Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，该护理液由中药材原料和可药用辅料制备而成，按重量份计，所述的中药材原料包括：老鼠耳38-50份、紫珠叶5-12份、白及16-25份、旱莲草32-43份、醉鱼草21-30份、茅瓜叶21-30份。该熏洗护理液可使肘关节活动时疼痛减轻，有利恢复关节功能，有效缓解因肱骨髁上骨折固定而致关节僵硬、屈伸疼痛的痛苦。

一种用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液
技术领域
本发明属于医药护理技术领域，具体而言，涉及一种用于儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后的熏洗护理液。
背景技术
肱骨髁上骨折是指作用于肱骨髁与肱骨干交界处的骨折，发生骨折的主要部位—般为肱骨远端l/3处内外髁上下约2cm的范围内。肱骨髁上骨折解剖学上是指肱骨干肘线与髁肘线间存在的一个40度左右的前倾角，这个前倾角的存在就使得肱骨在受到暴力时容易发生骨折。由于儿童期是肱骨髁上部位最为薄弱的时期，同时前关节囊与侧副韧带又相对坚固，故此类骨折多见于儿童，但骨折脱位的情况很。伸直型骨折移位严重的患者，会合并神经功能损伤，其中，以正中神经损伤较为常见。因肱骨髁部存在的结构特点，即前倾角30-50度，携带角10-15度，骨质又较薄，故骨折后极不稳定，复位固定较困难，容易发生爪形手畸形、后遗肘内外翻畸形与后遗肘关节功能障碍等，其中肘内翻畸形的发生率超过30％，而肘内翻畸形中尺偏型骨折肘内翻畸形发生率较高，故及时、准确、有效的复位固定与合理的用药极为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在复位固定或手术方式的基础上治疗肱骨髁上骨折的熏洗护理液。为了实现本发明的目的，发明人在祖传秘方的基础上继续研究和探索，最终获得了如下技术方案：
一种用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，由中药材原料和可药用辅料制备而成，按重量份计，所述的中药材原料包括：老鼠耳38-50份、紫珠叶5-12份、白及16-25份、旱莲草32-43份、醉鱼草21-30份、茅瓜叶21-30份。
优选地，如上所述用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，按重量份计，所述的中药材原料由如下组分组成：老鼠耳42-44份、紫珠叶7-9份、白及19-21份、旱莲草35-37份、醉鱼草24-26份、茅瓜叶24-26份。
在本发明的一个最优选的实施例中，如上所述用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，按重量份计，所述的中药材原料由如下组分组成：老鼠耳43份、紫珠叶8份、白及20份、旱莲草36份、醉鱼草25份、茅瓜叶25份。
进一步优选地，如上所述的用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，其中所述的辅料包括防腐剂。
本发明用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液的制备方法包括如下步骤：称取老鼠耳38-50份、紫珠叶5-12份、白及16-25份、旱莲草32-43份、醉鱼草21-30份和茅瓜叶21-30份，洗净去杂，加入药材重量10-15倍量的水煎煮1-1.5h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量8-10倍量的水煎煮0.5-1h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至溶液体积∶药材重量=1∶2的浓缩液，并按重量百分比0.1%加入防腐剂羟苯乙酯，分装即可。
需要说明的是，本发明所采用的中药材原料具有如下来源：老鼠耳选用鼠李科植物老鼠耳Berchemia lineata (L.) DC.的干燥嫩茎叶。紫珠叶选用马鞭草科植物杜虹花带枝的干燥叶。白及选用兰科植物白及Bletilla striata（Thunb.）Reichb. f.的干燥块茎。旱莲草选用菊科植物鳢肠Eclipta prostrata L.的干燥地上部分。醉鱼草选用马钱科植物醉鱼草Buddleja lindleyana Fortune的干燥全草。茅瓜叶为葫芦科植物茅瓜Solena amplexicaulis (Lam.)Gandhi的干燥叶。
与现有技术相比，本发明筛选的中药材配方采用熏洗的方式用于患者的治疗，药液经皮肤吸收，疏通经络行气活血，采取热、药的双重作用而奏效。该熏洗护理液可使局部血管扩张，减轻患处局部组织反应、改善血液循环、减轻炎性水肿、解除局部神经末梢的压力，使肌肉、肌腱、韧带组织松弛，从而使肘关节活动时疼痛减轻，有利恢复关节功能，有效缓解因肱骨髁上骨折固定而致关节僵硬、屈伸疼痛的痛苦。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例，对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述，但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1 
称取中药材原料老鼠耳4.3kg、紫珠叶0.8kg、白及2.0kg、旱莲草3.6kg、醉鱼草2.5kg和茅瓜叶2.5kg，洗净去杂，加入药材重量10倍量的水煎煮1.5h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量8倍量的水煎煮1h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至溶液体积∶药材重量=1∶2的浓缩液，并按重量百分比0.1%加入防腐剂羟苯乙酯，按每袋80毫升分装。
实施例2 
称取中药材原料老鼠耳4.0kg、紫珠叶0.5kg、白及1.6kg、旱莲草4.0kg、醉鱼草2.1kg和茅瓜叶2.1kg，洗净去杂，加入药材重量10倍量的水煎煮1.5h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量8倍量的水煎煮1h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至溶液体积∶药材重量=1∶2的浓缩液，并按重量百分比0.1%加入防腐剂羟苯乙酯，按每袋100毫升分装。
实施例3 
称取中药材原料老鼠耳4.8kg、紫珠叶1.2kg、白及2.0kg、旱莲草3.5kg、醉鱼草2.6kg和茅瓜叶2.5kg，洗净去杂，加入药材重量10倍量的水煎煮1h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量10倍量的水煎煮0.8h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至溶液体积∶药材重量=1∶2的浓缩液，并按重量百分比0.1%加入防腐剂羟苯乙酯，按每袋100毫升分装。
实施例4 
称取中药材原料老鼠耳5.0kg、紫珠叶1.0kg、白及2.5kg、旱莲草4.3kg、醉鱼草3.0kg和茅瓜叶3.0kg，洗净去杂，加入药材重量12倍量的水煎煮1h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量10倍量的水煎煮1h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至溶液体积∶药材重量=1∶2的浓缩液，并按重量百分比0.1%加入防腐剂羟苯乙酯，按每袋80毫升分装。
实施例5 中药熏洗护理液用于儿童骨折术后的疗效试验例
肱骨髁上骨折患儿35例，男22例，女13例，年龄2-6岁，平均年龄4.6±0.7岁。所有患儿经骨折内固定术后四周X线确认骨折愈合，取出克氏针，然后开始采用中药熏洗治疗，方法如下：取本发明实施例1制备的药液一袋，将药液导入搪瓷盆中，加开水并加热使产生蒸汽，患儿取坐位或仰卧位，肘部暴露并对准盆上方，用浴巾围盖肘关节及盆，利用蒸汽先熏蒸l5分钟，待药液温度降至35℃左右，将肘部浸入药液中，用毛巾沾药水擦洗，活动肘关节，以患儿不感到剧痛为度。每天1次，治疗七天为一疗程，治疗2个疗程。给患儿熏蒸时要控制药液温度，摆好患儿***，一般采取坐位或仰卧位。对易出汗患儿，体内因水分丢失过多应嘱其多饮水，防止脱水。治疗期间，观察患儿面部表情和局部皮肤的颜色，如果局部潮红肿胀或脱皮等药物反应应停止治疗。如果不慎出现烫伤者，立即停止治疗给予油纱条覆盖。
在治疗后的7-12个月内进行随访。所有患儿在随访末期进行肘关节侧位X线检查，临床查体仔细测量并记录双侧肘关节屈伸活动度。从肘关节的伸屈功能进行评价，并将其分为优、良、一般和差四个等级，同健侧相比提携角和伸屈功能丢失在0-5度为优，6-l0度为良，11-15度为一般，大于15度为差。最后随访时临床功能检查显示，有1例双侧肘关节提携角对比大于l5度，有肘内翻畸形；双侧肘关节屈曲功能对比相差5-10度有6例，相差11-15度有2例，其余均＜5度。综合评价结果：优26例，良6例，一般2例，差1例，优良率为91.4％。而一般情况下，仅仅采用骨折内固定术而不用药熏洗者，其双侧肘关节屈伸活动度的优良率低于75%。

1.一种用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，由中药材原料和辅料制备而成，其特征在于：按重量份计，所述的中药材原料包括老鼠耳38-50份、紫珠叶5-12份、白及16-25份、旱莲草32-43份、醉鱼草21-30份、茅瓜叶21-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，其特征在于：按重量份计，所述的中药材原料由如下组分组成：老鼠耳42-44份、紫珠叶7-9份、白及19-21份、旱莲草35-37份、醉鱼草24-26份、茅瓜叶24-26份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，其特征在于：按重量份计，所述的中药材原料由如下组分组成：老鼠耳43份、紫珠叶8份、白及20份、旱莲草36份、醉鱼草25份、茅瓜叶25份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液，其特征在于：所述的辅料包括防腐剂。
5.权利要求1或2或3所述的中药材原料在制备用于儿童骨折术后的熏洗护理液外用药物中的应用。
