本发明公开一种用于多层纸袋点胶装置的点胶辊，圆柱形点胶辊的辊面沿轴向设有上底窄下底宽的梯形槽，梯形槽内设有与梯形槽相配合的一组梯形嵌块，梯形嵌块顶部设有安装孔，安装孔内设有点胶头；所述安装孔为上底窄下底宽的梯形孔，点胶头底部为与梯形孔相配合的梯形；舍弃在点胶辊上粘贴胶板的传统结构，在点胶辊上设置安装点胶头的梯形槽，梯形槽上底窄下底宽，点胶头安装牢固，更换方便，避免了点胶移位的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋加工领域，具体是一种用于多层纸袋点胶装置的点胶辊。
背景技术
多层纸袋主要用于化学原料的包装，为了便于原料装袋和增强袋体强度，需要将袋口多层中除中间的装料口外的其它层间粘合，目前在包装袋生产线上使用自动点胶粘合的点胶装置对多层纸袋进行粘合，多层纸袋成筒前经过旋转的点胶辊，由点胶辊上设置的点胶板对纸袋经行点胶；点胶板目前一般为带凸头的聚氨酯胶板，通过双面胶将胶板粘贴到点胶辊上使用；由于胶板是平的，将其粘贴到点胶辊的弧面上会产生张力，在生产的过程中，点胶辊高速旋转，胶板很容易脱开，从而造成点胶移位，不得不停机处理，产生了大量废品，降低了生产率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于多层纸袋点胶装置的点胶辊，该点胶辊设有方便安装与更换的点胶头，安装牢固，能够避免点胶移位的情况。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种用于多层纸袋点胶装置的点胶辊，圆柱形点胶辊的辊面沿轴向设有上底窄下底宽的梯形槽，梯形槽内设有与梯形槽相配合的一组梯形嵌块，梯形嵌块顶部设有安装孔，安装孔内设有点胶头。
进一步地，所述安装孔为上底窄下底宽的梯形孔，点胶头底部为与梯形孔相配合的梯形。
本发明的有益效果是，舍弃在点胶辊上粘贴胶板的传统结构，在点胶辊上设置安装点胶头的梯形槽，梯形槽上底窄下底宽，点胶头安装牢固，更换方便，避免了点胶移位的情况。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，纸张3经导向辊2传动，通过点胶辊1对其点胶；结合图2与图3所示，圆柱形点胶辊1的辊面沿轴向设有上底窄下底宽的梯形槽，梯形槽内设有与梯形槽相配合的一组梯形嵌块4，梯形嵌块4顶部设有安装孔，安装孔为上底窄下底宽的梯形孔，安装孔内设有点胶头5；点胶头5底部为与梯形孔相配合的梯形。
由于点胶头5底部、安装孔以及梯形槽均为上底窄下底宽的梯形，所以点胶头5、梯形嵌块4与点胶辊1层层配合安装后，非常牢固，而且更换也非常方便，避免了点胶移位的情况。

1.一种用于多层纸袋点胶装置的点胶辊，其特征在于，圆柱形点胶辊的辊面沿轴向设有上底窄下底宽的梯形槽，梯形槽内设有与梯形槽相配合的一组梯形嵌块，梯形嵌块顶部设有安装孔，安装孔内设有点胶头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于多层纸袋点胶装置的点胶辊，其特征在于，所述安装孔为上底窄下底宽的梯形孔，点胶头底部为与梯形孔相配合的梯形。
