反映某个变电站数据信息不刷新时,自动化班与通信班组不能及时确定故障环节,造成故障处理时间延长。此外,远动通道信息传输的可靠性直接影响着调度主站信息的可靠性、实时性。如何及时发现远动通道信息传输异常、快速处理缺陷,连续可靠地为调度员提供电网调度必需的电网信息,成为保障电网安全、稳定、经济运行的关键问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种能够即时发现远动通道出现异常以便即时快速处理的一种远动通道监测告警装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是,一种远动通道监测告警装置,包括调度主站、远动通道、远动通信机和变电站自动化设备,其特征在于:远动通道监测告警装置的I/0接口的输入端与所述远动通信机连接,所述远动通道监测告警装置中的单片机CPU的输入、输出端分别与上述I/0接口的输出端和驱动电路输入端连接,继电器的输入、输出端分别与上述驱动电路的输出端和无线报警连接。
本发明与现有技术比较具有发现远动通道发生异常即时,便于进行排除的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
现有的远动通道信息传输方式是101或104规约进行,即按照一定的格式约定,传输0/1代码。其基本的工作方式是调度主站向变电站自动化设备下发问询报文,变电站自动化设备作出相应的应答,调度主站接收到上送的信息后显示在相应的人机界面上,即问答式规约。在这种信息传输方式下,一旦远动通道异常,变电站自动化设备将接收不到调度主站下发的报文,或则接收到错误的下发报文,均不再作应答。针对运动通道信息传输的特点,采用监听方式,监听远动通道上调度主站是否下发了报文,以及变电站自动化设备是否作出应答,从而判断远动通道是否存在异常,并通过无线方式通知维护人员及时处理。
结合上述附图,对本发明的工作原理作进一步说明,本发明将远动通道监测告警装置的I/0接口接入远动通信机,此远动通道监测告警装置是单片机CPU的输入端和输出端分别与I/0接口和驱动电路的输入端连接,继电器的输入、输出端分别与驱动电路的输出端和无线报警连接,上述驱动电路是德州仪器厂生产的型号为TI/ULN2003A芯片的驱动电路。正常情况下,远动通道上会不间断地报文发生,一旦在一定时间内未发生报文,即说明运动通道出现故障,根据实际情况可以三分钟、二分钟或一分钟作为异常的时间,输入单片机CPU内,当CPU在此时间段未接收到报文信号时,向驱动电路输出动作信号,使继电器动作,向维护部门发出远动通道异常信号,维护人员可在第一时间进行维护,确保电力***处于稳定可靠状态。

1.一种远动通道监测告警装置,包括调度主站、远动通道、远动通信机和变电站自动化设备,其特征在于:远动通道监测告警装置的I/0接口的输入端与所述远动通信机连接,所述远动通道监测告警装置中的单片机CPU的输入、输出端分别与上述I/0接口的输出端和驱动电路输入端连接,继电器的输入、输出端分别与上述驱动电路的输出端和无线报警连接。
