本发明公开了一种高强度液体输送钢管,包括:钢管本体,所述钢管本体包括下列重量百分比的组份:C0.23%~0.27%、S0.073%~0.082%、Ni0.15%~0.22%、Cr0.7%~0.9%、P0.008%~0.012%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质,所述钢管本体的内壁上设置有聚四氟乙烯涂层,所述钢管本体的外壁上设置有镀镍防腐蚀层。通过上述方式,本发明结构简单合理,强度高,耐腐蚀性能好,适合输送具有粘性的液体,输送效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢管技术领域,特别是涉及一种高强度液体输送钢管。
背景技术
管道运输是用管道作为运输工具的一种长距离输送液体和气体物资的输方式,是统一运输网中干线运输的特殊组成部分。
现有的液体输送用钢管的内壁比较粗糙,不适合输送具有较高粘性的液体;另外现有钢管的强度不够,耐腐蚀性能不好,不能充分满足行业需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度液体输送钢管,结构简单合理,强度高,耐腐蚀性能好,适合输送具有粘性的液体,输送效率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高强度液体输送钢管,包括:钢管本体,所述钢管本体包括下列重量百分比的组份:C 0.23%~0.27%、S 0.073%~0.082%、Ni 0.15%~0.22%、Cr 0.7%~0.9%、P 0.008%~0.012%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质,所述钢管本体的内壁上设置有聚四氟乙烯涂层,所述钢管本体的外壁上设置有镀镍防腐蚀层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚四氟乙烯层的厚度为45μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述钢管本体包括下列重量百分比的组份:C 0.23%、S 0.073%、Ni 0.15%、Cr 0.7%、P 0.008%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述镀镍防腐蚀层的厚度为75μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明高强度液体输送钢管,结构简单合理,强度高,耐腐蚀性能好,适合输送具有粘性的液体,输送效率高。

所述钢管本体1的内壁上设置有聚四氟乙烯涂层2,聚四氟乙烯涂层2的摩擦系数极低,使得钢管本体1的内壁比较光滑,适合输送具有粘性的液体。
所述钢管本体1的外壁上设置有镀镍防腐蚀层3,使得钢管本体1的外壁具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。
所述聚四氟乙烯层2的厚度为45μm。
优选的,所述钢管本体1包括下列重量百分比的组份:C 0.23%、S 0.073%、Ni 0.15%、Cr 0.7%、P 0.008%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质。
所述镀镍防腐蚀层3的厚度为75μm。

3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度液体输送钢管,其特征在于,所述钢管本体包括下列重量百分比的组份:C 0.23%、S 0.073%、Ni 0.15%、Cr 0.7%、P 0.008%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质。
