Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于下肢康复的医疗器械，特别是能够让病患或者治疗师方在任何适宜地点使用的下肢镜像治疗器，包括支撑架及设于支撑架上方的双面平面镜，所述双面平面镜上的两面分别设有刻度，本发明移动性强的，能够完全遮蔽住患侧的，反射面积足够大的，利用镜面对健侧下肢的成像来诱发或者强化患肢运动功能，镜面上有刻度方便训练，可以根据患者不同时期的情况制定不同康复目标，可以强化患侧的本体感觉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于下肢康复的医疗器械，特别是能够让病患或者治疗师方在任何适宜地点使用的下肢镜像治疗器。
背景技术
镜像疗法最早由Ramachandran 和Roger-Ramachandran在1996 年提出，通过观察健侧活动在镜面中的成像来诱发或强化患侧的运动，改善患侧的运动功能，适用于幻肢痛、复杂性区域疼痛综合征、脑卒中、周围神经损伤等病症。可能的作用机制是通过镜像疗法训练，患侧肢***于脑部的主要运动区及小脑的部分功能会被激活，与视觉记忆功能相关。现阶段，虽然镜像疗法已经被各大医院，科研院所及康复机构广泛使用，但在使用工具上多以镜箱或者类似于镜箱的装置，如上肢意念性运动功能训练器，使用以上装置存在以下缺点：遮蔽性差，不能完全遮住患侧肢体，导致病患在训练时会同时看到患肢，健肢及健肢在单面镜上的投影，从而影响病患的想象；设计缺陷，不能够全面的反射出健侧的动作，例如，肘关节屈90°时肘关节的屈，肩关节的外旋，前臂的投影就不会呈现在镜面上，目前只有上肢镜像治疗装置，还没有一种专门为下肢镜像治疗使用的镜像治疗器。
发明内容
本发明目的在于弥补现有技术的空白，提供了一种移动性强的，能够完全遮蔽住患侧的，反射面积足够大的，利用镜面对健侧下肢的成像来诱发或者强化患肢运动功能及对于大脑会产生减轻患肢疼痛感觉的一种下肢镜像治疗器，本发明中的下肢镜像治疗器又叫做下肢镜像训练器，其特征在于：包括支撑架及设于支撑架上方的双面平面镜，所述双面平面镜上的两面分别设有刻度。
进一步的，所述支撑架的下方设有万向轮。
进一步的，所述双面平面镜的两侧设有配合脚运动的脚托，所述脚托包括本体，设置于本体下方的脚托支架及设于脚托支架下方的万向轮。
进一步的，所述双面平面镜与支撑架垂直的一侧设有避空位。
进一步的，所述双面平面镜的边沿上设置有保护框。
进一步的，所述的保护框是金属框或者弹性框。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明中的下肢镜像治疗器又叫做下肢镜像训练器，移动性强的，能够完全遮蔽住患侧的，反射面积足够大的，利用镜面对健侧下肢的成像来诱发或者强化患肢运动功能，镜面上有刻度方便训练，可以根据患者不同时期的情况制定不同康复目标，可以强化患侧的本体感觉。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例，对本发明作进一步地阐述：第一实施例，一种下肢镜像治疗器，包括支撑架1及设于支撑架1上方的双面平面镜2，所述双面平面镜2上的两面分别设有刻度21，所述支撑架1的下方设有万向轮3，所述双面平面镜2与支撑架1垂直的一侧设有避空位4，所述双面平面镜2的边沿上设置有保护框，此处的保护框是金属框；所述双面平面镜的两侧设有配合脚运动的脚托，所述脚托包括本体5，设置于本体5下方的脚托支架6及设于脚托支架下方的万向轮3。操作时，镜面一边设有避空位4，更能贴近患者，同时可以完全反射出健肢的运动，能够增强病患的视觉反馈，同时配套有带万向轮3的脚托，可以方便一部分患肢有运动功能的患者使用，同时能够增强患者的运动觉，在镜面上的刻度，可以根据患者不同时期的情况制定不同康复目标，优于其他工具，操作简单，使用方便。
第二实施例中，与第一实施例不同之处在于，所述的保护框是弹性框。
本发明中的下肢镜像治疗器又叫做下肢镜像训练器，配有使用指南，包括镜像疗法简介，下肢镜像治疗的治疗步骤及注意事项，下肢镜像治疗动作指引图，可以让人按照说明就可以自己操作。

1.一种下肢镜像治疗器，其特征在于：包括支撑架及设于支撑架上方的双面平面镜，所述双面平面镜上的两面分别设有刻度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢镜像训练器，其特征在于：所述支撑架的下方设有万向轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢镜像训练器，其特征在于：所述双面平面镜的两侧设有配合脚运动的脚托，所述脚托包括本体，设置于本体下方的脚托支架及设于脚托支架下方的万向轮。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种下肢镜像治疗器，其特征在于：所述双面平面镜与支撑架垂直的一侧设有避空位。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种下肢镜像治疗器，其特征在于：所述双面平面镜的边沿上设置有保护框。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种下肢镜像治疗器，其特征在于：所述的保护框是金属框或者弹性框。
