背景技术
在以往的阿胶枣防腐干燥工艺方法中,在高温烘培后,会造成阿胶枣的营养成分流失。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的缺点,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种阿胶枣防腐干燥的工艺方法。
为达成以上所述的目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种阿胶枣防腐干燥的工艺方法,其特征在于,所述工艺步骤为:
A:将过滤好的阿胶枣倒入烤筛,每筛数量为7-8kg;
B:用手摊平筛面,使其均匀分布;
C:将烤筛送入烘房,放置在烤架内,关闭房门;
D:烘烤的前4个小时,为让其水分慢慢蒸发,温度应在30度至40度之间,后续应在55度至60度,高温烘烤至20个小时;
E:烘烤结束后,自检合格,降温出炉,不合格的需要在继续烘烤,直至合格为止,无法返工的不合格品须隔离放置。
采用如上技术方案的本发明,具有如下有益效果:
在防腐干燥的同时,可使阿胶枣达到干燥灭菌的效果,干燥后色泽、营养成分均不会发生变化,口感极佳。

实施例1:

C:将烤筛送入烘房,放置在烤架内,关闭房门;

1.一种阿胶枣防腐干燥的工艺方法,其特征在于,所述工艺步骤为:
A:将过滤好的阿胶枣倒入烤筛,每筛数量为7-8kg;
B:用手摊平筛面,使其均匀分布;
C:将烤筛送入烘房,放置在烤架内,关闭房门;
D:烘烤的前4个小时,为让其水分慢慢蒸发,温度应在30度至40度之间,后续应在55度至60度,高温烘烤至20个小时;
E:烘烤结束后,自检合格,降温出炉,不合格的需要再继续烘烤,直至合格为止,无法返工的不合格品须隔离放置。
