技术领域
本发明涉及保温砂浆领域,确切地说是一种新型保温砂浆。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆。用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型保温砂浆。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种新型保温砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:碳酸钙3-5、滑石粉7-8、粉煤灰10-20,水泥40-50,石膏2-4、维生素C1-2、氧化淀粉4-6、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、丁香油0.1-0.2、α-烯基磺酸钠0.1-0.2、松香1-2,硅灰10-12、烧碱1-2、双乙酸钠1.2-2.4、磷酸二氢钠1-2、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒16-22,复合填料16-18;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
高岭土8-12、膨润土7-9、淀粉3-5、椰子壳4-5,丙烯酸甲酯1-2、、马来酸二辛酯2-3,硅烷偶联剂DL6021-2。
所述的一种新型保温砂浆,其特征在于:
复合填料的制备方法是:
(1)取椰子壳洗净后,烧结后得椰壳灰备用;
(2)将高岭土、膨润土在700-750℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,与椰壳灰一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4-5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,喷雾干燥,后与其他原料混匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明强度高,稳定性好,保温效果佳,分散均匀。
具体实施方式
一种新型保温砂浆,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:碳酸钙3、滑石粉8、粉煤灰20,水泥50,石膏4、维生素C2、氧化淀粉6、十二烷基硫酸钠2、丁香油0.2、α-烯基磺酸钠0.1、松香1,硅灰12、烧碱1、双乙酸钠2.1、磷酸二氢钠1、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒22,复合填料18;
复合填料由下列重量kg的原料制成:
高岭土12、膨润土9、淀粉5、椰子壳5,丙烯酸甲酯2、马来酸二辛酯3,硅烷偶联剂DL6022。
复合填料的制备方法是:
(1)取椰子壳洗净后,烧结后得椰壳灰备用;
(2)将高岭土、膨润土在750℃下煅烧2小时,然后,取出,与椰壳灰一并加入适量水中研磨,加10%盐酸溶液调PH为4.3,研磨浆料至400目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,喷雾干燥,后与其他原料混匀,即得。
新型保温砂浆的制备方法为:将新型保温砂浆所有原料混匀后,加入适量水混匀,即得。
所得产品测试结果如下:

1.一种保温砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:碳酸钙3-5、滑石粉7-8、粉煤灰10-20,水泥40-50,石膏2-4、维生素C1-2、氧化淀粉4-6、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、丁香油0.1-0.2、α-烯基磺酸钠0.1-0.2、松香1-2,硅灰10-12、烧碱1-2、双乙酸钠1.2-2.4、磷酸二氢钠1-2、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒16-22,复合填料16-18;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:高岭土8-12、膨润土7-9、淀粉3-5、椰子壳4-5,丙烯酸甲酯1-2、马来酸二辛酯2-3,硅烷偶联剂DL6021-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温砂浆,其特征在于:复合填料的制备方法是:
(1)取椰子壳洗净后,烧结后得椰壳灰备用;
(2)将高岭土、膨润土在700-750℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,与椰壳灰一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%盐酸溶液调pH为4-5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,喷雾干燥,后与其他原料混匀,即得。
