本发明公开了一种基于外圈设置圆弧油槽的双列圆锥滚子轴承,两个内圈02中部由内隔圈63隔置,两个内圈02和外圈21之间分别通过保持架设置有圆锥滚子04;保持架包括保持架大垫圈06和保持架小垫圈16,以及保持架支柱09。所述外圈中部开设有绕外圈一周的环形槽,所述环形槽为弧形槽,所述槽底开设有通向所述保持架和滚子的润油孔。本发明把油槽改成弧形后,油槽与轴承外圈连接点均匀平滑,这样润滑油可以很好的全部利用上,这样可以延长轴承使用的使用寿命,减少维修次数,缩短维修时间。而且其弧形油槽光洁度高,延长了润滑油的填加周期,使用成本降低,润滑速度提高。加工时一次成形,提高了轴承生产效率,降低成本了生产成本。

本发明涉及轴承技术领域。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有技术双列圆锥轴承的结构包括外圈21、内圈02,两个内圈02中部由内隔圈63隔置,两个所述内圈02和外圈21之间分别通过保持架设置有圆锥滚子04。其中,保持架包括保持架大垫圈06和保持架小垫圈16,以及保持架支柱09。
如图1中A处所示,现有技术双列圆锥滚子轴承油槽的形式为梯形槽,槽底设置有通向保持架和滚子的润有孔。问题在于。该形状的油槽在工作的时,润滑油脂不容易流入,而且润滑油添加的周期短,这样很容易导致轴承在旋转时得不到很好保护,增加维护次数,降低轴承的寿命。而且这样的油槽在生产的时候比较费劲,加大轴承成本,而且效率也低。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种润滑效果好的双列圆锥轴承。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种基于外圈设置圆弧油槽的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈。两个内圈中部由内隔圈隔置,两个所述内圈和外圈之间分别通过保持架设置有圆锥滚子;所述保持架包括保持架大垫圈和保持架小垫圈,以及保持架支柱;所述外圈中部开设有绕外圈一周的环形槽,所述环形槽为弧形槽,所述槽底开设有通向所述保持架和滚子的润油孔。

如图2所示本发明基于外圈设置圆弧油槽的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈21、内圈02,两个内圈02中部由内隔圈63隔置,两个所述内圈02和外圈21之间分别通过保持架设置有圆锥滚子04;所述保持架包括保持架大垫圈06和保持架小垫圈16,以及保持架支柱09。图中B处所示,外圈中部开设有绕外圈一周的环形槽,所述环形槽为弧形槽,所述槽底开设有通向所述保持架和滚子的润油孔。
