本发明公开了一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,包括如下重量百分比的配料:抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量,所述抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟,上述母粒混合后进入挤出机挤出。本发明具有良好的刚韧平衡性能和耐热性能,不仅可广泛用于建材、家具、汽车、电器、电子电气等行业,且可制备各种型材、管材、薄膜、片材、板材以及注塑部件等。加之其制备方法简单,可缩短成型加工时间,降低能耗和生产成本,具有较强的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种母粒生产配方,具体涉及一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方。
背景技术
聚丙烯母粒应用于建材、家具、汽车、电器、电子电气等行业,但现有技术中的聚丙烯母粒普遍存在韧性不足的问题,后期需要反复加工,从而降低了工作效率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对不足,提出一种具有良好的刚韧平衡性能和耐热性能的增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,包括如下重量百分比的配料:抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量。
作为优化,所述抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟。
作为优化,所述母粒经挤出机挤出,所述挤出机温度设定为:1段185~195℃,2段190~200℃,3段195~205℃,4段200~210℃,5段200~210℃,6段195~205℃,7段195~205℃,8段195~205℃,9段195~205℃,机头200~210℃。
作为优化,所述挤出机的滤网为100目,分两层。
作为优化,所述挤出机的熔体温度小于250℃。
作为优化,所述母粒的拉伸强度大于16.5Mpa,断裂伸长率大于65%,简支梁缺口大于25KJ/m2,熔融指数大于15g/10min。
    有益效果:本发明具有良好的刚韧平衡性能和耐热性能,不仅可广泛用于建材、家具、汽车、电器、电子电气等行业,且可制备各种型材、管材、薄膜、片材、板材以及注塑部件等。加之其制备方法简单,可缩短成型加工时间,降低能耗和生产成本,具有较强的实用性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,包括如下重量百分比的配料:抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量,其中将抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟,混合后经挤出机挤出,所述挤出机温度设定为:1段185~195℃,2段190~200℃,3段195~205℃,4段200~210℃,5段200~210℃,6段195~205℃,7段195~205℃,8段195~205℃,9段195~205℃,机头200~210℃。挤出机的滤网为100目,分两层,挤出机的熔体温度小于250℃。
本发明的聚丙烯母粒的拉伸强度大于16.5Mpa,断裂伸长率大于65%,简支梁缺口大于25KJ/m2,熔融指数大于15g/10min,且颜色均匀一致,无异样粒子。

1.一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:包括如下重量百分比的配料:抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述抗冲共聚聚丙烯40~60%,塑胶20~30%,树脂4~8%,色粉0.3~0.8%混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述母粒经挤出机挤出,所述挤出机温度设定为:1段185~195℃,2段190~200℃,3段195~205℃,4段200~210℃,5段200~210℃,6段195~205℃,7段195~205℃,8段195~205℃,9段195~205℃,机头200~210℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述挤出机的滤网为100目,分两层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述挤出机的熔体温度小于250℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增韧型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述母粒的拉伸强度大于16.5Mpa,断裂伸长率大于65%,简支梁缺口大于25KJ/m2,熔融指数大于15g/10min。
