本发明涉及独立气室充气保温***,包括压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制***、气室,所述压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制***、气室通过管路依次连接。本发明所述独立气室充气保温***的优越效果在于:结构简单,体积小、重量轻、易运输,制造成本及维护成本低,且独立气室空气层稳定,不易形成空气对流,提高了保温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温技术领域,特别涉及一种独立气室充气保温***。
背景技术
夜间,由日光温室前屋面传出的热量较多,覆盖保温材料可以减少日光温室热量的散失。传统的保温覆盖材料多是草苫,草苫质量重,防水性差,污染薄膜。近年来,保温被的类型逐渐增多,已有的保温被仍然存在一些问题。目前使用的保温被主芯材料多采用针刺毡、晴纶棉、毛毯下脚料等,采用简单的缝纫机行缝工艺制成。这些原材料和制作工艺造成了如下问题:1.渗水。缝纫的针眼处渗水,容易被雨雪浸湿,既增加了重量,又使保温性能下降。2.保温芯板结、滚包等。由于针刺毡、毛毯下脚料等材料的纤维强度很小,而机械卷铺的拉力很大,容易产生滚包现象,使保温芯材料发生不均匀分布、保温被的保温性能显著下降等问题。3.保温芯腐烂与使用寿命短。水由缝纫针眼进入,很难排出,长期积累的水分将使保温被受潮,进而腐烂,并且降低保温性能。因此这类保温被的使用寿命一般只有2-3年。
公开号为CN102205299A的中国专利公开了一种温室保温被,包括保温被外层、被芯、保温被内层,在所述的保温被外层和保温被内层靠被芯的一侧各设有一层防水膜。所述的防水膜为通过热压覆膜的方式固定在保温被外层和被芯之间以及保温被内层和被芯之间的塑料薄膜。所述的保温被外层和保温被内层的材料是牛津布,所述的被芯的材料为毛毡。所述的防水膜为透明的塑料薄膜。
公开号为CN202068790U的中国专利公开了一种温室保温帘,在塑料膜套筒内包裹一层棉毡,帘上下两端各用一根竹竿卷一至两圈,然后用铁丝捆扎紧;塑料膜套筒破损处用塑料膜和粘合剂粘贴修补;且保温帘的宽度不大于两米。
现有技术中的联栋温室能源消耗大,管理不善,最终不能维持。夜间,由于联栋温室上屋面及四周侧面传出的热量较多,且由于联栋温室很难加装外层覆盖物,内保温***仅仅是一层或者多层薄薄的保温材料,且无法密闭,导致联栋温室冬季由于内外温差大,保温性能差,冬季保持稳定能耗高,冬季无法正常越冬生产。
由于现有技术中保温***体积大、运输困难,无法实现大规模生产。
针对上述弊端,本发明提出一种独立气室充气保温***。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提出一种结构简单、体积小、重量轻、易于运输的独立气室充气保温***。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
独立气室充气保温***,包括压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制***、气室,所述压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制***、气室通过管路依次连接。
优选为,所述恒压及泄气控制***设有泄气阀,所述泄气阀能够控制所述恒压及泄气控制***向所述气室输入压力恒定的气体。
优选为,所述气室内部呈蜂窝状或多重田字状。
优选为,所述气室外部设有热辐射反射镀层。
优选为,所述气室外部设有外硬内柔上下左右端密封的柔性结合槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述独立气室充气保温***的优越效果在于:结构简单,体积小、重量轻、易运输,制造成本及维护成本低,且独立气室空气层稳定,不易形成空气对流,提高了保温性能。

下面结合附图对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
如附图1-3所示,独立气室充气保温***,包括压气机1、除尘器2、除水器3、干燥器4、恒压及泄气控制***5、气室6,所述压气机1、除尘器2、除水器3、干燥器4、恒压及泄气控制***5、气室6通过管路(图中未示)依次连接。
所述恒压及泄气控制***5设有泄气阀(图中未示),所述泄气阀能够控制所述恒压及泄气控制***5向所述气室6输入压力恒定的气体。
所述气室6内部呈蜂窝状或者多重田字状。
所述气室6外部设有热辐射反射镀层。所述热辐射反射镀层能够防止辐射损失。
所述气室6外部设有外硬内柔上下左右端密封的柔性结合槽7,所述柔性结合槽7具有密封保温功能。
使用时,所述独立气室充气保温***的气室6完全张开,下端落入所述柔性结合槽7内,上端固定在所述柔性结合槽7上,启动所述压气机1,外部空气经压气机1依次经过除尘器2、除水器3、干燥器4,最后进入恒压及泄气控制***5。所述除尘器2对空气除尘,所述除水器3对空气除水,所述干燥器4对空气干燥,经过所述恒压及泄气控制***5后,经处理后的空气进入气室6,经过不断加压,所述气室6形成稳定的形状,并把所述气室6涨开,同时与柔性结合槽7结合,达到密封保温的效果。当所述气室6达到设定压力时,压气机1停止工作;当气室6压力不足则压气机重新开始工作。
本发明所述的压气机1、除尘器2、除水器3、干燥器4、泄气阀均为现有技术中的设备。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明的实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员可以想到的任何变形、改进、替换均落入本发明的范围。

1.独立气室充气保温***,包括压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制***、气室,其特征在于,所述压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制***、气室通过管路依次连接;所述气室内部呈多重田字状或蜂窝状;所述气室外部设有热辐射反射镀层;所述气室外部设有外硬内柔上下左右端密封的柔性结合槽,
外部空气经所述压气机依次经过所述除尘器、所述除水器、所述干燥器以及所述恒压及泄气控制***后进入所述气室将所述气室涨开,所述气室形成稳定的形状,同时所述气室与所述柔性结合槽结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的独立气室充气保温***,其特征在于,所述恒压及泄气控制***设有泄气阀。
