Abstract

本发明涉及一种连续式超导磁分离***及其应用工艺。上述连续式超导磁分离***包含立式圆柱型超导磁体,高梯度介质网,位于超导磁体内圆柱下端部的高梯度介质网承托***,配置卡口的高梯度介质转动盘,高梯度介质场外传动***,以及实现高梯度介质进入及退出磁场的顶压***。待选物料进入超导磁场后,有磁颗粒在高梯度介质网中附着,无磁颗粒在超导磁体下端收集。高梯度介质网通过磁选区承托***在超导磁体内静止,通过顶压***逐片进入或退出磁场。已吸附有磁颗粒的高梯度介质网退出磁场后通过高梯度介质转动盘先后进入清洗区和磁场外传动区,其后通过超导磁体上方顶压***重新进入磁选区。

一种连续式超导磁分离***及其应用工艺
技术领域
本发明属于磁分离技术领域,涉及一种连续式超导磁分离***及其应用工艺,特别是一种利用磁吸附接触方式实现高梯度介质单元在不同功能区之间连续运动的***。可用于石英砂、钾长石等除杂,煤粉脱硫,铁矿、镍矿等磁性矿物富集等领域的连续化强磁处理***及其应用工艺。
背景技术
磁分离是一种基于磁性物质在磁场中受力原理,实现磁性物质与非磁性物质分离的技术。磁颗粒在磁场中的受力可由公式(1)进行描述:
Fm=V·X·M(H)·dH/dx(1)
式中,Fm为颗粒所受磁力,V为颗粒体积,χ为颗粒的比磁化系数,M(H)为磁场强度,dH/dx为磁梯度。根据该公式,颗粒受磁力Fm而发生运动轨迹偏转,从而实现磁性颗粒与非磁性颗粒的分离。其中,磁性颗粒受磁力大小受颗粒大小(V)磁场强度(M(H))和磁场梯度(dH/dx)的影响。
磁分离技术的最早应用可追溯至19世纪,磁分离技术较为成熟的应用始于20世纪70年代,磁分离技术作为物理处理技术已在高岭土的脱色增白、煤的脱硫、矿石的精选、生物工程、酶反应工程等领域得到了广泛的应用。
在磁分离技术中,由(1)式可得,当待分离磁颗粒性质一定时,增大磁场强度M(H)和磁场梯度dH/dx均可提高待分选颗粒所受磁力。传统的磁分离技术由于受到永磁体或电磁体磁场强度较低,有效磁区域较小等因素的影响,对磁选的工业化应用有较大制约。
超导磁体是一种特殊的电磁体,目前的超导磁体利用铌钛、铌三锡等低温超导线材,其临界电流密度高达104-105A/cm2,比铜线材的最高允许电流高几百倍至上千倍。超导磁体可在数米的工作口径内产生几万高斯以上的磁感应强度。由于低温超导线圈的0电阻特性,超导磁体的工作维护费用理论上仅为维持低温的少量制冷费用。超导磁体由于其上述优势,在20世纪即被广泛关注,并尝试于工业推广使用。
高梯度超导磁分离技术为将高梯度磁分离技术中的常规磁铁替换为超导磁体后产生的一种新型磁分离技术。高梯度超导磁分离技术可提供极大的磁力Fm,可有效分选介质中的弱磁性颗粒或小粒径颗粒。磁场中增加磁梯度可通过填塞软磁材料实现,软磁材料是指具有低的矫顽力,高的磁导率的磁性材料。软磁材料在外加磁场环境下迅速被磁化,退出磁场后磁性迅速消失。软磁材料加入磁场后可扰乱磁感线,造成局部区域磁场梯度成倍增加。
超导磁体的外形和磁区域受现有磁体建造技术制约,目前在磁选领域已实现工业化应用的超导磁体多数为圆柱形,其有效磁场区域在内筒及端部。超导磁体的工业化应用拓展了高梯度磁分离技术的应用领域。在超导磁体的内筒磁场进行磁分选作业不易实现连续进料及排料。然而,往复式磁分选设备的间歇式进料方式较不适宜于工业中物料的连续处理要求。研发连续型高梯度超导磁分离***,对拓展超导磁分离技术在磁选领域的应用具有重要意义。高梯度介质如何进入磁分选区,磁吸附饱和的高梯度磁介质如何退出磁分选区,如何冲洗反冲并再次进入磁分选区,是决定高梯度超导磁分离***能否连续工作的关键。因此,研发一种连续式超导磁分离***及其应用工艺对拓展超导磁分离技术在磁选领域的应用具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有高梯度超导磁分离分选设备难于实现连续化工作,以及部分连续型高梯度超导磁分离设备难于实现工业化应用,本发明专利的目的在于提出一种连续式超导磁分离***及其应用工艺,在超导磁分离工艺中,利用磁吸附接触方式实现高梯度介质单元在不同功能区之间连续运动,进而实现连续机械化工作,具有一定的工业应用价值。
具体说明如下:
本发明一种连续式超导磁分离***及其应用工艺由超导磁体***,高梯度介质及其传动与清洗***,物料收集***等组成,有磁物料在超导磁场中高梯度介质网附着,高梯度介质网连续进入及退出超导磁场,并在场外冲洗。
立式超导磁体1的水平上方布置给料***7,高梯度介质网2在超导磁体1内腔堆叠,高梯度介质网2由软磁材料网和外圈支撑框组成,外圈支撑框是由软磁材料制成的具一定高度及厚度的边框。
超导磁体下端面处设置高梯度介质网承托***4,高梯度介质网承托***4位于立式超导磁体下端部内壁,其材料为生铁或导磁不锈钢等软磁材料,其结构为贴合超导磁体内表面的弧形半圆,半圆开口方向为朝向高梯度介质网转动轮3。
高梯度介质网通过传动轮3的作用转动至场外传动带6,高梯度介质网转动轮3位于立式超导磁体上端面及下端面处,转动轮可连续转动,由3-4个高梯度介质网卡口组成,转动轮卡口为半圆弧形,其内径与高梯度介质网定位框外径贴合,转动轮卡口半圆弧形内壁中装有凸出状永磁块。
通过超导磁体上方顶压***5向超导磁体内腔压入高梯度介质网,同时超导磁体下方退出的高梯度介质网离开承托***4后进入高梯度介质网传动轮3,高梯度介质网顶压***位于超导磁体1及高梯度介质场外传动***上方,包含可快速活塞式往返运动的顶针,通过顶针的快速运动使高梯度介质网与卡口分离。
高梯度介质网通过传动轮3的作用转动至场外传动带6,高梯度介质网转动轮3位于立式超导磁体上端面及下端面处,转动轮可连续转动,由3-4个高梯度介质网卡口组成,转动轮卡口为半圆弧形,其内径与高梯度介质网定位框外径贴合,转动轮卡口半圆弧形内壁中装有凸出状永磁块。
高梯度介质网在转动过程中经过冲洗区9进行冲洗,高梯度介质网经场外传动带6和超导磁体上端面转动轮作用回到超导磁体上方,其后通过超导磁体上方顶压***进入磁场并顶出超导磁体下端高梯度介质,进而实现高梯度介质网的连续作业。高梯度介质场外传动***由转动轮、传动带和软磁介质网卡口组成,上述传动***可将高梯度介质网由超导磁体一段连续移动至另一端,软磁介质网卡口安装在传动带上,结构与高梯度价值网转动轮3的卡口一致。
本发明专利的有益效果是:利用磁吸附及脱附的方式实现高梯度磁介质网进入及退出超导磁场,利用连续转动的磁性转盘实现高梯度磁介质网在磁分选去和清洗区的连续移动,进而实现物料的连续式高梯度超导磁分离作业,本发明对磁性物料选别能力强,连续作业,具有较大的物料处理能力,其机械结构可实现工业化规模应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,一种连续式超导磁分离***及其应用工艺,进行进一步说明。
本发明一种干式高梯度超导磁分离***由图1到图4中超导磁体1,高梯度介质网2,高梯度介质转动轮3,高梯度介质磁选区承托***4,顶压***5,高梯度介质场外传动带6,给料***7,凸起片状永磁铁8和冲洗区域9组成。
本实施例的工作过程为:
待选物料通过给料***7,均匀进入卧式低温超导磁体1的磁选区,待选物料中的有磁颗粒在物料自由落体过程中吸附在高梯度介质网2中,而无磁颗粒受重力呈自由落体运动。吸附有磁颗粒的高梯度介质网在磁选区内放置在高梯度介质磁选区承托***4上,通过顶压***5实现单个高梯度介质网退出磁选区,高梯度介质网通过转动轮3的转动,运动至冲洗区域9,其后继续转动至高梯度介质场外传动带6,高梯度介质网通过高梯度介质场外传动带6及高梯度介质转动轮3运动至超导磁选区上部,其后通过顶压***4进入磁选区。
本实施例的具体实验参数为:
待选物料:石英砂
原矿铁含量:0.8%
进料量:150吨/小时
高梯度介质网材料:镀层生铁条网
高梯度介质网循环速度:30秒/片
精矿铁含量:0.4%
精矿收率:95%

Claims (6)

1.一种连续式超导磁分离***,由超导磁体***,高梯度介质及其传动与清洗***,物料收集***等组成,有磁物料在超导磁场中高梯度介质网附着,高梯度介质网连续进入及退出超导磁场,并在场外冲洗,其特征在于:立式超导磁体(1)的水平上方布置给料***(7),高梯度介质网(2)在超导磁体(1)内腔堆叠,超导磁体下端面处设置高梯度介质网承托***(4),通过超导磁体上方顶压***(5)向超导磁体内腔压入高梯度介质网,同时超导磁体下方退出的高梯度介质网离开承托***(4)后进入高梯度介质网传动轮(3),高梯度介质网通过传动轮(3)的作用转动至场外传动带(6),高梯度介质网在转动过程中经过冲洗区(9)进行冲洗,高梯度介质网经场外传动带(6)和超导磁体上端面转动轮作用回到超导磁体上方,其后通过超导磁体上方顶压***进入磁场并顶出超导磁体下端高梯度介质,进而实现高梯度介质网的连续作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式超导磁分离***,其特征在于:高梯度介质网(2)由软磁材料网和外圈支撑框组成,外圈支撑框是由软磁材料制成的具一定高度及厚度的边框。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式超导磁分离***,其特征在于:高梯度介质网转动轮(3)位于立式超导磁体上端面及下端面处,转动轮可连续转动,由3-4个高梯度介质网卡口组成,转动轮卡口为半圆弧形,其内径与高梯度介质网定位框外径贴合,转动轮卡口半圆弧形内壁中装有凸出状永磁块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式超导磁分离***,其特征在于:高梯度介质网承托***(4)位于立式超导磁体下端部内壁,其材料为生铁或导磁不锈钢等软磁材料,其结构为贴合超导磁体内表面的弧形半圆,半圆开口方向为朝向高梯度介质网转动轮(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式超导磁分离***,其特征在于:高梯度介质场外传动***由转动轮、传动带和软磁介质网卡口组成,上述传动***可将高梯度介质网由超导磁体一段连续移动至另一端,软磁介质网卡口安装在传动带上,结构与高梯度价值网转动轮(3)的卡口一致。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式超导磁分离***,其特征在于:高梯度介质网顶压***位于超导磁体(1)及高梯度介质场外传动***上方,包含可快速活塞式往返运动的顶针,通过顶针的快速运动使高梯度介质网与卡口分离。
