本发明公开了一种注塑模具,包括动模固定板、动模板、模芯、定模固定板、定模板、主流道和型腔,所述动模固定板与动模板间设置有动模脚,所述定模固定板与定模板间设置有定模脚,所述主流道与型腔连通,所述定模固定板的下方设置有顶针板,所述顶针板的下方设置有顶针,该顶针伸至型腔的上方,其特征在于:所述主流道外设置有保温隔热套。本发明的优点是:结构简单,易于浇注,脱模简单,产品成品率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,具体地说,涉及一种注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑模具是将受热融化的材料由高压射入模芯,经冷却固化后得到成形品。但是目前的注塑模具的浇注流道较长并保温形差,在融化的材料进入到流道后,因为受冷而逐渐固化,影响材料的流速的浇注量。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种注塑模具,该模具浇注效果好,脱模简单。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种注塑模具,包括动模固定板、动模板、模芯、定模固定板、定模板、主流道和型腔,所述动模固定板与动模板间设置有动模脚,所述定模固定板与定模板间设置有定模脚,所述主流道与型腔连通,所述定模固定板的下方设置有顶针板,所述顶针板的下方设置有顶针,该顶针伸至型腔的上方,所述主流道外设置有保温隔热套。
所述主流道的内径从上往下逐渐变小。
所述顶针板与定模板间的顶针外套有弹簧。
所述顶针的底部上设置有推动板。
所述动模脚与动模板间设置有隔热板
本发明的优点是:结构简单,易于浇注,脱模简单,产品成品率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种注塑模具,包括动模固定板1、动模板2、模芯3、定模固定板4、定模板5、主流道6和型腔7,动模固定板1与动模板2间设置有动模脚8,定模固定板4与定模板5间设置有定模脚9,主流道6与型腔7连通,在主流道6外设置有保温隔热套12,且主流道6的内径从上往下逐渐变小,在定模固定板4的下方设置有顶针板10,在顶针板10的下方设置有顶针11,该顶针11伸至型腔7的上方,为了更方便地脱模,在顶针板10与定模板5间的顶针11外套有弹簧13,在顶针11的底部上设置有推动板14,为了进一步隔热,降低模具的温度,在动模脚8与动模板2间设置有隔热板15。

1.一种注塑模具,包括动模固定板、动模板、模芯、定模固定板、定模板、主流道和型腔,所述动模固定板与动模板间设置有动模脚,所述定模固定板与定模板间设置有定模脚,所述主流道与型腔连通,所述定模固定板的下方设置有顶针板,所述顶针板的下方设置有顶针,该顶针伸至型腔的上方,其特征在于:所述主流道外设置有保温隔热套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具,其特征在于:所述主流道的内径从上往下逐渐变小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具,其特征在于:所述顶针板与定模板间的顶针外套有弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具,其特征在于:所述顶针的底部上设置有推动板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具,其特征在于:所述动模脚与动模板间设置有隔热板。
