本发明公开了一种阻水电缆,包括三根阻水线芯绞合成缆,由里及外依次包裹有导体、牛皮纸、硅橡胶绝缘层和银丝屏蔽层;在全部缆芯外绕包有阻水包带,在包带外包有无缝金属护套。在缆芯与包带之间的空隙装填有干燥剂。本发明可以提高传输功率,而且金属密封套更加结实,不易损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻水电缆。
背景技术
我国大部分地区属于温带气候,降雨降雪多,地下水资源丰富,而电缆一般铺设在地下,对防潮要求比较高。为了提高电缆的阻水性,人们通常采取在电缆的缆芯外施加阻水材料,组成阻水电缆。然而阻水材料相对于通常的绝缘材料,热阻相对较大,严重阻碍了电缆的正常散热,从而导致电缆发热量增高。电缆发热量的增高,一方面会导致电缆传输功率的降低;另一方面会使线芯绝缘受热加速老化。绝缘老化后,阻水性能降低,水分进入绝缘然后沿绝缘纵向流动进入电缆接头,从而可能会导致电缆发生***。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种新型阻水电缆,其具体技术方案如下:
一种阻水电缆,包括三根阻水线芯绞合成缆,由里及外依次包裹有导体、牛皮纸、硅橡胶绝缘层和银丝屏蔽层;在全部缆芯外绕包有阻水包带,在包带外包有无缝金属护套。在缆芯与包带之间的空隙装填有干燥剂。其中,干燥剂为活性炭或硅胶。
本发明采用了外加金属密封套,内加干燥剂的结构,不仅简化了电缆的结构,而且阻水持久性好,有利于线芯散热,确保电缆使用寿命,较现有技术中的带有组水层的结构可以提高传输功率,而且金属密封套更加结实,不易损坏。

具体实施方式
一种阻水电缆,包括三根阻水线芯绞合成缆,由里及外依次包裹有导体1、牛皮纸2、硅橡胶绝缘层3和银丝屏蔽层4;在全部缆芯外绕包有阻水包带5,在包带外包有无缝金属护套6。在缆芯与包带之间的空隙装填有干燥剂7。其中,干燥剂为活性炭或硅胶。

1.一种阻水电缆,包括三根阻水线芯绞合成缆,由里及外依次包裹有导体、牛皮纸、硅橡胶绝缘层和银丝屏蔽层;在全部缆芯外绕包有阻水包带,在包带外包有无缝金属护套。在缆芯与包带之间的空隙装填有干燥剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻水电缆,其中,干燥剂为活性炭或硅胶。
