Abstract

本发明涉及太阳能光电池生产技术领域内的一种铜合金焊带,包括铜质的基材,在基材表面设有合金涂层,所述合金涂层的原料包括质量含量如下的组分:Sn66~78%;Pb8~12%;Fe3~5%;Cu4~5%;Ag6~8%;Mg1~4%;所述基材穿过混合并熔化后的上述原料中,在基材表面形成合金涂层。合金涂层的厚度优选为0.01mm~0.05mm。本发明的铜合金焊带,在涂覆涂层时,熔融的液体与基材之间浸润性好,能牢固地附着在基材上,方便了后的钎焊;同时,其柔软易钎焊,其抗腐蚀,不易被氧化,可提高电池片的焊接质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光电池用的焊带,特别涉及一种铜合金焊带。
背景技术
现有技术中,随着太阳能电池制造业的崛起,对其中一些材料提出了更高的要求.在光电池之间板上需要用焊带将各电池单元进行连接,连接时采用钎焊方式焊接连接,目前的焊带一般采用铜质的基材,在基材表面涂锡合金,该锡合金主要由Sn、Pb、Sb组成,其不足之处在于:上述合金涂覆在铜带表面,会导致铜带***,钎焊后,电池片容易翘曲变形,导致碎片率上升,此外,其抗腐蚀性不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铜合金焊带,使其柔软,且抗腐蚀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种铜合金焊带,包括铜质的基材,在基材表面设有合金涂层,所述合金涂层的原料包括质量含量如下的组分:
Sn    66~78%;
Pb    8~12%;
Fe    3~5%;
Cu    4~5%;
Ag    6~8%;
Mg    1~4%;
所述基材穿过混合并熔化后的上述原料中,在基材表面形成合金涂层。
上述合金涂层的厚度优选为0.01mm~0.05mm。
本发明的铜合金焊带,在涂覆涂层时,熔融的液体与基材之间浸润性好,能牢固地附着在基材上,方便了后的钎焊;同时,其柔软易钎焊,其抗腐蚀,不易被氧化,可提高电池片的焊接质量。

Sn    66%;
Pb    12%;
Fe    5%;
Cu    5%;
Ag    8%;

所述基材穿过混合并熔化后的上述原料中,在基材表面形成合金涂层;合金涂层的厚度为0.01mm;。
实施例2
一种铜合金焊带,包括铜质的基材,在基材表面设有合金涂层,合金涂层的原料包括质量含量如下的组分:
Sn    78%;
Pb    8%;
Fe    3%;
Cu    4%;
Ag    6%;
Mg    1%;
所述基材穿过混合并熔化后的上述原料中,在基材表面形成合金涂层,合金涂层的厚度为0.05mm。
实施例3
一种铜合金焊带,包括铜质的基材,在基材表面设有合金涂层,其特征在于:所述合金涂层的原料包括质量含量如下的组分:
Sn    70%;
Pb    10%;
Fe    4%;
Cu    4%;
Ag    8%;
Mg    4%;
所述基材穿过混合并熔化后的上述原料中,在基材表面形成合金涂层。合金涂层的厚度为0.03mm。
实施例4
一种铜合金焊带,包括铜质的基材,在基材表面设有合金涂层,其合金涂层的原料包括质量含量如下的组分:
Sn    75%;
Pb    10%;
Fe    5%;
Cu    5%;
Ag    7%;
Mg    3%;
所述基材穿过混合并熔化后的上述原料中,在基材表面形成合金涂层;合金涂层的厚度为0.04mm。
上述实施例1-4的原料熔点低,涂锡后的铜带抗拉强度为4.5kg/mm,其使用可靠。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种铜合金焊带,包括铜质的基材,在基材表面设有合金涂层,其特征在于:所述合金涂层的原料包括质量含量如下的组分:
Sn    66~78%;
Pb    8~12%;
Fe    3~5%;
Cu    4~5%;
Ag    6~8%;
Mg    1~4%;
所述基材穿过混合并熔化后的上述原料中,在基材表面形成合金涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜合金焊带,其特征在于:所述合金涂层的厚度为0.01mm~0.05mm。
