Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料碗模具。该模具采用镶拼的组合式型芯、型腔,分型采用弹簧分型拉杆定距双分型,型腔镶块一与型腔镶块二过盈配合与定模板再过盈配合,型芯置于型芯固定板定位孔中,型芯固定板与动模板用螺钉联接,压缩弹簧一置于定模座板与定模板之间,限位拉杆贯穿于弹簧一与定模板,其另一端加工有螺纹用于放置垫圈与螺母联接用。采用上述技术方案,该模具结构简单,易于制造与更换型芯、型腔镶块,制造与更换成本低。

本发明涉及一种塑料碗模具,属于塑料模具领域,主要是模具的结构设计。
背景技术
生活中常见的塑料碗,其模具结构一般采用型芯镶块、凹模镶块,虽然镶块是单独做放在模板里,但型芯镶块、凹模镶块基本还是整体的,在加工中,发现模具复杂加工成本高,使用过程中,出现整个型芯镶块或凹模镶块损坏更换成本高,且更换不方便。特别对于一模多腔且复杂的模具,模具的加工费用更高,损坏导致模具整个的镶块更换成本更高。
发明内容
为了克服整体型芯镶块、凹模镶块的加工复杂及成本高,损坏更换不方便与成本高,本发明提供一种塑料碗模具,该模具的型芯、型腔采用镶拼的组合式,一模两腔结构,采用弹簧分型拉杆定距双分型。
本发明的技术方案是:所述塑料碗模具包括动、定模两部分,定模由浇口套、定模座板、限位拉杆、压缩弹簧一、定模板、型腔镶块一、垫圈、螺母、型腔镶块二、导套、螺钉等构成,浇口套与定模座板通过螺钉联接,限位拉杆带头端置于定模座板中,导套与定模板过盈配合,型腔镶块一与型腔镶块二过盈配合与定模板再过盈配合,压缩弹簧一置于定模座板与定模板之间,定模板有孔用于弹簧定位,限位拉杆贯穿于弹簧与定模板,其另一端加工有螺纹用于放置垫圈与螺母联接用;动模由动模板、推件板、型芯、塑料碗、直径10毫米螺钉、推杆、型芯固定板、垫块、动模座板、压缩弹簧二、复位杆、长螺钉、推板、推杆固定板、导柱、推板导柱等构成,推杆、复位杆置于推杆固定板上定位孔中,推板与推杆固定板用螺钉联接,推板导柱与动模座板用螺钉联接,压缩弹簧二置于复位杆上与动模板的定位孔中,型芯置于型芯固定板定位孔中,型芯固定板与动模板用螺钉联接,推杆小端加工有螺纹孔,用直径10毫米螺钉联接推件板与推杆,导柱过盈置于动模板中,动模板、垫块与动模座板用长螺钉联接,推板及推杆固定板可沿推板导柱移动。
本发明中所述的塑料碗模具结构简单,易于制造,易于更换型芯、型腔镶块,采用弹簧分型拉杆定距双分型比拉板式定距分型、摆钩式定距分型方便。

具体实施方式
塑料碗模具由动、定模两部分组成,定模由浇口套24、定模座板1、限位拉杆2、压缩弹簧一3、定模板4、型腔镶块一5、垫圈7、螺母8、型腔镶块二22、导套23等构成,动模由动模板25、推件板20、型芯19、塑料碗21、直径10毫米螺钉6、推杆9、型芯固定板18、垫块10、动模座板12、压缩弹簧二13、复位杆14、长螺钉15、推板11、推杆固定板16、导柱17、推板导柱26等构成。
所述塑料碗模定模部分,浇口套24与定模座板1通过螺钉联接,限位拉杆2带头端置于定模座板1中,导套23与定模板4过盈配合,型腔镶块一5与型腔镶块二22过盈配合与定模板4再过盈配合,压缩弹簧一3置于定模座板1与定模板4之间,定模板4有孔用于弹簧3定位,限位拉杆2贯穿于弹簧3与定模板4,其另一端加工有螺纹用于放置垫圈7与螺母8联接用。
所述塑料碗模动模部分,推杆9、复位杆14置于推杆固定板16上定位孔中,推板11与推杆固定板16用螺钉联接,推板导柱26与动模座板12用螺钉联接,压缩弹簧二13置于复位杆14上与动模板25的定位孔中,型芯21置于型芯固定板18定位孔中,型芯固定板18与动模板25用螺钉联接,推杆9小端加工有螺纹孔,用直径10毫米螺钉6联接推件板20与推杆9,导柱17过盈置于动模板25中,动模板25、垫块10与动模座板12用长螺钉15联接,推板11及推杆固定板16可沿推板导柱26移动。
所述塑料碗模,动、定模两部分合模时,动模的导柱17与定模的导套23首先接触配合,待完全合模后熔融塑料由浇口套24进入分流道与模腔,待塑料冷凝成塑料碗21,后,动模开始在注射机带动下后退,塑料碗21抱在型芯19上随动模一侧一起运动,定模一侧压缩弹簧一3自动恢复将定模板4与定模座板1自动分开开始第一次分型,主流道与分流道的冷凝件从浇口套24中拔出随动模一起运动,当定模板4运动到与垫圈7时停止运动,此时主流道与分流道的冷凝件与塑料碗21拉断,开始二次分型,可手动拿出冷凝件;动模再后退一段距离停止运动,注射机的顶杆推动推板11、推杆固定板16及推杆9向前运动,推杆9带动推件板20将塑料碗21从型芯19上掉下来。注射机的顶杆回退时,复位杆14在压缩弹簧二13作用下自动带动推杆固定板16、推杆9与推板11回到原位开始下一个注射过程。

1.一种塑料碗模具,包括动、定模两部分,其特征是:定模由浇口套、定模座板、限位拉杆、压缩弹簧一、定模板、型腔镶块一、垫圈、螺母、型腔镶块二、导套构成,浇口套与定模座板通过螺钉联接,限位拉杆带头端置于定模座板中,导套与定模板过盈配合,型腔镶块一与型腔镶块二过盈配合与定模板再过盈配合,压缩弹簧一置于定模座板与定模板之间,定模板有孔用于弹簧定位,限位拉杆贯穿于弹簧与定模板,其另一端加工有螺纹用于放置垫圈与螺母联接用;动模由动模板、推件板、型芯、塑料碗、直径10毫米螺钉、推杆、型芯固定板、垫块、动模座板、压缩弹簧二、复位杆、长螺钉、推板、推杆固定板、导柱、推板导柱构成,推杆、复位杆置于推杆固定板上定位孔中,推板与推杆固定板用螺钉联接,推板导柱与动模座板用螺钉联接,压缩弹簧二置于复位杆上与动模板的定位孔中,型芯置于型芯固定板定位孔中,型芯固定板与动模板用螺钉联接,推杆小端加工有螺纹孔,用直径10毫米螺钉联接推件板与推杆,导柱过盈置于动模板中,动模板、垫块与动模座板用长螺钉联接,推板及推杆固定板可沿推板导柱移动。
