本发明涉及一种管理方法，更具体地说，涉及一种保证船舶正常运行的船舶备件管理方法。
背景技术
从古到今，船舶一直作为一种重要的交通工具，且船舶的航行周期一般比较长，对船舶进行维修和保养工作是为了保证船舶设备始终处于良好的营运状态。因此，对船舶设备按照有关船舶部分的相关规定进行维修和保养十分重要。船舶由船舶备件组成，船舶备件作为船舶维修保养体系的基础自然十分重要，因此，对于船舶备件的进行好的管理也十分重要。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题的提出，而研制一种船舶备件管理方法。
一种船舶备件管理方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
根据船舶备件基本信息建立备件数据库，备件数据库中的备件基本信息包括备件名称、型号、材料、源产地、备件数量；
当船舶备件出库时，对船舶备件进行跟踪，建立备件管理信息记录，并对备件数据库做相应变更。
优选地，备件管理信息记录包括入库记录和出库记录。
优选地，入库记录包括购买入库、调配入库、修复入库、借用入库、返还入库、盘点矫正入库。
优选地，出库记录包括报废出库、消耗出库、借用出库、丢失出库、返还出库、盘点矫正出库。
实施本发明具有以下有益效果：通过建立备件数据库存储备件基本信息，并对船舶备件进行出库跟踪，建立备件管理信息记录，加强对船舶备件的管理，时刻做好船舶的维修和保养工作，为船舶的良好运行打下坚实基础。

船舶正常航行离不开正常运转的设备，而设备与备件是本***中一个较重要的模块。船舶备件包括常用备件，对于常用备件的管理尤为重要。
图1是本发明的方法流程图，如图所示。船舶备件管理方法包括如下步骤：
根据船舶备件基本信息建立备件数据库，备件数据库中的备件基本信息包括备件名称、型号、材料、源产地、备件数量；
当船舶备件出库时，对船舶备件进行跟踪，建立备件管理信息记录，并对备件数据库做相应变更。
对备件数据库做相应变更包括备件信息的添加、编辑、删除。
备件管理信息记录包括入库记录和出库记录。
入库记录包括购买入库、调配入库、修复入库、借用入库、返还入库、盘点矫正入库。
出库记录包括报废出库、消耗出库、借用出库、丢失出库、返还出库、盘点矫正出库。
实施本发明具有以下有益效果：通过建立备件数据库存储备件基本信息，并对船舶备件进行出库跟踪，建立备件管理信息记录，加强对船舶备件的管理，时刻做好船舶的维修和保养工作，为船舶的良好运行打下坚实基础。

当船舶备件出库时，对船舶备件进行跟踪，建立备件管理信息记录，并对备件数据库做相应变更。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船舶备件管理方法，其特征在于，备件管理信息记录包括入库记录和出库记录。
3.根据权利要求2所述的船舶备件管理方法，其特征在于，入库记录包括购买入库、调配入库、修复入库、借用入库、返还入库、盘点矫正入库。
4.根据权利要求2所述的船舶备件管理方法，其特征在于，出库记录包括报废出库、消耗出库、借用出库、丢失出库、返还出库、盘点矫正出库。
