Abstract
本发明实施例提供了一种数据发送方法和装置。第二网络设备通过第一接口接收第一网络设备发送的用户数据。所述第二网络设备通过第二接口接收所述第一网络设备发送的控制信令,其中,所述第二接口为空中接口。所述第二网络设备根据所述控制信令向所述用户设备发送所述用户数据。通过本发明实施例,第一网络设备可以通过空中接口向UE和第二网络设备发送控制信令,而不通过同一个X2接口向第二网络设备传输控制信令和数据信令,避免了使用传输时延较长的第一接口传输控制信令,从而缩短控制信令在网络设备之间传输的时延。
