一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及一种管道配件,尤其是一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器。 
(二)背景技术:
一般管道连接都用法兰,但是法兰笨重而且不易安装,尺码如果不符或者内衬不结实严密,极容易跑气。通常管道连接施工方法多为电,火焊,受热和动火可能引起的火灾、***等隐患和危险。 
(三)发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器,它能够解决现有技术的不足,具有体积小、结构简单、密封性好的特点,并且安装操作简单方便。 
本发明的技术方案:一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器,其特征在于它包括壳体和密封垫;所述壳体为弧形,壳体的两端设有对应的锁紧连接部;所述锁紧连接部通过紧固部件连接使壳体收紧成为环形;所述密封垫套接于壳体内侧。 
所述壳体为相互连接的两个,两个壳体的锁紧连接部通过紧固部件相互连接为环形。 
所述壳体内壁上设有便于壳体弯曲的沟槽。 
所述紧固部件为螺栓和螺母。 
本发明的优越性:本发明具有体积小、结构简单、密封性好,安装操作方便的特点;不需使用电,火焊等作业收到,避免了受热和动火可能引起的火灾、***等隐患和危险。

实施例1:一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器(见图1-1、图1-2),其特征在于它包括壳体1和密封垫2;所述壳体1为弧形,壳体1的两端设有对应的锁紧连接部4;所述锁紧连接部4通过紧固部件5连接使壳体1收紧成为环形;所述密封垫2套接于壳体1内侧。 
所述壳体1内壁上设有便于壳体1弯曲的沟槽。 
所述紧固部件5为螺栓和螺母。(见图1-1、图1-2) 
实施例2:一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器(见图2-1、图2-2),其特征在于它包括壳体1和密封垫2;所述壳体1为弧形,壳体1的两端设有对应的锁紧连接部4;所述锁紧连接部4通过紧固部件5连接使壳体1收紧成为环形;所述密封垫2套接于壳体1内侧。 
所述壳体1为相互连接的两个,两个壳体1的锁紧连接部4通过 紧固部件5相互连接为环形。(见图2-1、图2-2) 
所述壳体1内壁上设有便于壳体1弯曲的沟槽。 
所述紧固部件5为螺栓和螺母。(见图2-1、图2-2) 

Claims (4)

1.一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器,其特征在于它包括壳体和密封垫;所述壳体为弧形,壳体的两端设有对应的锁紧连接部;所述锁紧连接部通过紧固部件连接使壳体收紧成为环形;所述密封垫套接于壳体内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器,其特征在于所述壳体为相互连接的两个,两个壳体的锁紧连接部通过紧固部件相互连接为环形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器,其特征在于所述壳体内壁上设有便于壳体弯曲的沟槽。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述一种船舶及深海钻探船内部管道连接器,其特征在于所述紧固部件为螺栓和螺母。
