纵向、横向摇摆功能切换装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种婴儿车,特别涉及一种可以实现横向摇晃功能与纵向摇晃功能切换的婴儿床。
背景技术
婴儿床的摆动目前有两种,其一是纵向摆动,其二是横向摆动,横向摆动的婴儿床是目前市场上最为常见的产品,其缺点是摆动的空间较大,纵向摆动其克服横向摆动的缺点可以实现在较为狭小的空间内摆动,但是纵向摆动的缺点是不适合施力。
本发明结合上述两种摆动方式,设计一种可以实现纵向摆动和横向摆动切换的婴儿床,可以适合不同场合的使用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是设计一种可以实现较小空间内摆动婴儿床摆动装置,并且可以实现婴儿床纵向摆动与横向摆动的功能切换。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下。
纵向、横向摇摆功能切换装置,其包括婴儿床架体、主动轴和从动轴,主动轴和从动轴安装于婴儿床架体底部,从动轴包括前端从动轴和后端从动轴;主动轴的两端分别通过锥齿轮连接前端从动轴和后端从动轴,前端从动轴的两端通过前左锥齿轮、前右锥齿轮连接相应的前端的竖直立柱,后端从动轴分别通过后左锥齿轮、后右锥齿轮连接相应的后端的竖直立柱;所述的前端和后端的竖直立柱的底部固定有弧形管。
上述技术方案相对于现有技术而言取得的进步和优点如下:本发明可以克服现有技术中婴儿床只能实现横向摆动或者纵向摆动的缺陷,特别是在纵向摆动时可以适用于较小的空间,随意扳动一个角的立柱,既可以实现四个角的立柱同时转动,并且转动相同的角度,实现纵向摆动与横向摆动功能的切换。
上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述的立柱通过弹簧连接凸起块,婴儿床架体上设有与凸起块对应的通孔;优选的,该通孔有两个。通过在婴儿床体上设置定位通孔,实现横向摆动与纵向摆动的定位,使本装置更加稳定。

具体实施方式
本发明是婴儿车纵向、横向摇摆功能切换装置,婴儿睡床的底部安装本装置可以实现纵向摇摆和横向摇摆功能的切换,特别是切换至纵向摇摆使,可以在较为狭小的空间内使用,满足现有住房空间紧凑的特点。
如图1、3所示,本装置包括前端从动轴201、后端从动轴202以及与前端从动轴201和后端从动轴202连接的主动轴1,其中主动轴1的两端通过锥齿轮的啮合连接前端从动轴201和后端从动轴202;前端从动轴201的两端分别通过前左锥齿轮301和前右锥齿轮302与相应的前端的竖直立柱5连接,后端从动轴202的两端分别通过后左锥齿轮303和后右锥齿轮304与相应的后端的竖直立柱5连接。
如图2所示,从动轴2通过锥齿轮的啮合传动与竖直的立柱连接,立柱的底部安装有弧形管4。
如图3所示,婴儿床架体8内套接立柱5,立柱5内嵌有凸起块6,婴儿床架体8上设有与凸起块6对应形状的通孔,凸起块6与立柱5之间还连接有弹簧7;转动立柱5,弧形管4也随之转动,凸起块6通过弹簧7的弹力作用将凸起块6推出并与立柱5上对应的通孔配合,从而对弧形管4定位;当需要切换功能时,按下凸起块,转动立柱即可与架体上另一个通孔配合。
婴儿床横向摆动与纵向摆动功能切换的方法以及本发明的工作原理。
转动任意一个立柱5或者弧形管4,通过该立柱5或者弧形管4上方的锥齿轮传动,带动从动轴2转动,主动轴1与从动轴2通过锥齿轮连接,从而实现四个角的立柱同时转动,并偏移同样的角度。

1.纵向、横向摇摆功能切换装置,其包括婴儿床架体、主动轴和从动轴,主动轴和从动轴安装于婴儿床架体底部,从动轴包括前端从动轴和后端从动轴,其特征在于:主动轴的两端分别通过锥齿轮连接前端从动轴和后端从动轴,前端从动轴的两端通过前左锥齿轮、前右锥齿轮连接相应的前端的竖直立柱,后端从动轴分别通过后左锥齿轮、后右锥齿轮连接相应的后端的竖直立柱;所述的前端和后端的竖直立柱的底部固定有弧形管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纵向、横向摇摆功能切换装置,其特征在于:所述的立柱通过弹簧连接凸起块,婴儿床架体上设有与凸起块对应的通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纵向、横向摇摆功能切换装置,其特征在于:所述的通孔有两个。
