Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法,由94~96wt%的聚丙烯和4~6wt%的无机银离子母粒制成,所述制作方法包括如下步骤;(1)混合;(2)造粒;(3)液压注塑成型;(4)修饰、修边处理。本发明生产工艺简单,生产成本低廉,易于推广使用。本发明未使用功能母粒,制得的菜板完全环保、无毒无害;以无机银离子母粒作为抗菌剂,可抑制细菌生长,抗菌效果明显,作用持久,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率可达到90%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料菜板的制作方法,具体涉及一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法。
背景技术
菜板是一种人们日常生活中常用的厨房用具,传统的菜板是采用木质材料制作而成,如采用树木直接裁切成菜板形状。随着森林资源的减少,对木材砍伐的限制,以及木材价格的不断提高,这类菜板已越来越少被使用,替代的是以塑料为原料制作者而成的塑料菜板。
塑料菜板是以塑料母粒通过注塑成型制备而成的,如果塑料母粒选择不当,会影响塑料菜板的环保性能,甚至影响人体的身体健康,如中国专利《抗菌塑料片状菜板及其制造方法》(公开号CN101407607A)公开了以功能母粒、PP和抗菌母粒为原料制备菜板,其使用的功能母粒含有工业乳胶成分,该功能母粒不环保,菜板在使用过程中会影响人体的身体健康。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法,该方法制备的塑料菜板安全卫生,具有良好的抑菌效果,且使用寿命长。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法,所述塑料菜板由94~96wt%的聚丙烯和4~6wt%的无机银离子母粒制成,所述制作方法包括如下步骤;
(1)混合:按配比称取原料,于高速混合机中混合;
(2)造粒:将步骤(1)混合均匀的物料倒入螺杆挤出机中,将挤出机加温到200℃,经螺杆搅拌、溶解后从口模挤出制得母料颗粒;
(3)液压注塑成型:将步骤(2)制得的母料颗粒放入装有菜板模具的注塑机中,定型3-5分钟得到成型板;
(4)修饰、修边处理后制得环保型抗菌塑料菜板。
在上述技术方案的基础上,上述塑料菜板由95wt%的聚丙烯和5wt%的无机银离子母粒制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明生产工艺简单,生产成本低廉,易于推广使用。本发明配方合理,未使用功能母粒,制得的菜板完全环保、无毒无害;本发明以无机银离子母粒作为抗菌剂,制得的塑料菜板可抑制细菌生长,抗菌效果明显,作用持久,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率高达90%以上;制得的塑料菜板可抑制异味的发生,能显著减少微生物造成的异味。

实施例1
一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法,所述塑料菜板由95wt%的聚丙烯和5wt%的无机银离子母粒制成,所述制作方法包括如下步骤;
(1)混合:按配比称取原料,于高速混合机中混合;
(2)造粒:将步骤(1)混合均匀的物料倒入螺杆挤出机中,将挤出机加温到200℃,经螺杆搅拌、溶解后从口模挤出制得母料颗粒;
(3)液压注塑成型:将步骤(2)制得的母料颗粒放入装有菜板模具的注塑机中,定型4分钟得到成型板;
(4)修饰、修边处理后制得环保型抗菌塑料菜板。
按本领域常规方法检测,以菌落数计算,此塑料菜板对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为91%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为92%。
实施例2
一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法,所述塑料菜板由94wt%的聚丙烯和6wt%的无机银离子母粒制成,所述制作方法包括如下步骤;
(1)混合:按配比称取原料,于高速混合机中混合;
(2)造粒:将步骤(1)混合均匀的物料倒入螺杆挤出机中,将挤出机加温到200℃,经螺杆搅拌、溶解后从口模挤出制得母料颗粒;
(3)液压注塑成型:将步骤(2)制得的母料颗粒放入装有菜板模具的注塑机中,定型4分钟得到成型板;

1.一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述塑料菜板由94~96wt%的聚丙烯和4~6wt%的无机银离子母粒制成,所述制作方法包括如下步骤;
(1)混合:按配比称取原料,于高速混合机中混合;
(2)造粒:将步骤(1)混合均匀的物料倒入螺杆挤出机中,将挤出机加温到200℃,经螺杆搅拌、溶解后从口模挤出制得母料颗粒;
(3)液压注塑成型:将步骤(2)制得的母料颗粒放入装有菜板模具的注塑机中,定型3-5分钟得到成型板;
(4)修饰、修边处理后制得环保型抗菌塑料菜板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗菌塑料菜板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述塑料菜板由95wt%的聚丙烯和5wt%的无机银离子母粒制成。
