Abstract

本发明公开了一种螺旋式接地线导体夹,包括导体端线夹,所述导体端线夹包括上咬舌和下咬舌,上咬舌由顶边和侧边连接形成L形的结构,下咬舌由主舌片舌和副舌片组成,主舌片通过上旋螺钮与上咬舌侧边的底端连接,副舌片通过一铰接杆与主舌片铰接,同时铰接杆上还铰接一线夹限位器。本发明通过相应的上咬舌、下咬舌以及线夹限位器的设计来方便操作,防止导体夹滑脱。通过本发明的使用,有效防止了接地线挂设中导体夹与被接地导体打滑,提高了操作效率,缩短了停电时间。

螺旋式接地线导体夹
技术领域
本发明涉及电力工具,具体涉及接地线夹。
背景技术
目前,变电所都配备了螺旋式接地线,但在实际运用中,运行人员普遍反映使用不顺手,由于在接螺旋式地线挂设中需要旋紧导体夹使之与被接地导体充分接触并紧固,在旋紧过程中因为导体夹一侧是开口的(以方便卡入被接地导体)就导致导体夹不断滑脱,运行人员有力使不出,延长了设备停电时间,增加了操作风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供了一种螺旋式接地线导体夹,方便操作,使之与被接地导体充分接触并紧固,防止导体夹滑脱。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:螺旋式接地线导体夹,包括导体端线夹,所述导体端线夹包括上咬舌和下咬舌,上咬舌由顶边和侧边连接形成L形的结构,下咬舌由主舌片舌和副舌片组成,主舌片通过上旋螺钮与上咬舌侧边的底端连接,副舌片通过一铰接杆与主舌片铰接,同时铰接杆上还铰接一线夹限位器。
优选的,上咬舌的顶边底面设有圆弧形的槽口。
优选的,所述主舌片呈圆弧上翘结构,所述副舌片为长条形结构,副舌片中部底端设有圆弧突出部与铰接杆铰接,副舌片端头设有斜口面。
优选的,所述线夹限位器包括两并排设置的限位挡板,限位挡板由长边和短边组成L形结构,长边底部在短边相接位置上方与铰接杆铰接,短边端头之间通过横梁连接。
优选的,所述线夹限位器由厚度3mm的不锈钢板材料制成,所述线夹限位器的长度为10cm,宽度为4cm,高度为7cm。
本发明通过相应的上咬舌、下咬舌以及线夹限位器的设计来方便操作,防止导体夹滑脱。
通过本发明的使用,解决了(1)在旋紧过程中因导体夹一侧是开口的导致导体夹不断滑脱的问题;(2)接地线挂设后,因晃动或挂设不标准造成移动甚至脱落的隐患。
采用本发明后的有益效果:(1)有效防止了接地线挂设中导体夹与被接地导体打滑,提高了操作效率,缩短了停电时间。(2)使接地线的挂设更为标准,牢固,防止接地线松脱。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,螺旋式接地线导体夹,包括导体端线夹1,所述导体端线夹1包括上咬舌10和下咬舌,上咬舌10由顶边和侧边连接形成L形的结构,下咬舌由主舌片11舌和副舌片12组成,主舌片11通过上旋螺钮与上咬舌10侧边的底端连接,副舌片12通过一铰接杆与主舌片10铰接,同时铰接杆上还铰接一线夹限位器2。由于上旋螺钮的作用,主舌片10可向上弹起夹紧被接地导体3,由于线夹限位器2的作用,可防止导体端线夹1与被接地导体3打滑。
上咬舌10的顶边底面设有圆弧形的槽口101,可以进一步防止被接地导体3打滑。所述主舌片11呈圆弧上翘结构,所述副舌片12为长条形结构,副舌片中部底端设有圆弧突出部与铰接杆铰接,通过此结构主舌片11向上弹起时,副舌片12正好顶住被接地导体3的底面。同时,副舌片12端头设有斜口面,方便被接地导体进入导体端线夹上咬舌和下咬舌之间。
如图2所示,所述线夹限位器2包括两并排设置的限位挡板20,两个限位挡板20位于导体端线夹1前后两侧,限位挡板20由长边和短边组成L形结构,长边底部在短边相接位置上方与铰接杆铰接,短边端头之间通过横梁21连接,而在长边上设有至少一个铰接孔201,本实施例中铰接孔201设置有三个,这样可以根据使用的导体端线夹选择使用铰接孔与铰接杆配合,使线夹限位器发挥作用。所述线夹限位器2由厚度3mm的不锈钢板材料制成,所述线夹限位器的长度为10cm,宽度为4cm,高度为7cm。
如图3所示,挂设接地线前,线夹限位器限位挡板的L型长边以大约垂直于被接地导体方向设置,如图4所示,挂设接地线时,螺旋式接地线导体夹工作最初,由人力将被接地导体咬入上、下咬舌之间,此时被接地导体对线夹限位器L型长边产生作用力,推动线夹限位器逆时针旋转。同时使右端L型短边上升,防止被接地导体滑出。如图5所示,当被接地导体完全被推至上咬舌左端,此时,由于上旋螺钮向上作用,使上、下咬舌开始夹紧被接地导体,线夹限位器逆时针转动动力由被接地导体向左推动变为被接地导体相对向下推动,同时使右端L型短边依旧逐渐上升,防止被接地导体滑出。如图6所示,同时使右端L型短边90度垂直于被接地导体,作为挡板自动扣合住被接地导体。
因而本发明有效防止了接地线挂设中导体夹与被接地导体打滑,提高了操作效率,缩短了停电时间。,也使接地线的挂设更为标准,牢固,防止接地线松脱。

Claims (4)

1.螺旋式接地线导体夹,包括导体端线夹,其特征在于:所述导体端线夹包括上咬舌和下咬舌,上咬舌由顶边和侧边连接形成L形的结构,下咬舌由主舌片舌和副舌片组成,主舌片通过上旋螺钮与上咬舌侧边的底端连接,副舌片通过一铰接杆与主舌片铰接,同时铰接杆上还铰接一线夹限位器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式接地线导体夹,其特征在于:上咬舌的顶边底面设有圆弧形的槽口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式接地线导体夹,其特征在于:所述主舌片呈圆弧上翘结构,所述副舌片为长条形结构,副舌片中部底端设有圆弧突出部与铰接杆铰接,副舌片端头设有斜口面。
4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的螺旋式接地线导体夹,其特征在于:所述线夹限位器包括两并排设置的限位挡板,限位挡板由长边和短边组成L形结构,长边底部在短边相接位置上方与铰接杆铰接,短边端头之间通过横梁连接。5、根据权利要求4所述的螺旋式接地线导体夹,其特征在于:所述线夹限位器由厚度3mm的不锈钢板材料制成,所述线夹限位器的长度为10cm,宽度为4cm,高度为7cm。
