技术领域
本发明涉及一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置。
背景技术
喷雾泵由于其设计精美，使用方便，已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。但是现有的喷雾泵零件多，结构复杂，制作难度大，生产成本高。
另外，由于现有的喷雾泵设计上的缺陷，在使用过程中存在起泵相对较慢，喷出量相对不够稳定等缺点。不能满足使用者的需求。
故此，现有的喷雾泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单，连接方便，起泵快，喷出量相对稳定的带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下方案：
一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，包括有封杯，其特征在于：所述封杯包括有封杯座，在所述封杯座上设有外凸连接部，在所述外凸连接部上设有安装孔，在所述安装孔内设有泵室，在所述泵室上端外壁设有限位凸环，在所述泵室上端面与外凸连接部内壁之间设有内垫片，在所述外凸连接部上设有多个能使泵室紧密连接在封杯内的内凸抓口，所述的内凸抓口卡设在限位凸环下端面上，在所述泵室内设有泵芯组件，在所述泵芯组件上部设有能驱动泵芯组件工作的按钮，在所述的按钮出口端上设有雾点。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述泵室包括有第一泵区，在所述第一泵区下方设有第二泵区，第二泵区的内径小于第一泵区的内径，在所述第一泵区与第二泵区之间设有第一连接部，在所述第二泵区下端连接有第三泵区，所述第三泵区的内径小于所述第二泵区内径，在所述第二泵区与第三泵区之间设有第二连接部，在所述第三泵区下方设有定位台阶。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述泵芯组件包括有设置在泵室上部内壁的锁定盖，在所述的锁定盖内设有上泵杆，在所述上泵杆上设有限位台阶，所述限位台阶上部的上泵杆伸出所述封杯，所述限位台阶下部的上泵杆设置在封杯内，所述按钮连接在上泵杆上，在所述限位台阶下方的上泵杆外壁上套设有活塞，在所述活塞与限位台阶之间设有副弹簧，所述的副弹簧套设在上泵杆上，在所述上泵杆下方的泵室内设有下泵杆，在所述下泵杆与定位台阶之间设有主弹簧，在所述泵室下部设有泵珠。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述下泵杆包括有能***上泵杆内腔的下泵杆体，在所述下泵杆体下端上设有密封头。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于在所述锁紧盖上设有定位凸块，在所述泵室上端设有定位孔，所述的定位凸块设置在定位孔内。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于在所述封杯座内设有外垫片。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于在所述泵室下端连接有引液管。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述的内凸抓口为六个，所述六个内凸抓口均布在外凸连接部上。
如上所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述的内凸抓口为八个，所述八个内凸抓口均布在外凸连接部上。
综上所述，本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是：
一、本发明结构简单，零件相对较少，生产成本低。
二、本发明中泵体及内垫片采用抓口方式紧固密封，密封效果好。
三、本发明中泵体组件采用双弹簧设计，使得本发明喷雾器起泵快，喷出量稳定。

下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述：
如图1至8所示的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，包括有封杯1，所述封杯1包括有封杯座11，在所述封杯座11上设有外凸连接部12，在所述外凸连接部12上设有安装孔13，在所述安装孔13内设有泵室2，在所述泵室2上端外壁设有限位凸环21，在所述泵室2上端面与外凸连接部12内壁之间设有内垫片3，在所述外凸连接部12上设有多个能使泵室2紧密连接在封杯1内的内凸抓口4，所述的内凸抓口4卡设在限位凸环21下端面上，在所述泵室2内设有泵芯组件5，在所述泵芯组件5上部设有能驱动泵芯组件5工作的按钮6，在所述的按钮6出口端上设有雾点7。本发明中泵体及内垫片采用抓口方式紧固密封，密封效果好。
如图2、3和7所示，本发明中所述泵室2包括有第一泵区211，在所述第一泵区211下方设有第二泵区212，第二泵区212的内径小于第一泵区211的内径，在所述第一泵区211与第二泵区212之间设有第一连接部213，在所述第二泵区212下端连接有第三泵区214，所述第三泵区214的内径小于所述第二泵区212内径，在所述第二泵区212与第三泵区214之间设有第二连接部215，在所述第三泵区214下方设有定位台阶216。
如图2至4所示，本发明中所述泵芯组件5包括有设置在泵室2上部内壁的锁定盖51，在所述的锁定盖51内设有上泵杆52，在所述上泵杆52上设有限位台阶53，所述限位台阶53上部的上泵杆52伸出所述封杯1，所述限位台阶53下部的上泵杆52设置在封杯1内，所述按钮6连接在上泵杆52上，在所述限位台阶53下方的上泵杆52外壁上套设有活塞54，在所述活塞54与限位台阶53之间设有副弹簧55，所述的副弹簧55套设在上泵杆52上，在所述上泵杆52下方的泵室2内设有下泵杆56，在所述下泵杆56与定位台阶216之间设有主弹簧57，在所述泵室2下部设有泵珠58。
如图6所示，本发明中所述下泵杆56包括有能***上泵杆52内腔的下泵杆体561，在所述下泵杆体561下端上设有密封头562。
本发明中在所述锁紧盖51上设有定位凸块511，在所述泵室2上端设有定位孔，所述的定位凸块511设置在定位孔内。本发明中在所述封杯座11内设有外垫片8。在所述泵室2下端连接有引液管9。
本发明中内凸抓口4的第一种实施方式，所述的内凸抓口4为六个，所述六个内凸抓口4均布在外凸连接部12上。
本发明中内凸抓口4的第二种实施方式，所述的内凸抓口4为八个，所述八个内凸抓口4均布在外凸连接部12上。
本发明的工作原理：
1、按压按钮时,克服主弹簧弹力,按钮下移，因副弹簧弹力作用,活塞跟着一起下移,内腔气体被压缩,当活塞顶住泵室时,克服副弹簧弹力活塞与下泵杆密封位被打开,内腔气体将从此位置被排出；
2、松开按钮时,因主副弹簧作用,活塞与下泵杆迅速密封并一起回弹,内腔形成局部真空,在外界大气压作用下,将液体从引液管引进并冲开泵珠进入内腔；继续按压,因液体不可压缩性从而将液体通过上泵杆流经按钮喷孔喷出。

1.一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，包括有封杯（1），其特征在于：所述封杯（1）包括有封杯座（11），在所述封杯座（11）上设有外凸连接部（12），在所述外凸连接部（12）上设有安装孔（13），在所述安装孔（13）内设有泵室（2），在所述泵室（2）上端外壁设有限位凸环（21），在所述泵室（2）上端面与外凸连接部（12）内壁之间设有内垫片（3），在所述外凸连接部（12）上设有多个能使泵室（2）紧密连接在封杯（1）内的内凸抓口（4），所述的内凸抓口（4）卡设在限位凸环（21）下端面上，在所述泵室（2）内设有泵芯组件（5），在所述泵芯组件（5）上部设有能驱动泵芯组件（5）工作的按钮（6），在所述的按钮（6）出口端上设有雾点（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述泵室（2）包括有第一泵区（211），在所述第一泵区（211）下方设有第二泵区（212），第二泵区（212）的内径小于第一泵区（211）的内径，在所述第一泵区（211）与第二泵区（212）之间设有第一连接部（213），在所述第二泵区（212）下端连接有第三泵区（214），所述第三泵区（214）的内径小于所述第二泵区（212）内径，在所述第二泵区（212）与第三泵区（214）之间设有第二连接部（215），在所述第三泵区（214）下方设有定位台阶（216）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述泵芯组件（5）包括有设置在泵室（2）上部内壁的锁定盖（51），在所述的锁定盖（51）内设有上泵杆（52），在所述上泵杆（52）上设有限位台阶（53），所述限位台阶（53）上部的上泵杆（52）伸出所述封杯（1），所述限位台阶（53）下部的上泵杆（52）设置在封杯（1）内，所述按钮（6）连接在上泵杆（52）上，在所述限位台阶（53）下方的上泵杆（52）外壁上套设有活塞（54），在所述活塞（54）与限位台阶（53）之间设有副弹簧（55），所述的副弹簧（55）套设在上泵杆（52）上，在所述上泵杆（52）下方的泵室（2）内设有下泵杆（56），在所述下泵杆（56）与定位台阶（216）之间设有主弹簧（57），在所述泵室（2）下部设有泵珠（58）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述下泵杆（56）包括有能***上泵杆（52）内腔的下泵杆体（561），在所述下泵杆体（561）下端上设有密封头（562）。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于在所述锁紧盖（51）上设有定位凸块（511），在所述泵室（2）上端设有定位孔，所述的定位凸块（511）设置在定位孔内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于在所述封杯座（11）内设有外垫片（8）。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于在所述泵室（2）下端连接有引液管（9）。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带抓扣密封机构的喷雾泵装置，其特征在于所述的内凸抓口（4）为六个，所述六个内凸抓口（4）均布在外凸连接部（12）上。
