Technical Field

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a dining table device with a backrest. The main purposes of the invention are as follows: the display device is combined with the chair back table plate, and the chair back dining table device with more extension spaces for the feet of passengers is provided. The secondary objects of the invention are: provides a dining table device with a chair back which is stable and foldable and is not easy to be separated due to vibration. Another object of the present invention is to: a dining table device with a chair back is provided to simplify the assembling structure of the chair.
The invention provides a dining table device of a chair back, which comprises a chair and at least comprises: a table, a receiving seat, and a guiding device. The dining table device for the chair back further comprises two supporting rods and a first guide device, wherein the tail ends of the supporting rods are fixedly arranged on the chair back; the front end of the first guiding device is inserted into the two slots of the table plate, and the tail ends of the first guiding device are respectively pivoted at the top ends of the two supporting rods.
The dining table device of the chair back formed by the components is arranged at the preset position of the chair back, so that the containing seat body is just positioned at the horizontal sight of a passenger, the table plate is guided by the guiding device and is collected in the containing groove of the containing seat body, and the extension space of the feet of the passenger is expanded.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention combines the display device (such as tablet computer, IFE device or plane electronic display device) and the desk body into a single module, thereby providing a larger extension space for the feet of passengers.
2. When the desk plate is folded, the fastening part positioned on the front side edge of the desk plate is fastened on the hook part of the containing seat body, and the containing groove formed by the sliding grooves on the containing seat body is provided with a narrower part to tighten the desk plate positioned at the folding position, so that the desk plate can be completely ensured not to be separated from the hook part of the containing seat body due to the vibration and the sudden vibration generated by a vehicle.
3. The display device and the table body are combined into a single module, the seat is set as another module, and the assembly procedure and parts are further simplified through the innovative design of a mechanism, so that a customer can directly install the module on the seat back according to the requirement of the display device, and the seat with the display device and the dining table and the seat without the display device and the dining table can be assembled on the same production line, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified, and moulds of various seat types can be omitted, therefore, the mode of the seat back dining table device provided by the invention can not only improve the production performance of the manufacturing assembly line in unit time, but also reduce the manufacturing cost.

the table board 1 is provided with a display device 2 therein, the back side 104 of the body 10 of the table board 1 is provided with two slots 11, the left and right sides 105, 106 of the body 10 of the table board 1 are respectively provided with a second guiding device which is a component capable of sliding up and down and is arranged opposite to the first guiding device 4, wherein the second guiding device is arranged in a sliding block, a groove form, a rack, a latch form or a corresponding action component combined with the first guiding device 4, as shown in fig. 3, the second guiding device can be arranged as an oblong sliding block 12, or as shown in fig. 4, the second guiding device is arranged as two cylindrical sliding blocks 13, and as shown in fig. 8, the length L of the oblong sliding block 12 is shorter than the length L of the table board 1, and the best mode is that the length L of the oblong sliding block 12 is between 1/2 and 4/5 of the length L of the table board.
The display device 2 is installed inside the table board 1, the display device 2 further comprises a display screen 21, the display screen 21 is arranged on the bottom end surface 102 of the table board 1, and the display device 2 can provide entertainment programs for passengers behind so as to get boring time for long-distance travel by using a vehicle; wherein the display device 2 may be a tablet computer, an In-flight entertainment (In-flight entertainment) device, or other flat electronic display device.
The receiving base 3 includes a receiving slot 34, wherein the receiving slot 34 is composed of two sliding slot edges 31 and a fastening edge 32, wherein the inner sides of the two sliding slot edges 31 are respectively provided with a sliding slot 311, so that the oblong slider 12 or the cylindrical slider 13 of the second guiding device of the table board 1 body 10 is placed in the sliding slot 311, a hook portion 33 is arranged at the middle section of the fastening edge 32, and a narrower portion 341 is formed above the receiving slot 34.

The two support rods 5 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the chair back 61 of the chair seat 6.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the chair back dining table device a formed by the above components mainly combines the display device 2 and the table board 1 into a single module, the combining method is to sleeve the slot 11 of the table board 1 body 10 on each first guiding device 4, then the end 41 of the first guiding device 4 is pivoted at the top end 51 of the supporting rod 5, the second guiding devices of the left and right sides 105, 106 of the table board 1 body 10 are respectively sleeved in the sliding slot 311 of the containing seat body 3, meanwhile, the rear side of the table board 1 is provided with two unfilled corners 15, and each unfilled corner 15 contains the pivoting part 52 of the end 41 of the sliding rail 4 and the top end 51 of the supporting rod 5, then the chair back device a of the invention is attached to the chair back 61 of the chair 6, thus the display device 2 and the table board 1 can form a single module, and finally the chair back device a with the display device is installed on the chair back 61 of the chair 6, the arrangement of the first guiding device and the second guiding device enables the dining table device A on the chair back to be used for a user to push, stretch and pull the table plate 1.
As shown in fig. 6, when the passenger sits on the seat 6, the table 1 on the seat back 61 of the seat 6 in front of the passenger is engaged with the hook 33 of the storage body 3 by the engaging portion 14, and the table 1 is maintained above the first guide device 4. As shown in fig. 11, the height position of the display screen 21 of the display device 2 on the desk board 1 is just in the sight of the passenger, so that the passenger can watch entertainment programs to issue long-distance flight time, and the groove 62 of the chair back 61 forms the chair back 61 with a thinner thickness t because the dinner plate position is lifted upwards, so that the chair back can provide a larger extension space for the feet of the passenger. As shown in fig. 5, 8 or 9, if the passenger does not want to watch the entertainment program, and wants to watch books, newspapers, magazines or have a meal, the passenger can pull down the table board 1 with his/her hand, and disengage the locking portion 14 of the table board 1 from the hook portion 33 of the receiving base 3, so that the table board 1 moves down along the first guiding device 4 and the sliding slot 311 of the receiving base 3 until the joint between the first guiding device 4 and the supporting rod 5, i.e. the top end 51 of the supporting rod 5. As shown in fig. 7, the passenger can turn the table board 1 horizontally, so that the passenger can place books, newspapers, magazines, meals and cups given by the service staff in the cup placing grooves on the table board 1. As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 10, if the passenger finishes reading books, newspapers, magazines and meals, the table 1 can be turned back to the vertical position, the table 1 is pushed upwards, a fastening portion 14 of the front side 103 of the table 1 is fastened on the hook portion 33 of the storage base 3, a narrow portion 341 is arranged in the sliding slot 311 of the storage base 3, and the narrow portion 341 can fasten the table 1 in the folded position, so as to ensure that the table 1 cannot be separated from the storage base 3 due to the vibration of the vehicle and the sudden vibration.

Claims (8)
1. A dining table device with a chair back comprises a chair, and is characterized by at least comprising:
a fastening part is arranged in front of the top end surface of the table plate body;
a receiving seat body, which is provided with a receiving groove, and the receiving groove is provided with a hanging hook part; and
the guide device comprises a plurality of action elements formed by combining up-and-down sliding elements, and is arranged between the table board and the sliding grooves at two sides of the accommodating groove of the accommodating seat body and between the table board and the chair back;
the upper and lower sliding elements of the guide device comprise a first guide device and a second guide device, the front ends of the two first guide devices are respectively inserted into two slots arranged on the table plate, and the tail ends of the two first guide devices are respectively pivoted at the top ends of two support rods arranged in the groove of the chair back; the second guiding device is a combination of a plurality of sliding blocks and a plurality of sliding grooves, wherein the sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the table plate;
a narrow part is formed above the receiving groove of the receiving seat body.
2. The chair back dining table device of claim 1, wherein a display device is disposed in the table body and exposed at a bottom end surface of the table body.
3. The reclining chair back table arrangement of claim 1, wherein the slide is configured as at least two cylinders.
4. The chair back dining table device of claim 1, wherein the back side of the table plate is provided with two notches, and each notch is a pivoting part for accommodating the end of the second guiding device and the top end of the supporting rod.
5. The reclining chair back device of claim 1, wherein the slider is configured as an oblong cylinder.
6. The reclining chair back table device as set forth in claim 5, wherein the length of the oblong slider is shorter than the length of the table plate.
7. The reclining chair back table arrangement as claimed in claim 6, wherein the length of the oblong-cylindrical slider is between 1/2 and 4/5 of the length of the table.
8. The seatback table apparatus of claim 1, wherein the combined thickness of the table top and the stowing base is greater than the thickness of the seatback in the recessed area below the seatback.
