Abstract

一种布料电子化的产品及方法。该布料电子化的产品至少要有一封装布料(1)或热融胶膜当电路版,至少要有一电子组件(3),同时至少要有一传输线(2)连接到电子组件的导电区(5)。电子组件与传输线连接后再缝在封装布料或热融胶膜上,或是在传输线贴合或缝在封装布料或热融胶膜的过程中将电子组件与传输线接通,然后将封装布料缝在服饰布料(1’)上,或是将热融胶膜融入封装布料或服饰布料中,热融胶膜不见其原先结构且产生微小化的效果,以上两种方法均可达成电子化服饰排版,封装及绝缘的效果及走线的过程。
