随着生活水平的提高,人们对饮食的要求也逐渐提高,饮食行业正在向着集口感、养生、保健为一体的方向发展。传统饮料大多仅在口感上满足了人们的需求,而在营养价值能方便很多都是零价值,甚至有部分是负价值,因此,生产开发功能行饮料是适应市场需求的大势所趋。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种保健饮料及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种保健饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
嫩柳树叶3-5、佛手2-4、桑芽1-3、山牛蒡2-3、黑大豆叶3-5、当归2-5、穿心莲1-3、茉莉花2-4、金鸡脚2-3、灵芝3-5、莲子1-3、龙眼肉2-4、哈密瓜汁50-60、蜂蜜3-5、营养添加剂4-5;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
所述的保健饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将嫩柳树叶、佛手、桑芽、山牛蒡、黑大豆叶、当归、穿心莲、茉莉花、金鸡脚、灵芝、莲子、龙眼肉加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将哈密瓜汁、蜂蜜、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(3)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明提供了一种保健饮料及其加工方法,将佛手、桑芽、黑大豆叶、当归等多种药食同源成分经过处理后加入至饮料中,所得的产品具有口感好、而且具有舒肝理气、降低心脑血管发病率功效。

嫩柳树叶5、佛手4、桑芽3、山牛蒡3、黑大豆叶3、当归2、穿心莲1、茉莉花4、金鸡脚2、灵芝3、莲子3、龙眼肉2、哈密瓜汁60、蜂蜜5、营养添加剂5;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按3:4:5的重量比混合组成。
所述的保健饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将嫩柳树叶、佛手、桑芽、山牛蒡、黑大豆叶、当归、穿心莲、茉莉花、金鸡脚、灵芝、莲子、龙眼肉加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将哈密瓜汁、蜂蜜、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为1000份;
(3)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。

嫩柳树叶3-5、佛手2-4、桑芽1-3、山牛蒡2-3、黑大豆叶3-5、当归2-5、穿心莲1-3、茉莉花2-4、金鸡脚2-3、灵芝3-5、莲子1-3、龙眼肉2-4、哈密瓜汁50-60、蜂蜜3-5、营养添加剂4-5;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的保健饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将嫩柳树叶、佛手、桑芽、山牛蒡、黑大豆叶、当归、穿心莲、茉莉花、金鸡脚、灵芝、莲子、龙眼肉加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将哈密瓜汁、蜂蜜、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(3)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
