技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对内燃发动机的换气气门进行可变致动的滑动凸轮配置,该配置具有一个凸轮轴,该凸轮轴具有带一个外齿部的多个齿部区域,其中这些齿部区域分别与一个凸轮承载件的一个内齿部相啮合。 
背景技术
所述类型的滑动凸轮配置在现有技术中是已知的。例如,DE102008035935A1披露了一种滑动凸轮配置,该配置具有带多个齿部区域的一个凸轮轴,带有两个凸轮的多个凸轮承载件分别被提供在该凸轮轴上,这些凸轮与一个对应的换气气门接合。为了使这个对应的凸轮承载件移位,提供了多个致动器,这些致动器通过多个驱动件以及提供在这些凸轮承载件上的多个槽而允许这些凸轮承载件在一个轴向方向上移位。在汽车领域中,安装空间以及重量的优化具有越来越大的重要性,特别是针对提高发动机效率的背景。针对此背景,为优化凸轮轴配置所做出的努力已经特别地指向材料的优化和改进。然而已经发现,现有的滑动凸轮配置尤其在凸轮承载件的质量惯性矩的不利影响方面存在相当大的改进需要。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个任务是,提供一种滑动凸轮配置,该配置用一种廉价的就组装而言便利的方式提供了改进的动态性能。 
根据本发明,提出一种用于对内燃发动机的换气气门进行可变致动的滑动凸轮配置,该滑动凸轮配置具有一个凸轮轴,该凸轮轴具有带一外齿部的多个齿部区域,其中,这些齿部区域分别与一个凸轮承载件的一个内齿部相啮合,其中,该凸轮承载件的基圆半径R2与该凸轮轴的外齿部的顶圆半径R1之比满足:R2/R1<1.55。 
所述任务的解决方案在于,该凸轮承载件的基圆半径R2与该凸轮轴的 齿部的顶圆半径R1之比满足以下条件:R2/R1<1.55。以此方式可以显著地改善滑动凸轮配置的质量惯性性能。此外,致动器需要较小的功率以使对应的凸轮承载件移位,这产生了安装空间的减小并且就这些致动器而言还产生了成本节约。并且,由于必须在汽缸盖中维持对于换气气门的预定间距而可能要以相对大的直径生产的凸轮轴不会对根据本发明的滑动凸轮配置的总体性能产生不利影响。已经被证明特别有利的是,R2与R1之比是在从1.2至1.55的范围内。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于一台V型六缸发动机的一组汽缸的一个滑动凸轮配置2的俯视图,在此展示了该发动机的三个汽缸4。在一个凸轮轴6上,通过一种已知的方式,将多个齿部区域10提供在多个轴承8之间,这些齿部区域具有外齿部12(在此方面,见图2和图3)并且这些齿部区域分别与一个凸轮承载件16的一个内齿部14相啮合。在本示例性实施例中,一个凸轮承载件被提供用于两个进气气门(未以任何更多细节展示)并且在此情况下具有多个槽18,这些槽与一个致动器22的多个驱动件20相互作用使得这些对应的凸轮承载件16在凸轮轴6上在轴向方向上是可移位的。每个凸轮承载件16还具有一个凸轮对24、26,该凸轮对带有凸轮28、30,这些凸轮分别可以被放置成与相关联的换气气门接合并且相应地产生该换气气门的不同升程特性。出于完整性,还应指出的是,由参考标记32指示的部件是一个用于驱动该凸轮轴6的链轮。 
现在图2示出了通过一个根据现有技术的滑动凸轮配置2的截面图。 在此有可能清楚地看到凸轮轴6,带有凸轮30的凸轮承载件16被安排在该凸轮轴上。该凸轮轴具有与凸轮承载件16的内齿部14相啮合的外齿部12。参考号34指示该齿部的顶圆。在一种根据现有技术的滑动凸轮配置的情况下,R2(基圆半径)与R1(该齿部的顶圆半径)之比在任何情况下一般是大于1.5,并且特别地是在1.6至1.8。应当清楚的是,R1指示了从凸轮轴6的中心点到外齿部12的顶圆的半径,并且R2指示了从凸轮轴6的中心点到凸轮承载件16的基圆的半径。 
现在图3示出了在根据本发明的滑动凸轮配置2的情况下的R2与R1之比。在此,在一个相对应的基圆半径R2的情况下,该比率小于1.55,并且在该示例性实施例中为1.33。尽管该凸轮轴由于增大的直径而具有相对大的重量,该滑动凸轮配置2作为一个整体展示了显著改善的动态性能,其中,由于这些修改的凸轮承载件16而有可能实现相当大的重量节省。应当清楚的是,在特定安装空间以及特定发动机允许的情况下,凸轮轴6还可以不言自明地形成有一个较小的直径,其中在维持R2与R1之比的同时可以获得甚至更佳的重量优化。 

Claims (2)

1.一种用于对内燃发动机的换气气门进行可变致动的滑动凸轮配置,该滑动凸轮配置具有一个凸轮轴(6),该凸轮轴具有带一外齿部(12)的多个齿部区域(10),其中,这些齿部区域(10)分别与一个凸轮承载件(16)的一个内齿部(14)相啮合,其特征在于,该凸轮承载件(16)的基圆半径R2与该凸轮轴(6)的外齿部(12)的顶圆半径R1之比满足:R2/R1<1.55。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑动凸轮配置,其特征在于,所述比R2/R1是在从1.2至1.55的范围内。
