Abstract
本发明提供一种可调节节流阀,包括阀体、阀芯和调节杆,所述阀体内部中空设置,所述阀芯设置在阀体内部,且置于阀体下方,所述调节杆部分伸入阀体内部,且调节杆底部与阀芯顶部相接触;所述调节杆上等距离设置有通孔,通孔内连接有伸缩按钮,所述阀体两内侧壁等距离设置有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽与伸缩按钮相匹配;所述阀芯与阀体底部之间设置有第一压缩装置和第二压缩装置,所述第一压缩装置包括第一压板、第二压板和第一压缩节,所述压缩节的两端分别固定在第一压板和第二压板上;所述第二压缩装置设置在第一压缩装置下方,包括第二压缩节;所述阀体壁上设有回流通道及横向通道,本发明能够设定档位,准确控制节流阀内液体流量,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,尤其是一种可调节节流阀。
背景技术
节流阀是通过改变节流截面或节流长度以控制流体流量的阀门,现有的节流阀通过在调节杆上设置手轮等来旋转调节杆,从而调节节流阀内液体流量,此种设置无法准确控制液体流量,很容易因为无法准确旋转调节杆影响操作。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可调节节流阀,能够设定档位,准确控制节流阀内液体流量,操作方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种可调节节流阀,包括阀体、阀芯和调节杆,所述阀体内部中空设置,所述阀芯设置在阀体内部,且置于阀体下方,所述调节杆部分伸入阀体内部,且调节杆底部与阀芯顶部相接触;所述调节杆上等距离设置有通孔,通孔内连接有伸缩按钮,所述阀体两内侧壁等距离设置有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽与伸缩按钮相匹配;所述阀芯与阀体底部之间设置有第一压缩装置和第二压缩装置,所述第一压缩装置包括第一压板、第二压板和第一压缩节,所述压缩节的两端分别固定在第一压板和第二压板上;所述第二压缩装置设置在第一压缩装置下方,包括第二压缩节;所述阀体壁上设有回流通道及横向通道;
所述调节杆伸出阀体的部分上盖有密封盖,所述密封盖与阀体之间设有密封圈;
所述回流通道设置在横向通道上方。
通过以上技术方案,相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过在阀体两内侧壁等距离设置有圆形凹槽,与调节杆上等距离设置的伸缩按钮相匹配,操作时只需将伸缩按钮卡在圆形凹槽内就能方便快捷的控制流阀内液体流量,简单又方便,且能达到较好的效果。

图1所示,本发明的可调节节流阀,包括阀体、阀芯和调节杆,所述阀体内部中空设置,所述阀芯设置在阀体内部,且置于阀体下方,所述调节杆部分伸入阀体内部,且调节杆底部与阀芯顶部相接触;所述调节杆上等距离设置有通孔,通孔内连接有伸缩按钮1,所述阀体两内侧壁等距离设置有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽与伸缩按钮1相匹配;所述阀芯与阀体底部之间设置有第一压缩装置和第二压缩装置,所述第一压缩装置包括第一压板、第二压板和第一压缩节2,所述压缩节的两端分别固定在第一压板和第二压板上;所述第二压缩装置设置在第一压缩装置下方,包括第二压缩节3;所述阀体壁上设有回流通道4及横向通道5;操作时只需将伸缩按钮1卡在圆形凹槽内就能方便快捷的控制流阀内液体流量,简单又方便,且能达到较好的效果
所述调节杆伸出阀体的部分上盖有密封盖,所述密封盖与阀体之间设有密封圈6,进一步增加密封效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种可调节节流阀,包括阀体、阀芯和调节杆,其特征在于:所述阀体内部中空设置,所述阀芯设置在阀体内部,且置于阀体下方,所述调节杆部分伸入阀体内部,且调节杆底部与阀芯顶部相接触;所述调节杆上等距离设置有通孔,通孔内连接有伸缩按钮,所述阀体两内侧壁等距离设置有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽与伸缩按钮相匹配;所述阀芯与阀体底部之间设置有第一压缩装置和第二压缩装置,所述第一压缩装置包括第一压板、第二压板和第一压缩节,所述压缩节的两端分别固定在第一压板和第二压板上;所述第二压缩装置设置在第一压缩装置下方,包括第二压缩节;所述阀体壁上设有回流通道及横向通道。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节节流阀,其特征在于:所述调节杆伸出阀体的部分上盖有密封盖,所述密封盖与阀体之间设有密封圈。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的可调节节流阀,其特征在于:所述回流通道设置在横向通道上方。
