本发明公开了一种LED灯管端盖组件,其包括端盖外壳(1)、弹性体(2)和端盖接合结构(4),所述端盖外壳(1)的外部底面上具有一个以上电源端子(5),所述弹性体(2)位于所述端盖外壳(1)的内腔内,所述端盖外壳(1)可伸缩地套接在所述端盖接合结构(4)的一端上,所述端盖接合结构(4)的另一端用于与LED灯管的灯体接合,所述端盖接合结构(4)的端盖接合端的底面上具有一个以上电源接头(3),在所述弹性体(2)处于受压力状态时所述电源接头(3)和所述电源端子(5)的一端接触,在所述弹性体(2)处于未受压力状态时所述电源接头(3)和所述电源端子(5)的一端之间具有间隔。

Description

一种LED灯管端盖组件
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,尤其涉及一种用于LED灯管的端盖组件。
背景技术
传统日光灯管改装为LED灯管时,市电的电压110V或277V或更高的电压,会直接连接到LED灯管的端盖。当采用双端通电的LED灯管结构时,一旦灯管的一端接电,另外一端也就会通电,所以造成在安装LED灯管时,安装人员有触电的风险。
美国专利US8147091公开了在LED灯管的两个端盖各增加一个突出式弹性端盖来控制内部的安全开关。在LED灯管尚未安装时,弹性端盖未压制到安全开关的簧片以致断开端盖端子和灯管内部电线的连接。只有当LED灯管***灯具的插座时,突出的弹性端盖会受压而压制到安全开关以致接通端盖的端子和灯管内部电线。所以当灯管的一端***灯具的插座时,该端开始通电,但是另外一端由于尚未***灯具的插座,所以该端端盖端子不会通电,安装人员即使徒手接触该端端盖的端子也没有触电的风险。但是使用突出式弹性端盖安全开关结构的做法有两个缺陷。第一个缺陷是当灯具的插座因为老旧而松脱时,插座无法有效的压制突出式弹性端盖进而压制到安全开关,造成电路接触不良。第二个缺陷是日光灯管的灯具的长度尺寸并非完全一样,有的稍微长一点,而有的稍微短一点,如果将有突出式弹性端盖安全开关结构的灯管***比较长的灯具里面,插座无法有效的压制突出式弹性端盖安全开关结构,造成电路接触不良,反之如果灯具是比较短,有突出式弹性端盖安全开关结构的灯管根本放不进去。
PCT申请WO2012/131547公开了使用浮动端盖内置弹簧,外接电源的端子和LED灯管的灯体固定连接。尚未安装时,外接电源的端子隐藏在浮动端盖内,所以安装人员不会接触到。安装时浮动端盖沿灯管轴向压缩,露出端子外接电源。这个技术解决了上述突出式弹性安全开关的第一个缺陷,就是当灯具的插座因为老旧而松脱时,也不致有电路接触不良的问题。但是这个技术仍然无法解决因为灯管的灯具的长度尺寸不一而造成的安装问题,因为这个技术所使用的LED灯管外接电源的端子,是和LED灯管的灯体固定连接,所以该灯管的长度是固定的。这个现有技术还有另外一个缺陷,就是安装时看不到外接电源的端子,必须手工压制端盖后,端子才会露出来,安装起来双手必须扣到两边的端盖,对安装120公分的灯管来说,很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目标在于提供一种LED灯管端盖组件,其实现必须在灯管的两个端盖同时在灯具插座里面时才通电的安全功能,保障安装人员在安装时没有触电的危险,同时也解决现有技术使用突出式弹性安全开关的缺陷,增加LED灯管安装的安全性和适用性。
本发明的目标由一种LED灯管端盖组件实现,其包括端盖外壳、弹性体和端盖接合结构,端盖外壳的外部底面上具有一个以上电源端子,弹性***于端盖外壳的内腔内,端盖外壳可伸缩地套接在端盖接合结构的一端上,端盖接合结构的另一端用于与LED灯管的灯体接合,端盖接合结构的端盖接合端的底面上具有一个以上电源接头,在弹性体处于受压力状态时电源接头和电源端子的一端接触,在弹性体处于未受压力状态时电源接头和电源端子的一端之间具有间隔。
优选地,端盖接合结构还包括一个以上螺钉,螺钉的靠近螺头的上半段没有螺纹,端盖外壳的壳体内具有一个以上沿端盖外壳轴向的长槽,其中螺钉安装在长槽内,螺钉的下半段将端盖外壳接合在端盖接合结构的端盖接合端上。
优选地,电源接头为可弹性伸缩的柱状电源接头。
进一步优选地,电源接头的轴向伸缩长度在1-10mm之间。
进一步优选地,电源接头具有内置弹簧。
优选地,在弹性体处于未受压力状态时电源接头和电源端子的一端之间的间隔在2-10mm之间。
本发明端盖组件当安装到LED灯管上时,当沿灯管轴向压缩端盖外壳时导致弹性体压缩,从而导致电源端子接触到电源接头而将灯具插座的电流导通给LED灯管,当外部压力消除时,弹性体将端盖外壳反向推出,使得电源端子和电源接头分开而达到断电的效果。具有本发明端盖组件的LED灯管,在安装到灯具内之前端盖组件不会通电,从而为LED灯管的安装人员提供了适当的防触电安全保护。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明一实施例的端盖组件的分解示意图。该端盖组件包括端盖外壳1、弹性体2和端盖接合结构4,端盖外壳1的外部底面上具有两个电源端子5,弹性体2如弹簧位于端盖外壳1的内腔内,端盖接合结构4还包括两个螺钉6,螺钉6的靠近螺头的上半段没有螺纹,端盖外壳1的壳体内具有两个沿端盖外壳轴向的长槽7,其中螺钉6安装在长槽7内,螺钉6的下半段将端盖外壳1接合在端盖接合结构4的端盖接合端上,从而使得端盖外壳1可伸缩地套接在端盖接合结构4的一端上,当沿灯管轴向压缩端盖外壳1时,端盖外壳1可沿螺钉6的上半段滑动,即端盖外壳1可沿灯管轴向伸缩。端盖接合结构4的端盖接合端的底面上具有两个电源接头3,在弹簧2处于受压力状态时两个电源接头3和两个电源端子5的一端分别接触,在弹簧2处于未受压力状态时两个电源接头3和两个电源端子5的一端之间分别具有2-10mm的间隔,如图2中所示。
在使用时,端盖接合结构4的另一端与LED灯管的灯体接合。在安装具有本发明端盖组件的LED灯管时,使端盖组件的端盖外壳1受压力,从而导致端盖外壳1沿灯管轴向移动并使弹簧2压缩,进而使电源接头3与电源端子5的一端接触,如图3中所示。在取下灯管时,由于端盖外壳1上所受压力消除,弹簧2反向推动端盖外壳1,使得电源接头3与电源端子5的一端分开。
图4示出了根据本发明另一实施例的端盖组件受压力时的截面示意图,除了图1中所示的构件和结构之外,图4中的端盖组件的电源接头还内置有弹簧8,并可在1-10mm之间弹性伸缩。这样,当沿灯管轴向压缩端盖外壳1导致电源端子5的一端与电源接头3接触之后,继续沿灯管轴向压缩端盖外壳1可以使电源接头3沿灯管轴向进一步伸缩1-10mm,从而达到整体灯管长度可伸缩的效果,以便在长度尺寸不一的灯具里面进行安装。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED灯管端盖组件,包括端盖外壳(1)、弹性体(2)和端盖接合结构(4),所述端盖外壳(1)的外部底面上具有一个以上电源端子(5),所述弹性体(2)位于所述端盖外壳(1)的内腔内,所述端盖外壳(1)可伸缩地套接在所述端盖接合结构(4)的一端上,所述端盖接合结构(4)的另一端用于与LED灯管的灯体接合,所述端盖接合结构(4)的端盖接合端的底面上具有一个以上电源接头(3),在所述弹性体(2)处于受压力状态时所述电源接头(3)和所述电源端子(5)的一端接触,在所述弹性体(2)处于未受压力状态时所述电源接头(3)和所述电源端子(5)的一端之间具有间隔。
2.根据权利要求1的端盖组件,其中所述端盖接合结构(4)还包括一个以上螺钉(6),所述螺钉(6)的靠近螺头的上半段没有螺纹,所述端盖外壳(1)的壳体内具有一个以上沿端盖外壳轴向的长槽(7),其中所述螺钉(6)安装在所述长槽(7)内,所述螺钉(6)的下半段将所述端盖外壳(1)接合在所述端盖接合结构(4)的端盖接合端上。
3.根据权利要求1或2的端盖组件,其中所述电源接头(3)为可弹性伸缩的柱状电源接头。
4.根据权利要求3的端盖组件,其中所述电源接头(3)的轴向伸缩长度在1-10mm之间。
5.根据权利要求3的端盖组件,其中所述电源接头(3)具有内置弹簧(8)。
6.根据权利要求1或2的端盖组件,其中所述间隔在2-10mm之间。
7.根据权利要求1或2的端盖组件,其中所述弹性体(2)为弹簧。
