技术领域：本发明属于医疗用具技术领域，具体地讲是一种产后止血加压囊。
背景技术：目前，临床上在给产后大出血病人进行治疗时需要在宫腔内填塞物体加压止血，现有技术主要是添加纱布或者用气囊加压止血，前者操作起来十分麻烦、费时费力，但是在操作过程中纱布能吸收流出的血液，对体外血液污染防备稍好一些；后者比较省时省力，但是操作过程中仍会有大量血液流出，给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。
发明内容：本发明的目的是提供一种在治疗产后大出血时操作简便、省时省力，且能够处理流出血液，避免污染床褥的产后止血加压囊。
本发明的技术方案是：包括加压囊、充放双用气阀、导管和气囊，其特征是在导管根部外侧设有引流棉环，引流棉环外侧设有宫颈环，宫颈环下壁上设有弹力膜，弹力膜末端设有***穹窿垫，***穹窿垫上设有引流弧管，引流弧管末端设有透明储液盒，透明储液盒前壁上设有圆孔，圆孔内壁上设有弹力胶套，导管穿经透明储液盒和弹力胶套。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单，在治疗产后大出血时操作简便、省时省力，且能够处理流出血液，避免污染床褥，减轻了医务人员的工作难度。

具体实施方式：包括加压囊1、充放双用气阀2、导管3和气囊4，其特征是在导管3根部外侧设有引流棉环5，引流棉环5外侧设有宫颈环6，宫颈环6下壁上设有弹力膜7，弹力膜7末端设有***穹窿垫8，***穹窿垫8上设有引流弧管9，引流弧管9末端设有透明储液盒10，透明储液盒10前壁上设有圆孔11，圆孔11内壁上设有弹力胶套12，导管3穿经透明储液盒10和弹力胶套12。在治疗产后大出血时气囊4探入宫腔，引流棉环5和宫颈环6置入宫颈管内，***穹窿垫8置于***穹窿内，调节加压囊1，气囊4膨大对宫腔进行加压的同时，排挤宫腔内的血液并使血液沿引流棉环5、弹力膜7、引流弧管9、进入透明储液盒10内，弹力胶套12套在导管3上密封圆孔11避免血液沿圆孔11流出即可。
